Emelia's pricing page lists three plans in euros, from €37 a month, and puts cold email, LinkedIn outreach and lead finding on one subscription. Instantly's lists three dollar plans from $47 a month, built around unlimited sending accounts. Anyone typing emelia.com should know first that the tool lives at emelia.io. After that, this comparison comes down to what each subscription meters, because the meter decides the bill far more than the feature lists do.

    What Is Emelia.com?

Emelia is a B2B prospecting tool for cold email and LinkedIn campaigns, and its site is emelia.io. When this page was checked, emelia.com answered with a browser certificate warning issued for a DreamHost default host, while emelia.io served Emelia's product pages, pricing and sign-up. Go to emelia.io for the login, the pricing page and the 7-day free trial.

Emelia describes itself as all-in-one B2B prospecting that finds leads, enriches, sends and replies from a single platform. Its product menu lists multichannel campaigns, cold email, LinkedIn automation, email warmup, an email finder, an email verifier, a phone finder and AI lead generation. Instantly, at instantly.ai, prices its Outreach plans on one tab of its pricing page, with Instantly Credits and VIP on others, and its product menu lists a lead database, verification and a CRM as products of their own.

Emelia Pricing: Three Plans in Euros

Emelia's pricing page opens on yearly billing and shows each plan's yearly rate beside its monthly one: Start at €31 a month billed yearly (€370 a year) or €37 month to month, Grow at €81 (€970 a year) or €97, and Scale at €248 (€2,970 a year) or €297. The yearly toggle is labelled -17%, and every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and no credit card.

    Start€37€31 a month, €370 a yearUp to 31500
    Grow€97€81 a month, €970 a yearUp to 50Up to 31,000
    Scale€297€248 a month, €2,970 a yearUnlimitedUp to 105,000

Email sending is unlimited on all three plans, and so are LinkedIn actions. Extra LinkedIn accounts cost €29 a month each. The page states the model in one line: every plan includes the full toolkit, and you only scale mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts and credits. Credits are optional for sending and pay for lookups. Beyond the ones granted at signup, its credit calculator starts at €19 for 1,000, where a found email costs 1 credit, a phone number 50 and a verification a quarter of a credit.

Instantly Pricing: Contacts and Emails a Month

Instantly's pricing page opens on monthly billing for its Outreach plans: Growth at $47 a month, Hypergrowth at $97 and Light Speed at $358, with Enterprise priced on a call. Switching the toggle to yearly shows $37.6, $77.6 and $286.3 a month. Every Outreach plan lists unlimited email accounts and unlimited email warmup.

    Growth$47$37.61,0005,000
    Hypergrowth$97$77.625,000100,000 or 125,000
    Light Speed$358$286.3100,000500,000

The page disagrees with itself on Hypergrowth. On monthly billing the card lists 125,000 emails a month, while the yearly card and the plan comparison list 100,000, so plan on the lower figure until Instantly confirms which applies.

    What Each Subscription Meters

The two ladders climb on different rungs. Emelia keeps email sending and contacts unlimited on every plan and meters the mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts you connect, plus the lookup credits. Instantly keeps email accounts and warmup unlimited on every plan and meters the contacts you upload and the emails you send each month. So a team adding mailboxes pays Emelia more and Instantly nothing, and a team adding volume pays Instantly more and Emelia nothing.

Emelia meters mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts; Instantly meters contacts, emails Emelia, per plan Mailboxes 3 to unlimited LinkedIn accounts 1 to 10 Credits at signup 500 to 5,000 Unlimited on every plan: email sending, contacts, LinkedIn actions Instantly, per plan Uploaded contacts 1,000 to 100,000 Emails a month 5,000 to 500,000 Unlimited on every plan: email accounts and email warmup
What moves each vendor's price, from the two pricing pages: Emelia meters connections and credits, Instantly meters contacts and volume.

That is why the two rarely cost the same thing for the same team. Instantly's page prices in dollars and Emelia's in euros, so any comparison of the two bills needs the exchange rate on the day; neither page offers the other currency.

A Worked Cost for One Team

Take an invented but ordinary case to see the meters at work, with the vendors' own list prices and illustrative volumes: a team sending from ten mailboxes, 20,000 emails a month, to 15,000 uploaded contacts, with one LinkedIn account.

On Emelia, ten mailboxes rule out Start, which connects up to 3, so the team buys Grow at €97 a month, or €81 billed yearly. Grow's allowance of up to 3 LinkedIn accounts covers the one it needs, and sending and contacts are unlimited. On Instantly, 20,000 emails a month rule out Growth's 5,000, so the team buys Hypergrowth at $97 a month, or $77.6 billed yearly, which covers 25,000 uploaded contacts and unlimited email accounts.

Both land on a list price of 97 a month, one in euros and one in dollars, so the exchange rate on the day decides which invoice is smaller. What survives any conversion is the LinkedIn account, which Emelia's plan includes and Instantly's Outreach cards do not list.

Now change one number at a time. Double the volume to 40,000 emails and neither bill moves: Emelia's sending is unlimited and Hypergrowth still covers it. Push past 25,000 contacts and Instantly moves to Light Speed at $358 a month, while Emelia stays on Grow. Push past 50 mailboxes and Emelia moves to Scale at €297, while Instantly stays where it is.

