Who we are

    About RevenueFlow.

    The short answer

RevenueFlow is an AI-native outbound agency that builds and operates the entire outbound engine for B2B companies and books qualified meetings directly into the client's calendar. The client pays only for Qualified Meetings that are actually attended, where a Qualified Meeting is defined as a meeting the prospect attends and that fits the firmographic ICP criteria agreed in writing before launch.

    Key takeaways

    • RevenueFlow operates a single engagement model, pay per qualified attended meeting. Activity is RevenueFlow's cost to manage, and clients pay only for qualified meetings that are attended.
    • Run by 4 founders operating 75+ AI agents across sourcing, enrichment, signal detection, personalization and reply handling.
    • Documented client outcomes include 98 meeting-ready leads and ~$2.7M in modeled gross pipeline over 12 months for Lone Rock Leadership and 110+ meetings booked since January, with an earlier client-reported cohort at roughly a 50% one-call close rate for Visbl.

    What we do.

RevenueFlow is an AI-native outbound agency that builds predictable pipeline for B2B firms. Four founders and 75+ AI agents run cold email, LinkedIn outreach, signal-based prospecting, and custom growth workflows engineered for a client's specific market.

Most agencies sell activity: a number of emails sent, a number of hours worked, a seat count. We sell the outcome. You pay for the qualified pipeline we book on your calendar: a result you can point at, not a report.

    The offer

    Pay per qualified attended meeting

RevenueFlow builds and operates the client's entire outbound engine (targeting, data, email and LinkedIn infrastructure, messaging, reply handling, qualification and booking) and books qualified prospects directly into the client's calendar. The client pays only for Qualified Meetings that are attended. Activity is RevenueFlow's cost to manage, not the client's bill. The Qualified Meeting definition, the ICP and the exclusion list are agreed in writing during days 1-14, no meeting is charged without the client's written acceptance, and no-shows are chased and rebooked rather than billed.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions.

    Frequently asked questions
    What does RevenueFlow do?
RevenueFlow is an AI-native outbound agency that builds and operates the entire outbound engine for B2B companies and books qualified meetings directly into the client's calendar. The client pays only for Qualified Meetings that are actually attended, where a Qualified Meeting is defined as a meeting the prospect attends and that fits the firmographic ICP criteria agreed in writing before launch.
    How much does RevenueFlow cost?
There is no retainer, no setup fee and no tool licenses. The client pays only for Qualified Meetings booked on their calendar and actually attended, against a definition of "qualified" agreed in writing before work starts.
What counts as a qualified meeting?
The definition is agreed with the client before the engagement begins and written into the agreement. Typically it means an ICP-fit decision-maker at a target-segment company, on a scheduled call with the client's team, with a real reason to evaluate. The client's sales team confirms qualification, and only meetings that actually happen are counted.
    Which channels does RevenueFlow run?
Cold email at scale; LinkedIn outreach (connection and DM sequences); Signal-based outreach on hiring, funding, and engagement triggers; Custom plays built for a specific market. The mix is chosen per client based on a channel-market fit analysis during onboarding rather than applied as a fixed template.
How much time does it take from the client?
Minimal after onboarding. The initial phase is a knowledge download from the client team; after the first few weeks most clients spend roughly 30 minutes per week with RevenueFlow, and their sales team simply attends the meetings that get booked.
    Does RevenueFlow use AI?
Yes. The company is AI-native: four founders operate 75+ AI agents across sourcing, enrichment, signal detection, personalization and reply handling. Strategy and creative direction remain human-led, and a human qualifies every meeting before it counts.
    Who founded RevenueFlow?
RevenueFlow was founded by Fernando Cao (CEO), Tim Carden (CMO / CTO), Ben Carden (CRO), Hosun Chung (COO).
