How does RevenueFlow charge?

You pay per Qualified Meeting that is actually attended. Activity is our cost to manage, not your bill. No meeting is charged without your written acceptance, and the criteria are agreed in writing before we launch.

What happens if a prospect does not show up?

You do not pay for ghosts. If they do not turn up, we chase and rebook them. The meeting only counts at the moment it is attended, not before.

Does a Qualified Meeting mean they will buy?

No, and we do not claim it does. Pain, urgency, timing and budget come out in the meeting itself. That half is yours. What we guarantee is the right kind of company, a real decision-maker, and attendance.

Who owns the data and the sending infrastructure?

The account, campaign and performance data produced for the engagement is visible to you throughout, and ownership and handover are set out in the agreement. Sending domains and inboxes are provisioned for the engagement, and LinkedIn outreach runs only on approved identities.

How do we control what we spend?

You approve the ICP and the meeting volume your team can actually work, and no meeting is charged without your written acceptance. You also approve the exclusion list, so your existing clients, active partner accounts, and anyone already in a live sales process are never contacted.

When will we see the first meeting?

The whole process from onboarding to live campaigns, positive replies and booked meetings runs about one week. Meeting volume from there depends on how your market responds, and you only pay for meetings that actually happen.

What does the first week look like?

Day 1 aligns: confirm decision-maker roles, company size band and exclusions, and agree in writing what counts as a qualified meeting. Days 2-5 build and launch: sending infrastructure, target lists and messaging go live across email and LinkedIn, with every positive reply reviewed by hand. By the end of the week, positive replies are coming in and the first qualified meetings are being booked. From there we read results by segment, sender and message, and scale what converts.

What does my team have to do?

You approve the ICP and exclusions, approve sender identities and initial messaging, provide required account access, attend the qualified meetings, follow up with opportunities, and share meeting-quality feedback. We own targeting, data, infrastructure, messaging, reply handling, qualification, booking and reporting.

What happens after 90 days?

Both sides review actual performance and agree the ongoing structure from real pilot data, not from projections.
