Best SignalHire Alternatives in 2026
SignalHire alternatives with better contact data, priced from each vendor's own page: Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, RocketReach, ContactOut and LeadIQ.

Tools similar to SignalHire with a claim to better contact data include Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, RocketReach, ContactOut and LeadIQ. Their accuracy figures are their own claims, and a phone number costs 1 credit at UpLead, 5 at Lusha, 8 at Apollo and 10 at LeadIQ, so test known contacts on each free plan.
Key takeaways
- SignalHire's pricing page sells Emails at $69 a month for 1,000 credits and Phones at $69 for 435 credits billed monthly, or $57 a month billed annually for 12,000 or 5,400 credits a year.
- A phone number costs 1 credit at UpLead (with the email), 5 at Lusha, 8 at Apollo and 10 at LeadIQ, so the credit rule moves the real price more than the headline plan.
- Illustratively, at annual list price with every credit spent on phones, one number costs about $0.13 at SignalHire, $0.16 at Apollo, $0.44 at UpLead, $0.47 at Lusha and $0.75 at LeadIQ.
- ZoomInfo and Datanyze returned 403 to every fetch and are unverified here; Clearbit's homepage reads Clearbit has joined HubSpot, so it is no longer a standalone option.

SignalHire's pricing page sells its credits two ways: an Emails plan at $69 a month for 1,000 credits billed monthly, and a Phones plan at $69 a month for 435 credits. A team that has watched those phone credits run down is usually asking a narrower question than which tools compete: what tools are similar to SignalHire but have better contact data, meaning more correct mobile numbers and emails for the money. This guide answers it with every price read off each vendor's own pricing page, and with the one test that actually settles accuracy.
What tools are similar to SignalHire but have better contact data?
Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, RocketReach, ContactOut and LeadIQ do the same job as SignalHire: verified emails and phone numbers for a named person, from a database and a browser extension. The accuracy figures on their pages are their own claims, such as UpLead's 95% and RocketReach's 98%, so better contact data is settled by running the same known contacts through each free plan.
Deciding whether you need a CRM or an enrichment tool at all shapes which alternative fits, so see how CRM and enrichment tools complement each other before narrowing your list.
What better means is worth pinning down before anyone buys. For a recruiter it is usually a personal email and a mobile that connects. For a seller it is a work email that does not bounce and a direct dial. Each pricing page below also says what one phone number costs in its own credits, and that number moves the real price more than the headline plan does.
What SignalHire sells, from its own pages
SignalHire's homepage describes real-time verified personal and work contacts, and says one credit returns every available contact for a profile and is only charged on success. The same page claims 95%+ email accuracy with live verification. Its extension works on any website, not only LinkedIn: the homepage lists emails, phone numbers and social profiles on Facebook, X, GitHub and others.
Deciding whether multi-platform coverage matters more than LinkedIn depth is easier after reading a focused head-to-head contact tool comparison.
The pricing page lists a Free plan with 5 or 10 credits, the 10 coming every month to users who install the extension. Paid plans come as Emails, Phones, and Emails & Phones, and every card lists unlimited users and access to 850M+ profiles. On the page's annual tab, the Emails plan is $57 a month for 12,000 credits a year and the Phones plan is $57 a month for 5,400 credits a year; the Emails & Phones card prices exactly like the Phones card on both billing tabs. Each card on the page also offers an unlimited package, which for phones is $99 a month billed monthly or $83 billed annually.
How each tool charges for a phone number
A credit is a unit each vendor defines for itself, and phone numbers are where the definitions part. SignalHire's credit returns every available contact for a profile. UpLead's pricing page says one credit unlocks a contact with their email and mobile direct dial. Lusha's page prices an email at 1 credit and a phone number at 5. Apollo's page prices an email at 1 credit and a phone number at 8. LeadIQ's page prices an email at 1 credit, a phone number at 10 and both together at 11.
Turning those into money needs one assumption, so treat the arithmetic as illustrative: every credit on the plan goes on phone numbers, at annual list price, before any lookup comes back empty. SignalHire Phones is $57 x 12 = $684 a year for 5,400 credits, about $0.13 a profile. Apollo Basic is $588 a seat a year for 30,000 credits, which buys 3,750 phone numbers at 8 credits each, about $0.16. UpLead Essentials is $888 a year for 2,040 contacts, about $0.44. Lusha Starter is $449.40 a year for 960 phone numbers, about $0.47. LeadIQ Pro at its default 2,400 credits is $180 a year for 240 phone numbers, about $0.75.
The cheapest line is only cheap if the numbers connect. SignalHire and RocketReach charge only when they find something, and a vendor whose mobiles connect twice as often is cheaper at twice the list price. That is what the test further down is for.
The alternatives, and who each suits

