RevenueFlow (RevenueFlow Solutions LLC, "we") runs outbound sales for business-to-business companies: we contact professionals on behalf of ourselves and the businesses we work with, and arrange meetings with the people who want one. This policy explains what personal information we hold, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Business contact details about professionals we may contact: name, job title, company, work email address, LinkedIn profile and business phone number. These come from public sources and business data providers.
What you send us: your replies to our emails and messages, the phone number you give us, and the details of any meeting you book with us or with a business we work with.
Basic website usage data, collected through analytics cookies when you visit revenueflow.com.
How we use it
To contact professionals about our services or the services of the businesses we work with, to answer your replies, to arrange meetings you ask for and remind you of them, to keep a record of people who asked us not to contact them so we never do, and to run and improve this website.
Who we share it with
The business you asked to meet, so the meeting can happen: your contact details and the conversation about it.
Service providers that act for us, such as our email, calling and text-messaging, calendar, hosting and data providers. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
We do not sell personal information.
Mobile numbers and text messages: we do not share or sell mobile phone numbers, or anyone's agreement to receive text messages, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with providers that help us deliver the messages, such as our phone provider, is the only sharing of this information.
Your choices
Email: reply asking us to stop, or use the unsubscribe line in our emails, and we will not email you again. Text messages: reply STOP and we will not text you again (see text messages).
To see the information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email james@revenueflow.com. After a deletion we keep only what we need to make sure we never contact you again.
How long we keep it
We keep contact details while they are useful for the purposes above and delete them on request. Opt-out records are kept for as long as we contact anyone, so that your choice is honoured.