    1

The case. Ten mailboxes, 20,000 emails a month, 15,000 uploaded contacts, one LinkedIn account.

    2

Emelia. Ten mailboxes rule out Start's 3, so Grow: €97 a month, or €81 billed yearly.

    3

Instantly. 20,000 emails rule out Growth's 5,000, so Hypergrowth: $97 a month, or $77.6 billed yearly.

    4

What moves each bill. Past 50 mailboxes Emelia moves to Scale; past 25,000 contacts Instantly moves to Light Speed.

Illustrative arithmetic only. The volumes are invented for the comparison.

The worked case, line by line. Illustrative volumes; each vendor's own list prices, never converted or added across currencies.

    Features Side by Side

Emelia's plan comparison says every plan includes the full toolkit: multichannel sequences, A/B testing, a unified inbox, multi-sender rotation, an email finder, an email verifier, a phone finder, AI copywriting and AI replies, API access and webhooks. Instantly's comparison lists unlimited email accounts and warmup, advanced warmup capabilities, advanced sequences and scheduling, A/Z testing, a global block list, reputation protection and bounce detection, its Unibox, and API access, webhooks and integrations. These are list-membership claims: a capability named under one vendor and not the other usually means the two companies word their lists differently, so check a specific need against the other vendor's pages before treating it as missing.

    Emelia lists, on every plan

    • Multichannel sequences across email and LinkedIn
    • A/B testing and a unified inbox
    • Multi-sender rotation
    • Email finder, email verifier and phone finder
    • AI copywriting and AI replies
    • API access and webhooks

    Instantly lists

    • Unlimited email accounts and warmup
    • Advanced warmup capabilities
    • Advanced sequences and scheduling
    • A/Z testing and a global block list
    • Reputation protection and bounce detection
    • Unibox, and API access, webhooks and integrations
What each vendor's plan comparison lists today. These are list-membership claims, so a capability named on one side may also exist on the other.

    Integration Ecosystem

Emelia's homepage says it pushes verified emails straight to HubSpot or Pipedrive, or to 2,000+ tools through Make, Zapier and n8n, and that every feature is available via API. Its CRM allowance steps with the plan: one CRM integration on Start and Grow, multiple CRMs on Scale.

Instantly's integrations marketplace features HubSpot, Slack and Zapier, and lists lead-enrichment partners such as Findymail and BetterContact alongside website-visitor and orchestration tools like RB2B and Trigify. Its pricing page lists API access, webhooks and integrations.

HubSpot and Zapier are named on both vendors' pages. A connector missing from one page's list is often still reachable through Zapier or the API, so confirm the specific route before buying on it.

    Who Should Pick Which

Pick Emelia when LinkedIn is part of the plan and the mailbox pool is modest. Start covers 3 mailboxes and 1 LinkedIn account for €37 a month, and lookups come out of credits on the same subscription.

Pick Instantly when the mailbox pool is large and the volume is predictable. Unlimited email accounts on Growth at $47 means the mailbox count never moves the bill; volume and uploaded contacts do.

Let the currency and the counts decide the close calls. A team that pays in euros reads Emelia's prices without conversion, and a team whose mailbox count is heading past 50 should price Emelia's Scale against Instantly's Hypergrowth before choosing.

For the wider field around each tool, see the alternatives to Emelia and the alternatives to Instantly.

Where Each One Sits In A Cold Outbound Stack

Both tools occupy the sending slot, and Emelia also reaches into sourcing with its finders and into LinkedIn. House practice keeps that slot thin: one message per campaign, no bumps and no thread replies, and volume spread across many low-volume mailboxes so no single address carries too much. LinkedIn runs as its own motion, never as a second message under one that was ignored, so a multichannel sequence builder matters less to us than the mailbox and account allowances each plan carries.

Emelia is often weighed against lemlist, which also pairs email with LinkedIn, and Instantly against Smartlead, which meters sending the same way.

Neither tool decides whether a meeting counts. That is agreed in writing before launch, against criteria the client sets, and it is never contingent on budget, timing or job title.

    Getting Started Checklist

Step sequence: Getting Started Checklist (Define cold email, Estimate expected email, List integrations, Sign up)

    1. Bookmark emelia.io for Emelia's pricing and login.
    2. Count the mailboxes you will connect: past 3 points Emelia to Grow, past 50 to Scale.
    3. Count monthly emails and uploaded contacts: past 5,000 emails or 1,000 contacts points Instantly to Hypergrowth.
    4. Decide whether LinkedIn belongs in the same tool, since Emelia's plans include LinkedIn accounts.
    5. Run each 7-day free trial on the same small list before committing to a yearly plan.
    6. Confirm Instantly's Hypergrowth email allowance with its sales team, since its own page lists two figures.

    Final Thoughts

Emelia and Instantly price the same job on different meters. Emelia charges for connections, mailboxes and LinkedIn accounts, and lets you send without limit. Instantly charges for volume and contacts, and lets you connect without limit. Work out which of those your team will grow first, in its own currency, and the choice usually makes itself.

If you would rather have the sending run for you, RevenueFlow books qualified meetings on a pay-per-meeting basis and publishes client results.