1. Apollo
Apollo's pricing page lists a Free plan with 900 credits per seat per year, granted monthly, then Basic at $49 per seat per month billed annually with 30,000 credits a year, Professional at $79 with 48,000, and Organization at $119 with a minimum of 3 seats. Its product menu describes 240M contacts and 30M companies. It suits a team that wants sequencing in the same tool as the data, and phone numbers at 8 credits each are the thing to budget for. The pair is compared directly in Apollo against SignalHire.
2. Lusha
Lusha's pricing page offers a Free plan with 40 credits a month, then Starter at $37.45 a month billed yearly for 4,800 credits a year, Pro at $52.45 for 7,200 with 2 free seats, and Premium at $299.95 for 40,800 with 5 free seats; paying yearly is 25% off. It suits a small team prospecting from LinkedIn and the browser. The head-to-head is in Lusha against SignalHire.
3. UpLead
UpLead's pricing page lists a 7-day free trial with 5 credits, then Essentials at $99 a month for 170 credits or $74 a month billed annually for 2,040, and Plus at $199 for 400 or $149 annually for 4,800. UpLead's page says it verifies email addresses with a data accuracy rate of 95%, and one credit covers the email and the mobile direct dial. It suits a team that wants both on every contact without doing credit arithmetic.
4. RocketReach
RocketReach's pricing page served pounds here: Essentials, email only, at £20 a month billed annually at £245; Pro, email and phone, at £52 a month billed annually at £622 with 3,600 exports a year; Ultimate at £106. Free accounts get 5 lookups, a lookup is refunded if no verified email or phone is found, and the page claims verification in real time with 98% accuracy across 700 million professionals. Team plans start at $6K annually, in dollars on the same page.
5. ContactOut
ContactOut's pricing page has a Free plan with 5 emails, 5 phones and 5 exports a day, then Email at $49 a month billed annually with unlimited emails and 300 exports a month, and Email + Phone at $99 billed annually with unlimited phones and 600 exports a month. Each plan carries a 1 user per company limit. It suits one heavy user who wants phones without counting credits.
6. LeadIQ
LeadIQ's pricing page lists Free at $0 for 1 user and 50 credits, and at its default of 2,400 credits a year renders Pro at $15.00 a month with 5 users included, on annual billing at 25% off. A phone number costs 10 credits, so the credit total decides the real price.
7. Seamless.AI
Seamless.AI's pricing page lists a Free plan for 1 user with 50 credits, and a Pro plan sold per user with annual credit packages through sales. It publishes no paid figure on that page.
8. Adapt.io
Adapt.io's pricing page, on its default monthly tab, lists free with 25 email credits, starter at $49 a month with 500 email credits and basic at $99 a month with 1,000 email credits and 100 phone credits. Adapt.io's yearly tab advertises Save 20%.
9. Clay
Clay is a workflow tool that queries other providers: its pricing page lists enrichment from 150+ providers and multi-provider waterfalls, which is a way to buy better coverage by asking several sources in order. The Free plan comes with 100 data credits a month and does not include phone number enrichment. On Clay's page, Launch starts at $185 a month, or $167 on the annual tab, and adds phone numbers; Growth starts at $495. More in Clay against SignalHire.
10. Cognism
Cognism's pricing page sells prospecting in Standard and Pro packages, the Standard card noting 5 seats included, and asks visitors to speak to its team for pricing. It describes its verified mobile numbers as phone-verified.
Prices side by side
| Tool | Free option | Entry paid plan | One phone number |
|---|---|---|---|
| SignalHire | 5 or 10 credits | $57 a month, annual | 1 credit a profile |
| Apollo | 900 credits a seat a year | Basic $49 a seat, annual | 8 credits |
| Lusha | 40 credits a month | Starter $37.45, yearly | 5 credits |
| UpLead | 5 credits, 7 days | Essentials $74, annual | 1 credit, with email |
| RocketReach | 5 lookups | Essentials £20, annual, email only | Pro £52, annual |
| ContactOut | 5 phones a day | Email $49, annual | Email + Phone $99 |
| LeadIQ | 50 credits | Pro $15.00, 2,400 credits a year | 10 credits |
| Seamless.AI | 50 credits | Pro, contact sales | Not priced |
| Adapt.io | 25 email credits | starter $49 a month | basic $99, 100 phone credits |
| Clay | 100 data credits a month | Launch from $185 a month | Not on the Free plan |
| Cognism | None listed | Priced on request | Phone-verified mobiles |
Two currencies never belong in one sum, and RocketReach's pounds are not comparable with the dollar prices around them without converting at the day's rate.
The rest of the old list
ZoomInfo and Datanyze are not priced here. Both pricing pages refused a plain fetch with a 403 and served a short block page to a headless browser when this guide was checked, so their prices and features are unverified and neither is repeated from memory. Clearbit's homepage now reads "Clearbit has joined HubSpot!", so it is no longer a standalone alternative. Lead411's pricing page shows a 7-day trial with 50 free exports and asks visitors to chat for paid pricing.
How to test contact data before you pay

