Text messages from RevenueFlow
Last updated 20 October 2026
We text people only about a call they asked us for. This page explains when that happens, what we send and how to stop it.
When we text you
Only when both of these are true:
- you replied to an email from RevenueFlow, or from a business we arrange meetings for, saying you would like a call; and
- you gave us your phone number in writing, in your email to us or its signature.
We do not text numbers bought from lists. If you would rather not be texted, say so in your email, or reply STOP to any text.
What we send
The texts come from James on our team, from +1 (631) 641-7110. At most two texts per call you asked about:
- one to help you pick a time, if we answered your email a day earlier and you have not booked yet: "Hi [first name], it's James, I'm helping [name] at [company] set up the call you asked about. Easier to sort it here? [Name] has [two open times], or pick a time: [booking link]. Reply STOP and I won't text again."
- one reminder on the morning of a booked call: "Hi [first name], James here. Looking forward to your [time] call with [name] today, the link is in your invite. If the time no longer works, reply and I'll move it."
We do not send marketing texts, and we never text after you have said no or asked us to stop.
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP at any time and we will not text you again. Reply HELP, or email james@revenueflow.com, for help. Message and data rates may apply. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Full details: terms and privacy policy. We never share or sell mobile numbers for anyone else's marketing.
