Compare Hexospark and Instantly side by side. See pricing, features, and integrations to choose the right cold email platform for your needs.

There is no Hexospark lifetime deal on sale today: AppSumo's listing reads Sold out, and Hexospark's lifetime-special address opens its standard pricing page. Hexospark's subscriptions run $29 a month for Solo with one inbox and $98 for Team with ten, against Instantly's $47 Growth plan with unlimited email accounts and warmup.
Key takeaways
- AppSumo's Hexospark listing is marked Sold out with the line This deal is unavailable, and Hexospark's own lifetime-special address now opens its standard pricing page.
- Hexospark Solo costs $29 a month or $290 billed yearly for 1 email inbox; Team costs $98 a month or $980 yearly for 10 inboxes, 9 total users and 3 workspaces.
- Instantly's Outreach plans cost $47, $97 and $358 a month on monthly billing, or $37.6, $77.6 and $286.3 a month billed yearly, with unlimited email accounts and warmup on every plan.
- Hexospark meters inboxes and seats while Instantly meters emails and uploaded contacts, so in an illustrative ten-inbox, 20,000-email month the two cost $98 and $97.

AppSumo's Hexospark listing, the page that sold the Hexospark lifetime deal, now reads "Sold out" with the line "This deal is unavailable," and the lifetime-special address on Hexospark's own site opens its ordinary pricing page. So the real choice is between two subscriptions. Hexospark, made by Hexact, starts at $29 a month for one inbox with a built-in CRM. Instantly starts at $47 a month with unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup, and meters sending volume and contacts instead. What each price buys is what decides this pair.
Is there a Hexospark lifetime deal?
Not one you can buy today. AppSumo's Hexospark listing is marked "Sold out" and says "This deal is unavailable," and Hexospark's own lifetime-special address now lands on the standard pricing page, which sells Solo at $29 a month and Team at $98. A lifetime price quoted elsewhere describes a past AppSumo campaign that has closed.
The listing still documents how the deal worked, which matters to anyone who holds codes. Its terms promise "Lifetime access to Hexospark" and "All future Solo (Codes 1-4) or Team (Codes 5+) Plan updates." Codes had to be redeemed within 60 days of purchase and could be stacked: one code carried 1 email inbox and 1 GB of account storage, two codes carried 2 inboxes and 2 GB, three codes 3 of each, and each code stacked beyond the tenth unlocks another 1 GB and one more email inbox. The launch message from Hexact's CEO on the listing is dated April 19, 2023. The plan names those codes map to, Solo and Team, are still the two self-serve plans on today's pricing page.

What is Hexospark?
Hexospark is cloud-based cold email and outreach software from Hexact, Inc., the company behind Hexometer, Hexowatch and Hexomatic. It puts three things in one account: a built-in CRM that manages unlimited contacts, personalized email campaigns with automated follow-ups, and a unified inbox that collects replies from every connected mailbox. A browser extension captures leads from LinkedIn and imports them to the CRM and to campaigns in one click. AppSumo's listing files it as an "Alternative to Lemlist", and how Hexospark compares with lemlist is its own page.
Two details on its own pages shape how it is bought. The pricing page states "To use Hexospark you will need an existing email account" and "SMTP and native Gmail integrations are supported," so the mailboxes come from your own provider. And none of the three Hexospark pages read for this comparison (homepage, pricing page, AppSumo listing) mentions email warmup, so a team on Hexospark that wants it buys it from a separate email warmup service.
The price climbs with inboxes and seats. Solo costs $29 a month, or $290 billed yearly, which the page shows as $24.17 a month, and carries 1 email inbox, 1GB of account storage, unlimited contacts and unlimited emails. Team costs $98 a month, or $980 billed yearly ($81.67 a month), and adds 10 email inboxes, 10 GB of storage, 1+8 team seats (9 total users) and 3 workspaces. Enterprise is a custom plan that adds team training, personalized onboarding, campaign setup and management, and a dedicated strategy consultant. Yearly billing costs ten times the monthly price, so it buys twelve months for the price of ten.
What is Instantly?
Instantly is a cold email platform whose Outreach plans all include unlimited email accounts and unlimited email warmup, per its pricing page, with the price set by how many emails you send a month and how many contacts you upload. It sells access to its lead database separately, on an Instantly Credits tab the page describes as a "Database of 450M+ B2B Leads": the credits Growth plan is $47 a month for 1500-2000 Instantly credits monthly. Its integrations marketplace, titled "50+ Sales and Outreach Integrations," features HubSpot, Slack and Zapier. The top self-serve Outreach tier, Light Speed, adds what the page calls the SISR (Server & IP Sharding and Rotation) system, which it says automatically assigns dedicated/private server and IP blocks.

