Emailchaser now prices itself tier for tier against Instantly. Its pricing page lists Starter at $47, Pro at $97 and Max at $358 a month, the same list prices as Instantly's Growth, Hypergrowth and Light Speed outreach plans, and it takes 50% off for anyone switching from Instantly. The comparison has moved from price to what each plan includes. Instantly is the alternative Emailchaser measures itself against; the wider field of Emailchaser alternatives has its own list.

Instantly as an Emailchaser Alternative: The Short Answer

Instantly is the closest Emailchaser alternative on paper: the same limit axes (emails a month and contacts), the same monthly list prices and unlimited email accounts on both. The differences sit beside the plans. Emailchaser includes 1,500 to 10,000 lead credits a month and gives 2 months free on annual billing; Instantly sells lead credits as a separate plan from $47 a month.

For a team already paying Instantly, Emailchaser's switching offer is the sharpest number on either page: $23.50, $48.50 or $179 a month for as long as you stay. For a team starting fresh, the choice turns on whether you want lead data inside the subscription and which ecosystem you want around the sender.

    Understanding the Core Difference

Emailchaser is cold email software whose plans bundle credits for finding and verifying leads, unlimited email accounts and an autopilot that keeps campaigns sending. Its plans are limited by emails sent, active contacts and lead credits, and its page says it does not charge per seat on any plan.

Instantly sells outreach, lead credits and a CRM as separate products. Its outreach plans list unlimited email accounts and unlimited email warmup, and its lead data sits in a credits plan with what the page calls a database of 450M+ B2B leads.

Emailchaser Review: What the Pricing Page Commits To

Emailchaser's pricing page is unusually explicit, which makes its terms easy to check. It publishes an itemised invoice and states there is no per-inbox pricing and no surprise usage fees. Each plan lists its emails a month, its active contacts and its lead credits, and every plan includes a lead finder that extracts leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator through its Chrome extension, webhooks and an API, an autopilot mode, workspaces, done-for-you setup and a 1-click import from Instantly. The page displays a rating of 4.9 / 5 from 36 reviews.

The caveats are on the same page. Every email counts toward the monthly limit, the first email in a sequence and each automated follow-up alike, and the allowance resets on the 1st of each month whichever day you subscribed. Unlimited email accounts means unlimited Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft accounts; self-hosted IMAP mailboxes carry a fair-use allowance of 10 on Starter, 40 on Pro and 120 on Max. Plan credits do not roll over. The 7-day free trial asks for card details at the start, although nothing is charged if you cancel before it ends.

    Max$358/mo$3,580 a year$179/mo500,000 / 100,000 / 10,000 a month, private Slack support

An annual plan costs 10 months of the monthly price. Lead credit top-ups are $33 per 1,000, or $20 per 1,000 when you buy 5,000 or more at once, and purchased credits never expire.

Connecting your own mailboxes is free on every plan. Done-for-you email accounts are an add-on ordered inside the app: new accounts are $6 per mailbox a month plus a one-time $3 setup fee per mailbox, plus the domain, and warmed-up accounts on domains set up over 12 weeks ago are $6 per mailbox a month plus a one-time $16.79 per domain. Domains registered through that flow are charged yearly at cost, $13.99 a year for a .com.

The page opens on the Outreach tab at monthly prices; it also carries a yearly setting, but its toggle did not respond when driven for this comparison, so no Instantly yearly price is quoted here.

    Pricing Analysis

At list price the two tie tier for tier, so the arithmetic that matters is what sits beside the plan. The figures below are illustrative, worked from the published prices on monthly billing.

Monthly cost with lead credits: Emailchaser against Instantly plus credits $23.50 $47 $94 credits $47 outreach $47 Emailchaser switching Emailchaser Starter Instantly Growth + credits
Illustrative monthly cost for 1,000 contacts, 5,000 emails and about 1,500 lead credits, from both pricing pages (monthly billing).

Emailchaser Starter at $47 includes 1,500 lead credits a month. On Instantly the same volume is the $47 Growth outreach plan, and 1,500 to 2,000 credits are the $47 Credits Growth plan, so a team that wants both pays $94. A team switching from Instantly pays $23.50 for Emailchaser Starter. A team with its own lists and no need for lead credits pays $47 on either side. Over a year, Emailchaser's annual Starter is $470 against $564 on monthly billing.

    Features Breakdown

Both pricing pages list many of the same capabilities under different names, so the table below is list membership: what each page says, line by line. A blank means the page does not list it, which is not proof the product lacks it.

What counts toward the limits deserves a closer read than the features. Emailchaser counts every email it sends, follow-ups included, and defines an active contact as a lead stored in your account across all campaigns and lists, so removing contacts frees room. Instantly's cards count uploaded contacts and emails a month. For a team that sends one message per campaign, as RevenueFlow does, with no bump sequences and no thread replies, every contact costs one email, so on Emailchaser's Starter the 1,000 stored contacts bind first, and contacts have to be removed to make room before the 5,000 emails are used.

