    The short answer

Hexospark's own pages offer no lifetime deal: its pricing lists Solo at $29 and Team at $98 a month, or $290 and $980 a year, and only its FAQ covers previously bought codes. JustCall's $29 is different: one user a month on annual billing for US and Canada calling, with a two-licence minimum.

    Key takeaways

    • Hexospark's pricing page lists Solo at $29 and Team at $98 a month, or $24.17 and $81.67 a month billed annually, and no lifetime deal appears on its pages.
    • Hexospark sends from your own SMTP or Gmail account; Team's 10 inboxes cost $9.80 each a month against $29 for Solo's single inbox.
    • JustCall's US and Canada tiers are $29, $49 and $89 per user a month billed annually, or $39, $69 and $109 monthly, with a minimum of two licences.
    • The smallest JustCall bill in the US region is $58 a month on annual billing, $696 for the year, against $29 for one month of Hexospark Solo.

Reviewed and updated September 21, 2026

Hexospark and JustCall both print $29 on their pricing pages, and the two numbers buy different things. Hexospark's $29 is a month of its Solo plan, one user and one sending inbox, on monthly billing. JustCall's $29 is one user of its Team phone plan for the United States and Canada, billed annually, with a minimum of two licences. Anyone searching for a Hexospark lifetime deal will not find one on Hexospark's own pages, which is the first thing to settle before comparing prices.

Is There a Hexospark Lifetime Deal?

Hexospark's own pages offer no lifetime deal today: its pricing page, and even its /lifetime-special address, show only the Solo and Team subscriptions at $29 and $98 a month, or $290 and $980 a year, and only its FAQ still explains how previously bought codes stack.

Hexospark Pricing: Solo, Team and Enterprise

Hexospark's pricing page lists Solo at $29 a month and Team at $98 a month on monthly billing, and $24.17 and $81.67 a month on annual billing, billed as $290 and $980. Solo carries 1 email inbox, 1GB of storage, unlimited contacts and emails, the built-in CRM and the unified inbox; Team adds 10 email inboxes, 10 GB of storage, 1+8 team seats for 9 users in total, and 3 workspaces. Enterprise is priced on contact and adds team training, personalized onboarding, campaign setup and management, and a dedicated strategy consultant. Solo can be tried free for 7 days.

    PlanMonthly, annualInboxes, usersPer inbox
    Solo$29, or $24.171 inbox, 1 user$29
    Team$98, or $81.6710 inboxes, 9 users$9.80
    EnterpriseContactCustomQuoted

Annual prices are per month, billed as $290 and $980. Per inbox is monthly billing divided by inboxes. Every plan needs your own SMTP or Gmail account.

Hexospark's plans from its pricing page, in both billing states, with the per-inbox cost that decides Solo against Team. The per-inbox figure is this page's arithmetic.

Two lines on the page change what the price means. It says you will need an existing email account, with SMTP and native Gmail integrations supported, so Hexospark sends from mailboxes you already own rather than supplying them. And its FAQ says Hexospark sets no email sending limits, while recommending that newer accounts start at 20 to 100 emails a day and ramp up gradually. Divided by inboxes, Team costs $9.80 an inbox a month against $29 on Solo, so anyone sending from more than three inboxes is paying less per inbox on Team.

JustCall Pricing: Per User, Two Licences Minimum

JustCall's pricing page sets prices by call and SMS region, and it opened on the United Kingdom region for this fetch, in pounds: Team £25, Pro £40 and Pro Plus £65 per user a month billed annually. Switched to the United States/Canada region, the same tiers are $29, $49 and $89 per user a month billed annually, or $39, $69 and $109 month to month, each with a minimum of two licences. Business is custom with a minimum of 10, and SalesPro, a multi-line dialing plan, is quoted.

JustCall tiers for US and Canada: Team, Pro, Pro Plus and what each adds Team $29 Phone system, unlimited US calling, 500 SMS segments, 100+ integrations $39 monthly Pro $49 Adds a power dialer, bulk SMS campaigns and Salesforce CTI $69 monthly Pro Plus $89 Adds AI call scoring, real-time agent assist, sentiment analysis $109 monthly Annual billing, per user
JustCall's three self-serve tiers for the United States/Canada region, per user a month, annual price large and monthly beside it, and what each tier adds. Minimum license: 2.