Instantly pricing
Instantly's pricing page opens on its Outreach plans with monthly billing selected. Switching to yearly lowers each price, and on Growth and Hypergrowth the yearly figure is exactly a fifth below the monthly one.
| Plan | Monthly | Billed yearly, per month | Emails a month | Uploaded contacts |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | $47 | $37.6 | 5,000 | 1,000 |
| Hypergrowth | $97 | $77.6 | 125,000 on the monthly card, 100,000 on the yearly card | 25,000 |
| Light Speed | $358 | $286.3 | 500,000 | 100,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | 500,000+ | 100,000+ |
Source: Instantly Pricing
Instantly's own page disagrees with itself on Hypergrowth: the monthly card lists 125 000 emails monthly, while the yearly card and the feature comparison table list 100,000. Plan on the lower figure until Instantly confirms which applies to your billing term. A fuller walk through Instantly's tier caps covers what happens when you hit them.
What each price meters
The two vendors meter different things, and that decides the bill more than the entry price does. Hexospark's plans meter inboxes, seats and storage, and leave contacts and emails unlimited. Instantly's Outreach plans leave email accounts unlimited and meter emails per month and uploaded contacts. The table prices three setups on monthly billing from the two pricing pages. They are illustrative examples chosen to show where each meter bites, not measured campaigns.
| Illustrative setup | Hexospark | Instantly |
|---|---|---|
| 1 inbox, 2,000 emails and 500 contacts a month | Solo, $29 | Growth, $47 |
| 3 inboxes, 5,000 emails, 1,000 contacts | Team, $98 (Solo holds one inbox) | Growth, $47 |
| 10 inboxes, 20,000 emails, 5,000 contacts | Team, $98 | Hypergrowth, $97 (Growth stops at 5,000 emails) |
Difference: $18 in Hexospark's favour, then $51 in Instantly's, then $1.
The arithmetic is simple once the meters are clear. At one inbox Hexospark is $18 cheaper. At three inboxes Hexospark's Solo plan runs out of inboxes, so the bill jumps to Team's $98 while Instantly's Growth plan still covers the whole setup at $47, a $51 gap the other way. At ten inboxes and 20,000 emails Instantly's Growth plan runs out of volume, and the two land a dollar apart. Past ten inboxes Hexospark moves to Enterprise, which has no published price, while Instantly keeps charging by volume. Hexospark's unlimited emails is a plan allowance: its pricing page does not say how much one connected mailbox should send in a day, and that ceiling comes from the mailbox and its provider, which is the layer covered in cold email infrastructure.
What each tool lists
Each vendor describes its product in its own words, so a capability one lists can exist in the other under another name. Hexospark's homepage lists a built-in CRM with pipeline management and saved documents and contracts, personal icebreakers written from fresh profile data, custom variables, rotating email accounts inside campaigns, engagement stats, follow-ups scheduled at different time intervals, an email template library, canned responses in the unified inbox, and granular workspace and team settings. Instantly's plan comparison lists advanced warmup capabilities, advanced sequences and scheduling, email and account analytics, a global block list, A/Z testing, reputation protection and bounce detection, API, webhooks and integrations, and Unibox, its shared inbox.
The overlap is wider than the wording suggests. Both run follow-up sequences, and both collect replies in one inbox, which Hexospark calls the unified inbox and Instantly calls Unibox. Instantly's own menu also lists a CRM product, so a CRM alone does not separate them; what Hexospark's pricing page adds is that its CRM sits on every plan from Solo up. The differences that hold on today's pages are narrower: warmup and a credits-based lead database appear on Instantly's pricing page and on none of the Hexospark pages read, and Hexospark's LinkedIn browser extension is how it finds leads.
Both vendors sell follow-up automation. RevenueFlow's own campaigns send one message per campaign with no bumps or thread replies, so for a team that works that way the sequence engine is not the feature that decides this pair.
Integrations and setup

Hexospark connects to your mail through SMTP or its native Gmail integration, and to LinkedIn through its browser extension. It describes its CRM as all-in-one, tracking leads, notes and communications, and no Hexospark page read for this comparison names a HubSpot or Salesforce connector. Instantly's marketplace features HubSpot, Slack and Zapier, alongside partner tools such as Findymail, which inserts verified emails into Instantly, and RB2B, which adds website visitors to campaigns. Its HubSpot listing says the connection imports contacts and triggers actions from CRM events.
That makes the setup question simple. A team with no CRM gets one inside Hexospark. A team already running HubSpot gets a connector from Instantly and keeps its records where they are.
Hexospark or Instantly: who should pick which
Hexospark suits a single sender or a small team that wants its contacts, pipeline and replies in one place and has no CRM yet. Solo at $29 a month is the cheapest way into either product, and Team at $98 gives nine users three workspaces and ten inboxes. Holders of AppSumo codes are already on Solo or Team terms and have no reason to switch for price.
Instantly suits a team that wants warmup, unlimited mailboxes and a lead database from the same vendor, or one that already runs HubSpot. From two inboxes up it is cheaper at low volume, because Growth covers any number of accounts up to 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts a month. Past ten inboxes it is the only one of the two with a published price.

Getting Started Checklist

- Count the inboxes you will send from and the emails you plan a month. Those two numbers pick the plan on each side.
- Decide whether warmup has to live in the sending tool. Hexospark's pages do not list it.
- Decide where contacts live: Hexospark's built-in CRM, or an existing CRM such as HubSpot connected to Instantly.
- If you hold AppSumo codes, check which plan your code count maps to: Solo for codes 1-4, Team for 5 or more.
- Try Hexospark on the monthly Solo card, which carries the 7-day free trial, before yearly billing, which charges $290 or $980 upon purchase.
- Run one real campaign on the chosen tool before moving every mailbox across.
Final thoughts
Hexospark's lifetime deal has closed, so this is a subscription against a subscription. Hexospark is cheaper for one inbox, $29 against $47, and bundles a CRM. Instantly is cheaper from two inboxes up while volume stays inside Growth, includes warmup and unlimited accounts, and publishes plans up to 500,000 emails a month. At ten inboxes and moderate volume the two land within a dollar of each other, so the deciding question is whether you want a CRM or warmup in the same bill. For more options on the Instantly side, see the best Instantly alternatives. If you would rather hand the sending side to a team that runs it, start with a free campaign.
