How Fulcrum Went From Zero Outbound Pipeline to $180K in Month One
Fulcrum started with zero outbound pipeline. RevenueFlow built a qualified pipeline engine that created $180K in modeled gross pipeline in month one.
The problem we stepped into.
Fulcrum had zero outbound pipeline and relied primarily on founder relationships for growth.
The product and 45-day pilot converted well, but the team lacked a repeatable way to reach e-commerce brands with enough traffic, viable economics, and near-term intent.
| Tool / Channel | Before | Optimization | Result |
|---|---|---|---|
| Account universe | 38,000 accounts with mixed confidence and commercial fit | Traffic, geography, currency, storefront quality, and confidence filters | 6,000 priority accounts selected for the next wave |
| Pipeline generation | Zero outbound pipeline | Managed targeting, outreach, replies, and qualification | $180K in modeled gross pipeline in month one |
| Reply handling | Product limitations required detailed context in live conversations | Managed responses using Fulcrum's traffic and order-volume requirements | Client said the team “absolutely crushed it” |
“RevenueFlow has shown a real ability to book meetings.”
What we built across the engagement.
Every engagement runs through the same six steps. Before launch, we agree the target market, decision-makers, exclusions, and Qualified Meeting definition. A meeting counts when the prospect attends and matches the agreed firmographic ICP.
Define the commercial fit.
RevenueFlow and Fulcrum aligned on site traffic, geography, currency, storefront quality, timing, priority, and the minimum commercial signals required before a meeting should reach the calendar.
Prioritize the account universe.
The original 38,000-account source list was segmented by confidence. RevenueFlow prepared the first 6,000-account priority pool while Fulcrum held its highest-value tier for personalized landing pages.
Launch the working message.
RevenueFlow kept the copy and core approach that were already producing interest, replaced weaker lead waves with the refined list, and blocked accounts Fulcrum had ruled out.
Qualify every positive reply.
The reply team checked positive conversations against Fulcrum's traffic requirements and asked direct questions about timeline, priority, budget, and need before confirming a meeting.
Protect the calendar.
RevenueFlow routed strong-fit opportunities forward and cancelled a booked meeting that failed the agreed intent questions. Fulcrum was not charged for the rejected meeting.
Improve from live feedback.
Fulcrum showed RevenueFlow how it validates traffic and storefront readiness. That feedback was converted into reply guidance, block-list rules, and a tighter high-confidence account model for future waves.
“He absolutely crushed it with the limited information he had.”
Results in a nutshell.
| Metric | Before RevenueFlow | After RevenueFlow |
|---|---|---|
| Modeled gross pipeline | $0 from email outbound | $180K in month one |
| Primary growth source | Primarily founder relationships | Repeatable managed outbound engine |
| LinkedIn contribution | Produced little | Integrated into a coordinated multi-channel motion |
| Source account universe | 38,000 mixed-confidence accounts | 6,000 priority accounts for the next wave |
| Qualification | Firmographic fit alone | Traffic, timing, priority, budget, and need checked before handoff |
| Low-intent bookings | Could reach the calendar | Rejected and cancelled before billing |
“I've been telling everyone about RevenueFlow. I'm extremely impressed by the quality of their work.”
Scaling together.
After creating $180K in modeled gross pipeline in month one, Fulcrum and RevenueFlow are tightening the motion around high-confidence accounts first. Lower-confidence segments remain available for later testing, while qualification feedback keeps improving the account model and reply handling.