Every free allowance above is small: SignalHire gives 5 or 10 credits, UpLead 5 over 7 days, LeadIQ and Seamless.AI 50, Lusha 40 a month. That is enough for the only test that measures better contact data, which is a handful of contacts you already know are right, run through each tool. Count the emails that match, dial the mobiles, and note the credits each lookup spent. Five people you know beat any accuracy percentage on a pricing page, because they are your segment and your country.
Then check the connection that matters after the lookup: whether the tool writes into your CRM without a spreadsheet in between. If the CRM itself is also in question, the guides to Salesforce alternatives and Pipedrive alternatives cover that side.
Final Recommendation

There is no single best SignalHire alternative. For email and mobile in one credit, UpLead. For sequencing in the same tool, Apollo. For several providers in one table, Clay. For one heavy user who wants unlimited phones, ContactOut. Otherwise, run the same known contacts through Lusha and LeadIQ's free plans and let the answers decide.
If you would rather have this run for you, RevenueFlow books qualified meetings on a pay-per-meeting basis and publishes client results.

Frequently asked questions.
Frequently asked questions- What tools are similar to SignalHire but have better contact data?
- Apollo, Lusha, UpLead, RocketReach, ContactOut and LeadIQ sell the same thing: verified emails and phone numbers for a named person through a database and a browser extension. UpLead's page claims 95% email accuracy and RocketReach's 98%, but those are the vendors' own figures. Run the same few contacts you already know through each free plan to see which is better for your segment.
- What is the cheapest SignalHire alternative?
- Most tools here have a free plan. Among paid entries, LeadIQ's page renders Pro at $15.00 a month at its default 2,400 credits a year, and Lusha Starter is $37.45 a month billed yearly. On price per phone number the order changes, because LeadIQ charges 10 credits a phone and Lusha 5, so compare what a phone costs in credits as well as the plan price.
- Does SignalHire charge for lookups that find nothing?
- SignalHire's homepage says one credit returns every available contact for a profile and is only charged on success. RocketReach's pricing page makes a similar promise: a lookup is used if it finds and verifies an email or phone, otherwise it is refunded. Check the equivalent rule on any other tool's pricing page before comparing credit prices.
- Is ZoomInfo a good SignalHire alternative?
- It may be, but this guide could not verify it. ZoomInfo's pricing page returned a 403 to a plain fetch and a short block page to a headless browser when the page was checked, so no ZoomInfo price or feature is repeated here. Ask ZoomInfo's sales team for a written quote and a trial on contacts you already know.
