    The short answer

The best Growbots alternatives depend on which part of Growbots you are replacing. For the database and sending, Apollo.io starts at $49 a seat a month billed annually and Snov.io at $39 monthly; for sending alone, Woodpecker, Smartlead and ReachInbox; for one seller's own inbox, Mixmax.

    Key takeaways

    • Growbots' configurator charges $29 a month per 100 emails a day on Starter and $39 on Pro, plus $50 to $200 a month for 250 or 1,000 database leads.
    • A Growbots Starter plan at 100 emails a day with 1,000 advanced leads shows a total of $229 a month on its own configurator.
    • Among data-and-sending alternatives, Apollo.io Basic lists $49 a seat a month billed annually and Snov.io Starter $39 a month with 1,000 credits.
    • Woodpecker, Smartlead and ReachInbox price the sending alone, from $35, $39 and $30 a month, for teams that bring their own lists.

Growbots sells three things through one configurator: a sending plan priced per 100 emails a day, an optional lead database priced per lead, and a Concierge service in which its own team runs the outbound. The right Growbots alternatives depend on which of those three you are replacing, which is also how its competitors split: some sell the database and the sending together, some only the sending, one works inside a seller's own inbox, and agencies take over the whole process.

What Growbots Sells, and What It Costs

Growbots' pricing configurator starts with sending volume, chosen from a dropdown: Starter costs $29 a month for each 100 emails a day and Pro $39, in steps from 100 to 5,000 a day, with larger volumes on request. The page says 100 emails a day lets you contact 500 to 2,000 new prospects a month. The second step is the data source: your own database costs nothing, and the Growbots database, which its page describes as 180M+ prospects, costs $50 a month for 250 leads or $150 for 1,000 on basic filters, and $75 or $200 on advanced filters. A Starter plan at 100 a day with 1,000 advanced leads shows a total of $229 a month. Our Growbots pricing breakdown walks through every step of that configurator.

Emails a dayStarter a monthPro a monthNew prospects a month, per the page
    100$29$39500 to 2,000
    500$145$1952,500 to 10,000
    1,000$290$3905,000 to 20,000
    5,000$1,450$1,95025,000 to 100,000

Starter lists unlimited user seats and unlimited email accounts, AI handling of replies, Zapier, deliverability monitoring and A/B testing; Pro adds CRM integrations, an AI template generator, verification of imported emails and advanced sending limits. The plan comparison caps sending per inbox at up to 100 emails a day on Starter and up to 500 on Pro. A Free plan allows 3 active campaigns of up to 5 steps, and Concierge carries no published price.

Database leads are bought with credits, and the FAQ spells out the rules: one credit is charged when a prospect from the database is scheduled or exported, credits do not roll over from month to month, and a credit is refunded if an email address turns out inaccurate or inactive.

Growbots Alternatives, Grouped by What They Replace

Every price below comes from the vendor's own pricing page, in the currency and billing state the page displayed, and the eight tools are the ones whose pages were read in full for this refresh rather than a complete list of the market.

The eight alternatives on this page, grouped by which part of Growbots they replace, with the entry price each vendor's own pricing page displays and its billing basis.

    Database and sending together

Apollo.io. Its pricing page lists Basic at $49 a seat a month billed annually, or $65 monthly, with 30,000 credits a seat a year on annual billing or 2,500 a month on monthly. Basic carries unlimited sequences and a deliverability suite with email warmup, with 1 mailbox a user and 250 email sends a day; an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8. The Free plan gives 900 credits a seat a year and 2 sequences per team.

Snov.io. Starter is $39 a month on monthly billing, with 1,000 credits, 5,000 recipients and 3 email warm-ups, and unlimited team seats; the page offers 25% off for annual subscriptions and charges 1 credit for each prospect found or email verified. The Growbots vs Snov.io comparison sets the two side by side.

lemlist. Its page served pounds for this refresh: the Email plan is £69 a month, or £55 a month on yearly billing, with unlimited users, 50,000 emails a month, a 650M+ leads database and an email and phone number finder. The Multichannel plan is £109 a user a month, or £87 yearly, with unlimited emails and messages. The Growbots vs lemlist page covers the pair.

Reply.io. Email Volume starts at $49 a user a month billed annually, or $59 monthly, for 1,000 active contacts, with LinkedIn automation at $69 and calls and SMS at $29 a month per account as add-ons. Its Multichannel plan starts at $89 a user a month billed annually and includes those channels. Both include email warmup with every mailbox and 50 live data credits a month, drawn from a database the page puts at 1 billion B2B contacts.

Sending only, bring your own list

Woodpecker. Its calculator prices contacted prospects: $35 a month for 500 on monthly billing in US dollars, $67 for 2,000, with unlimited team members and email accounts and warm-ups bundled into each tier. The page served pounds to this fetch before its currency selector was switched. LinkedIn accounts are a $29 a month add-on, and the free trial runs 14 days or 100 cold emails, whichever comes first. See Growbots vs Woodpecker.

Smartlead. Base is $39 a month for 2,000 contacts and 6,000 email sends a month, and Pro $94 for 30,000 contacts and 90,000 sends, with 17% off on yearly billing. The Growbots vs Smartlead comparison goes deeper.

ReachInbox. Its page opens on yearly billing: a Free plan with 3 email accounts and 250 emails a month, then Starter at $30 a month billed yearly for unlimited email accounts, unlimited AI warmup, 2,000 active leads and 10,000 emails a month, Growth at $75 and Pro at $225, with Enterprise from $999 a month. Paid plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee, and the yearly toggle is labelled 25% off. The Growbots vs ReachInbox page compares them directly.