The region changes more than the currency. The US Team card lists unlimited outbound minutes and 500 SMS segments, while the UK Team card lists 1,000 outbound minutes, so read the card for the region you call into. The page labels annual billing "Save up to 29%". A separate cold calling dialer comparison covers where JustCall's power and predictive dialers sit against dedicated dialing tools.

What the Same $29 Actually Costs

The arithmetic here is illustrative, from list prices. The smallest Hexospark bill is $29 for one month of Solo. The smallest JustCall bill in the US region is two Team licences at $29, $58 a month, committed for a year at $696, or two licences at $39, $78 a month, on monthly billing. Both figures start at $29, and the cheapest way in is more than twice as much on one of them.

The same $29: Hexospark Solo for a month against JustCall Team per user, annual Hexospark Solo $29 One month, billed monthly 1 user and 1 email inbox Unlimited contacts and emails Smallest bill: $29 a month JustCall Team, US $29 Per user a month, billed annually Minimum license: 2 Unlimited outbound US calling Smallest bill: $58 a month, $696 committed for the year
What the $29 on each pricing page actually buys. Hexospark's is one month of one plan; JustCall's is one user a month on annual billing, sold two users at a time.

    Understanding the Core Difference

Hexospark is cold email and outreach software from Hexact. Its homepage lists personalized email campaigns at scale, automated follow-ups, a built-in CRM for unlimited contacts, a unified inbox for replies across every connected account, and a browser extension that captures leads from LinkedIn and websites into the CRM and email campaigns.

JustCall is a cloud phone and communication platform for sales and support teams. Its pricing page lists a phone system with local numbers in 70+ countries, a messaging suite, IVR and call menus, a power dialer and bulk SMS campaigns from Pro, and AI call scoring, real-time agent assist and sentiment analysis on Pro Plus.

The two do not compete for the same step. Hexospark writes, sends and reads email; JustCall places, records and routes calls and texts. A team comparing them is usually deciding which channel to fund first, not which tool does the job better.

    Features Breakdown

Hexospark's homepage lists customizing emails with lead data, personal icebreakers, custom variables, rotating email accounts inside campaigns, engagement stats, scheduled follow-ups, an email template library, and canned responses in the unified inbox. Its FAQ adds CSV import and export for the CRM, a choice of server location at signup, including the EU, and a native integration with Hexomatic, its sister product.

JustCall's pricing page lists, from Team up, unlimited inbound minutes, AI transcription, team performance analytics and API access; from Pro, a power dialer, bulk SMS, queue callback and intelligent call routing; and on Pro Plus, a multi-channel AI notetaker, coaching comments and AI-powered script compliance. Read both as list membership: a feature on one page and not the other is a difference in what each vendor chose to publish.

    Integration Ecosystem

Integration grid: Integration Ecosystem (Hexospark, JustCall, Gmail, Salesforce)

Hexospark's pages name SMTP and native Gmail as the ways to connect a sending account, its browser extension for LinkedIn and websites, and the native Hexomatic integration. JustCall's pricing page lists 100+ CRM and data integrations on every plan and a Salesforce CTI integration from Pro, and its SalesPro section names Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach and Salesloft.

That asymmetry is expected for the categories. A phone platform lives inside the CRM, where calls must be logged against the deal, while Hexospark carries its own CRM and connects outward mainly to the mailbox it sends from.

Where Each One Sits in a Cold Outbound Stack

Hexospark runs the email step and its replies; JustCall runs the calls 1. Leads into Hexospark's CRM CSV import or the LinkedIn browser extension 2. One email per campaign Sent from your own SMTP or Gmail inbox; replies land in the unified inbox 3. Calls on JustCall Dialer, recording, SMS as a separate motion 4. Logged to the CRM JustCall lists 100+ CRM and data integrations
Where each tool sits in one outbound run. They do not compete for the same step: Hexospark sends and reads email, JustCall places and logs calls.

