Emailchaser's pricing page opens with a comparison: "Better features than Instantly, at the same price." Its three plans, Starter, Pro and Max, cost $47, $97 and $358 a month billed monthly, and the page sets them tier for tier against Instantly's Growth, Hypergrowth and Light Speed outreach plans at the same list prices. So the search for Emailchaser alternatives usually starts with Instantly and then asks what else prices outreach the same way.

This page covers what Emailchaser's plans include today, why teams look elsewhere, and five alternatives priced from their own pricing pages, in the currency and billing basis each page displayed.

What are the best Emailchaser alternatives?

The closest Emailchaser alternatives are Instantly, which Emailchaser prices itself against tier for tier; Smartlead and ReachInbox, which also connect unlimited email accounts and cost less at entry on yearly billing; Saleshandy, with the same unlimited mailboxes and a lower monthly entry price; and lemlist, which adds LinkedIn, calls and WhatsApp on its Multichannel plan.

    What Emailchaser's plans include

Emailchaser describes itself as all-in-one cold email software: it finds and verifies leads, connects email accounts and runs campaigns. Plans are limited by emails sent, active contacts and lead credits, while email accounts are unlimited on every plan for Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft accounts.

    Emailchaser plans: Starter $47, Pro $97, Max $358 a month, billed monthly Starter $47 5,000 emails a month 1,000 active contacts 1,500 lead credits a month Pro $97 125,000 emails a month 25,000 active contacts 5,000 lead credits a month Max $358 500,000 emails a month 100,000 active contacts 10,000 lead credits a month Annual: $470, $970 or $3,580 a year
Emailchaser's three plans as its pricing page displays them, in US dollars, billed monthly. Every plan connects unlimited email accounts; the tiers differ on sends, contacts and lead credits.

Four details on the page change the arithmetic. Every email Emailchaser sends counts toward the monthly allowance, the first email in a sequence and each automated follow-up alike, so a team sending one message per campaign spends the allowance on first contacts only. Emailchaser's plan lead credits refresh monthly and do not roll over, while its page prices purchased top-ups, which never expire, at $33 per 1,000, or $20 per 1,000 when bought 5,000 at a time. Emailchaser's page says an annual plan costs 10 months of the monthly price, so Starter is $470 a year instead of $564. And every plan starts with a 7-day free trial that takes card details up front but charges nothing if cancelled before it ends.

The page also carries an offer for teams arriving from Instantly: 50% off for as long as they stay, which is where a Starter price of $23.50 a month comes from. That is a switching discount, and the standard Starter price on Emailchaser's page is $47. Emailchaser's page prices done-for-you mailboxes separately, from $6 per mailbox a month.

The same features sit on every plan: a lead finder that extracts leads with verified email addresses from LinkedIn Sales Navigator through a Chrome extension, webhooks and an API for connecting Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce and Make.com, an Autopilot mode, workspaces, done-for-you setup and a 1-click import from Instantly. The tiers change the volume, and nothing else.

Why teams look for an Emailchaser alternative

Schematic: How to Choose the Right Alternative (Emailchaser, Budget, Cold email outreach, Integration requirements)

A lower price on annual billing. Emailchaser's Starter works out at $39.17 a month on its annual plan. ReachInbox's Starter is $30 a month billed yearly, Smartlead's Base $32 and Saleshandy's Starter $34.

A free plan to start on. Emailchaser offers a 7-day trial. ReachInbox has a Free plan at $0 with 3 email accounts and 250 emails a month.

Channels beyond email. Emailchaser runs email. lemlist's Multichannel plan adds LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp automation, and Saleshandy's sequences list email, calls, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps.

Client workspaces. Smartlead's pricing FAQ says clients can be added from the Pro plan onwards, and ReachInbox's Growth plan lists 20 workspaces.

Every tool here sells multi-step sequences. Those are the vendors' features; the campaigns this site runs send one message per campaign, which is worth remembering when a plan counts follow-ups against its send allowance.

Why teams leave Emailchaser, and the alternative each reason points to Why are you leaving? You want a lower price on annual ReachInbox $30 a month, yearly You want a free plan to start on ReachInbox Free 250 emails a month You need LinkedIn, calls or WhatsApp lemlist Multichannel plan You run client workspaces Smartlead Clients from Pro

Five Emailchaser alternatives, priced from their own pages

    Instantly

Instantly is the plan Emailchaser measures itself against. Its outreach plans display Growth at $47, Hypergrowth at $97 and Light Speed at $358 a month; Growth connects unlimited email accounts with unlimited warmup, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month. Lead data is a separate purchase: the same page sells credit plans from $47 a month for 1,500 Instantly credits, which Emailchaser's page points out when it says Instantly's outreach plans include no lead credits. The page's yearly switch did not respond to an automated click, so no yearly Instantly price is given here. The pair is compared in Emailchaser against Instantly.