    Switching From Instantly to Emailchaser

Emailchaser's pricing page is built for this move, and it spells out the steps. Start from its switcher page and the 50% price is applied at checkout with no code to type; the 1-click import then brings campaigns, sequences and contacts across, so nothing is rebuilt by hand. Your mailboxes are yours on either platform, so they are reconnected rather than rebuilt, and sender reputation stays with the domain and the mailbox.

Switching from Instantly: switcher page, import, reconnect, check limits 1. Start from the switcher page 50% off applied at checkout, no code 2. Run the 1-click import Campaigns, sequences and contacts move 3. Reconnect your mailboxes IMAP mailboxes count against 10, 40 or 120 4. Check the email limit Every follow-up counts toward it and it resets on the 1st of the month
The switch as Emailchaser's pricing page describes it, with the one check its own terms add. Each step restates a line from the section above.

Two terms change what a migrated programme can send. Emailchaser counts every email, follow-ups included, against the monthly allowance, and it caps self-hosted IMAP mailboxes by plan, so a sending pool built on IMAP inboxes may need a larger plan than the contact count suggests. For a team sending one message per contact from Google or Microsoft mailboxes, the IMAP cap does not apply and no follow-ups eat into the email allowance.

    Integration Ecosystem

    Integration Ecosystem

Integration schematic: Integration Ecosystem (Emailchaser, Instantly, Slack, HubSpot)

    Emailchaser Integrations

Emailchaser's pricing page says its webhooks and API connect Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Make.com and more, or let you drive Emailchaser from your own code. Its email accounts are Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft, and its lead finder works inside LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

    Instantly Integrations

Instantly's integrations page features HubSpot and Slack and lists Zapier, and its pricing page includes API, webhooks and integrations among plan features. Its full directory loads in the browser and did not render for this comparison, so Salesforce, Pipedrive and other CRMs are not confirmed here; check the directory before choosing on that basis.

    Who Should Pick Which

Pick Emailchaser if you are already paying Instantly: the switching price is half of list for as long as you stay, and the 1-click import brings campaigns, sequences and contacts across.

Pick Emailchaser if you want lead data inside the subscription. Its plans include 1,500, 5,000 or 10,000 lead credits a month, which Instantly sells as a separate plan.

Pick Instantly if you already build lists elsewhere and want its wider product set around the sender: its product menu lists a CRM, an AI Reply Agent and a lead database. Its outreach cards list unlimited email warmup and unlimited email accounts at the same prices.

Pick Instantly if you send from self-hosted IMAP mailboxes at scale, since Emailchaser caps those at 10, 40 or 120 by plan. For the wider field, see the Instantly alternatives or Emailchaser against Smartlead.

    Getting Started Checklist

Before-and-after steps: Getting Started Checklist (Define cold email, Estimate expected email, List integrations, Sign up)

    1. Define your cold email volume: the emails and the contacts you need each month
    2. Estimate the tier that volume lands on; both vendors step at the same points
    3. List the integrations your team relies on, and confirm them in each directory
    4. Sign up for a trial, noting that Emailchaser takes a card for its 7 days
    5. Price your lead data: in the plan on Emailchaser, a separate plan on Instantly
    6. If you are switching from Instantly, start from Emailchaser's switcher page for the 50% price

    Final Thoughts

Emailchaser and Instantly now charge the same list price at every published tier, so the decision rests on what surrounds the plan. Emailchaser folds lead credits in and halves its price for Instantly customers; Instantly sells a wider set of products around a sender whose outreach cards match Emailchaser line for line. Count your contacts, your lead-data needs and your mailbox types first.

If you would rather have outbound run for you, RevenueFlow books qualified meetings on a pay-per-meeting basis.

Pricing and features are taken from the vendors' own pages. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions.

    Frequently asked questions
What are the best Emailchaser alternatives?
Instantly is the one Emailchaser's own pricing page measures itself against: the same limit axes, the same monthly list prices at $47, $97 and $358, and unlimited email accounts on both. The differences are lead credits, which Emailchaser includes and Instantly sells separately, and the ecosystem around the sender. A wider list of Emailchaser alternatives covers other cold email tools.
    How much does Emailchaser cost?
Emailchaser's pricing page lists Starter at $47 a month for 5,000 emails and 1,000 active contacts, Pro at $97 and Max at $358. Annual billing costs 10 months of the monthly price, so Starter is $470 a year. Customers switching from Instantly pay half: $23.50, $48.50 or $179 a month for as long as they stay.
    Is Emailchaser cheaper than Instantly?
At list price the two cost the same at every published tier: $47, $97 and $358 a month. Emailchaser comes out cheaper if you need lead data, because its plans include lead credits and Instantly sells them as a separate plan from $47 a month, or if you are switching from Instantly and qualify for its 50% offer.
Does Emailchaser have a free trial?
Yes. Every Emailchaser plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Its pricing page says you add card details at the start so the account continues without a gap, but nothing is charged during the trial, and if you cancel before it ends you are not billed. Instantly's pricing page says no credit card is required to get started.