Our own doctrine shapes how either tool is used. We send one message per campaign, with no bumps and no thread replies, so Hexospark's automated follow-ups are the vendor's feature rather than part of the plan, and its email is only ever the first touch in a campaign. Volume is spread across many low-volume mailboxes, which is where Team's 10 inboxes matter more than Solo's one. Calls run as their own motion on JustCall rather than as steps chasing an unanswered email, and meetings are qualified against criteria agreed in writing before launch.

    Who Should Pick Which

Pick Hexospark if the gap is email: sending personalized campaigns from mailboxes you already own, reading every reply in one inbox and keeping the leads in a CRM without buying one. Solo suits one sender; Team at $98 a month is cheaper per inbox as soon as you send from more than three.

Pick JustCall if the gap is the phone: a team that needs numbers, a dialer, call recording and SMS, logged into a CRM it already runs. Budget for two licences at least, and read the card for your calling region.

Pick both if outbound runs on both channels, and keep them in their own lanes: Hexospark for the email step and its replies, JustCall for calls, with the CRM as the record.

    Setup Notes Before You Commit

Hexospark's FAQ warns that you can change the sending email at any time, but doing so deletes any associated campaign data, so connect the mailbox you intend to keep before the first campaign goes out. It also lets you select the server location at signup, including the EU, before any data reaches the CRM.

On JustCall, "unlimited" is bounded by its fair usage policy: calling covers outbound mobile and landline calls within your selected region and excludes toll-free, premium-rate and international calls and call forwards. Every tier includes 2 phone numbers per account, and further local number bundles are an add-on, so a team calling several countries should price the bundles before comparing tiers.

    Getting Started Checklist

Step sequence: Getting Started Checklist (Define cold email, Estimate expected email, List integrations, Sign up)

    1. Decide which channel is the gap this quarter, email or phone, before comparing any price.
    2. For Hexospark, count the sending inboxes you will connect; Solo covers one and Team covers ten.
    3. For JustCall, pick your call region on the pricing page and budget for at least two licences.
    4. Check whether annual billing is acceptable, since JustCall's headline rate is the annual one.
    5. Use Hexospark's 7-day trial to connect your own SMTP or Gmail inbox and send a small first campaign.
    6. Confirm your CRM is on JustCall's integration list before the first call is logged.

    Final Thoughts

Hexospark and JustCall share a headline number and nothing else. One is an email-and-CRM tool that sends from your own mailboxes; the other is a phone system sold per user, two at a time. Settle the channel first, then price the tier that carries it.

If you would rather have this run for you, RevenueFlow books qualified meetings on a pay-per-meeting basis, against criteria agreed in writing before launch, and publishes client results.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions.

    Frequently asked questions
Is there a Hexospark lifetime deal?
Not on Hexospark's own pages. Its pricing page, and its /lifetime-special address, show only Solo at $29 and Team at $98 a month, or $290 and $980 a year. Its FAQ still explains how previously bought codes stack, with each extra code adding an inbox and 1 GB of storage, which matters only to people who already hold codes.
    How much does Hexospark cost?
Hexospark's pricing page lists Solo at $29 a month for one user and one email inbox, and Team at $98 a month for ten inboxes and nine users. Annual billing brings those to $24.17 and $81.67 a month, billed as $290 and $980. Enterprise is priced on contact, and Solo has a 7-day free trial.
    How much does JustCall cost?
For the United States and Canada region, JustCall's pricing page lists Team at $29, Pro at $49 and Pro Plus at $89 per user a month billed annually, or $39, $69 and $109 monthly, each with a minimum of two licences. The page opened on a UK region in pounds for this comparison, so choose your region first.
Do I need both Hexospark and JustCall?
Only if you run outbound on both email and phone. Hexospark sends email from your own mailboxes and keeps replies and leads in its inbox and CRM; JustCall is a phone system with dialers, recording and SMS. They do not overlap, so the question is which channel to fund first.