    A seller's own inbox

Mixmax. A Gmail engagement tool priced per seat: Inbox Copilot at $29 a user a month billed annually, and Engagement Copilot at $49, or $65 monthly, with up to 1,500 sequence recipients a month. Its pricing page lists no warmup feature, so it replaces Growbots only for a seller sending from their own address, and everyone starts with a 14-day free trial of the full Suite with no credit card. See Growbots vs Mixmax.

    The Concierge route

Growbots' Concierge hands the outbound process to its team, and the alternative to that is another team: an outbound agency. RevenueFlow runs outbound on a pay-per-meeting basis, against meeting criteria agreed in writing before launch.

What the Database Costs Next to the Alternatives

The arithmetic here is illustrative, from list prices, and it compares price only, not the quality or coverage of any database. For 1,000 new prospects with emails in a month, Growbots needs a sending plan plus leads: $29 for Starter at 100 a day and $200 for 1,000 advanced leads, $229 in all, or $179 on basic filters. Apollo.io Basic on monthly billing is $65 for 2,500 credits at 1 credit an email, and Snov.io Starter is $39 for 1,000 credits, both with sending included.

    Illustrative month, 1,000 prospects: Growbots against Apollo and Snov.io Growbots, advanced leads $229 Starter 100 a day ($29) plus $200 Growbots, basic leads $179 Starter 100 a day ($29) plus $150 Apollo.io Basic, monthly $65 2,500 credits, 1 per email Snov.io Starter, monthly $39 1,000 credits
Illustrative arithmetic from list prices: what 1,000 new prospects with emails cost in a month on each, including the sending plan Growbots needs. Not a data-quality comparison.

How to Choose the Right Alternative

Schematic: How to Choose the Right Alternative (Growbots, Budget, Cold email outreach, Integration requirements)

Start from who runs the outbound. If someone else should, the choice is between Growbots' Concierge and an agency. If your team runs it, ask whether you need a database at all: if yes, the data-and-sending tools replace both halves of Growbots; if you bring your own list, the choice is whose inbox sends. A mailbox fleet points to Woodpecker, Smartlead or ReachInbox; one seller's own Gmail points to Mixmax.

Decision tree: done for you, then database needed, then the sending inbox Should someone else run it? No Yes Done for you Growbots Concierge or an agency Do you need the database? Yes No Data and sending Apollo.io, Snov.io, lemlist, Reply.io Whose inbox sends? A mailbox fleet Woodpecker, Smartlead, ReachInbox One seller Mixmax
Which Growbots alternative fits, in the order that settles most cases: who runs the outbound, then whether you need the database, then whose inbox sends.

Whichever you pick, read the meter. Snov.io charges a recipient only the first time a lead is contacted in a billing period, and Reply.io counts an active contact as someone who receives a first-step email. We send one message per campaign, with no bumps and no thread replies, so for us the first touch is the whole allowance, and free follow-ups add nothing. The unit worth comparing is new contacts a month, which is also what Growbots' own volume dropdown is really selling.

    Moving Off Growbots

Time the switch to the renewal date. Growbots' FAQ says credits reset to the subscription's number on renewal and unused ones disappear, so leads bought in the current period are best scheduled or exported before it ends.

Export your prospect lists and your do-not-contact list before access lapses; the suppression list is the one asset that must survive every vendor change, and it belongs outside any single tool. If the new platform sends from new mailboxes, give them a sending history before the first campaign, since a fresh address starts with none. And check the new tool's meter against the one you are leaving: Growbots prices sending by emails a day and leads by credits, while the alternatives above price by seats, credits, recipients or contacted prospects.

    Final Recommendation

There is no single best Growbots alternative, because Growbots bundles three purchases. If you mainly used its database, Apollo.io and Snov.io publish the lowest entry prices among the data-and-sending tools here. If you only need to send to lists you already own, Woodpecker, Smartlead and ReachInbox price the sending alone. If a seller works from their own inbox, Mixmax fits. Price the unit you actually consume, new contacts a month, before comparing any headline number.

Pricing and features are taken from the vendors' own pages. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions.

    Frequently asked questions
What are the best Growbots alternatives?
It depends on what you used Growbots for. To replace its database and sending together, look at Apollo.io, Snov.io, lemlist or Reply.io. To send to lists you already own, Woodpecker, Smartlead and ReachInbox price the sending alone. For a seller working from their own Gmail, Mixmax fits, and to replace Concierge, an outbound agency.
    How much does Growbots cost?
Growbots' configurator charges $29 a month for each 100 emails a day on Starter and $39 on Pro, up to 5,000 a day. Its database adds $50 or $150 a month for 250 or 1,000 leads on basic filters, and $75 or $200 on advanced filters. A Free plan allows 3 active campaigns, and Concierge is priced on request.
    Who are Growbots' main competitors?
Its competitors split by job. Apollo.io, Snov.io, lemlist and Reply.io sell a database and sending together, as Growbots does. Woodpecker, Smartlead and ReachInbox sell sending for lists you bring. Mixmax works inside one seller's Gmail. Outbound agencies compete with Growbots' Concierge service, which runs the process for you.
Is there a cheaper alternative to the Growbots database?
On list price, yes. For 1,000 new prospects with emails in a month, Growbots needs a sending plan plus leads, $179 to $229 in all, while Apollo.io Basic is $65 on monthly billing for 2,500 credits and Snov.io Starter $39 for 1,000 credits, sending included. That compares price only, not data quality.