    Smartlead

Smartlead's page opens on yearly billing: Base is $32 a month, Pro $78, Unlimited Smart $144 and Unlimited Prime $315, against $39, $94, $174 and $379 billed monthly, and its FAQ says annual billing saves 17% across all plans. Base covers 2,000 contacts and 6,000 email sends a month. The FAQ says every plan includes unlimited email accounts at no extra cost and comes with a free trial that needs no card. More detail is in Emailchaser against Smartlead.

    Saleshandy

Saleshandy's page shows both prices at once: Starter is $34 a month billed annually at $408 a year, or $41 if paid monthly, with a 7-day free trial and rates exclusive of taxes. Starter connects unlimited email accounts, keeps 2,000 active prospects in live sequences and sends 6,000 emails a month, and the page offers prices in several currencies. The comparison is in Emailchaser against Saleshandy.

    ReachInbox

ReachInbox is the only one here with a free plan: $0 with 3 email accounts, 250 emails and 50 active leads a month, and warmup for 14 days. ReachInbox's pricing page lists Starter at $30 a month billed yearly or $39 monthly, with unlimited email accounts, 2,000 active leads and 10,000 emails a month; Growth is $75 or $99 and lists 20 workspaces. Paid plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee. See Emailchaser against ReachInbox.

    lemlist

lemlist's pricing page serves pounds here. The Email plan is £55 a month billed yearly or £69 monthly, with unlimited users and 50,000 emails a month; Multichannel is £87 or £109 per user and adds LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp automation. Both paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. The pairing is in Emailchaser against lemlist.

What 1,000 sends cost on each entry plan

The arithmetic here is illustrative: the monthly price billed monthly, divided by the entry plan's monthly send allowance, on the US-dollar pages. ReachInbox's Starter works out at $3.90 per 1,000 emails, Smartlead's Base at $6.50, Saleshandy's Starter at $6.83, and Emailchaser's Starter and Instantly's Growth at $9.40 each. lemlist is left out because its page served pounds.

Illustrative cost per 1,000 sends on each entry plan, billed monthly, US dollars Per 1,000 sends, entry plan ReachInbox Starter $3.90 Smartlead Base $6.50 Saleshandy Starter $6.83 Emailchaser Starter $9.40 Instantly Growth $9.40 Illustrative; limits differ in kind
Illustrative: monthly price divided by the monthly send allowance on each entry plan, billed monthly, from the US-dollar pricing pages in this guide.

The limits are not the same kind of thing. Emailchaser counts active contacts and includes 1,500 lead credits on Starter; Instantly counts uploaded contacts and sells lead credits separately; Smartlead, Saleshandy and ReachInbox each count contacts or active leads in their own way. Price per send is one axis of the decision, and the contact limit is often the one a team hits first.

A second illustrative case shows how quickly the entry-price gap closes. Take a team keeping 3,000 contacts live and sending 15,000 emails a month. That outgrows every entry plan above: Emailchaser's Starter stops at 1,000 active contacts, Instantly's Growth at 1,000 uploaded contacts, Smartlead's Base and Saleshandy's Starter at 6,000 sends, and ReachInbox's Starter at 2,000 active leads. On the second tier, billed monthly, the bills are Smartlead Pro at $94, Emailchaser Pro and Instantly Hypergrowth at $97, and Saleshandy Pro and ReachInbox Growth at $99. Across the five pricing pages the spread is $5 a month, so at that size the decision rests on what each plan includes rather than on price.

    Moving off Emailchaser

Three things are worth doing before cancelling. Spend or keep the plan's lead credits: Emailchaser's plan credits expire at the monthly reset, while purchased top-ups never expire, so a top-up bought in the last month is the one that survives. Export contacts and campaign copy, because the 1-click import on Emailchaser's page runs from Instantly into Emailchaser, not outward. And count the mailboxes you will reconnect: Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy and ReachInbox connect unlimited email accounts on their paid plans, as does lemlist's Email plan, while its Multichannel plan lists 5 senders per user, so the move mostly costs setup time rather than mailbox fees. Size the new plan on active contacts first, because that is the limit the worked case above runs into before sends.

    Choosing an Emailchaser alternative

If Emailchaser's lead credits are the reason you use it, compare its Starter against Instantly's outreach plan plus a credit plan, because that is the like-for-like cost. If you buy data elsewhere, ReachInbox, Smartlead and Saleshandy send more per dollar at entry. If LinkedIn and calls belong in the same tool, lemlist is the one here built around them. The wider category is covered in cold email software compared.

Whichever sender you pick, the result depends on what goes out through it. If the tool is settled and the message is the open question, see what one campaign against your own segment produces.

Pricing and features are taken from the vendors' own pages. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.
