    The short answer

Mailshake vs Pipedrive compares a sending tool with a CRM, and Mailshake's integrations page lists a native Pipedrive integration with 2-way syncing, plus native Slack and a Google Sheets integration. For replacing Mailshake itself, Woodpecker, Smartlead and QuickMail drop its per-seat mailbox limit, and Reply.io, Klenty and Outplay add channels.

    Key takeaways

    • Pipedrive is a CRM, and Mailshake's integrations page describes a native Pipedrive integration with 2-way syncing, so the two work together rather than compete.
    • Mailshake ties mailboxes to seats, 1 email address per account on its $29 Starter with 1,500 sends a month, which is the limit most alternatives remove.
    • Woodpecker prices by contacted prospects, $35 a month for 500 on its calculator in US dollars, with unlimited team members and unlimited email accounts included.
    • GMass and lemlist served their prices in pounds to our region, so their dollar prices should be read on their own pages before comparing.

Mailshake starts at $29 a month per user for 1 email address and 1,500 sends, so most searches for an alternative are really asking one of three narrower questions: more mailboxes for the money, more channels in one sequence, or a lighter tool that lives inside the inbox. A fourth search compares Mailshake vs Pipedrive. Pipedrive is a CRM, and Mailshake's integrations page describes a native Pipedrive integration with 2-way syncing, so it belongs beside Mailshake rather than in its place.

If the question is how Mailshake fits beside a CRM rather than what replaces it, Mailshake vs Pipedrive reads the sync both vendors document.

A broader contrast emerges when weighing Mailshake's campaign focus against Gong's outreach orchestration and deal intelligence, explored in this cross-category comparison with Gong.

Mailshake vs Pipedrive, Slack and Google Sheets: what connects

Mailshake vs Pipedrive compares a sending tool with a CRM, and the two are built to work together: Mailshake's integrations page describes a native Pipedrive integration with 2-way syncing. The same page lists a native Slack integration that sends campaign replies into Slack, and a Google Sheets integration that updates sheets with Mailshake data and pushes new rows into Mailshake.

Mailshake integrations: Pipedrive, Slack, Sheets, CRMs and Zapier Mailshake Pipedrive native, 2-way sync Slack campaign replies into Slack Google Sheets update sheets, push rows in Salesforce, HubSpot listed from Email Outreach Zapier 1,000+ integrations
What Mailshake connects to, from its pricing and integrations pages. Pipedrive is a CRM that Mailshake syncs with, so it sits beside Mailshake, never in its place.

Mailshake's pricing page puts the CRM connections on Email Outreach and above, listing Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot plus 1,000+ integrations via Zapier; the Starter card lists none. Its integrations page adds Copper, Zoho and Calendly, among others. A CRM records who replied and what happened next, while the sending tool runs the campaign, so a team replacing Mailshake still needs one of the tools below for the sending.

    Why teams look past Mailshake

Mailshake's pricing page ties mailboxes to seats: 1 email address per account on Starter, 2 on Email Outreach at $49 and 10 on Sales Engagement at $99, and its FAQ says that with each user you pay for, your team may connect 1 mail account. Starter also caps sends at 1,500 a month. A team that wants to spread volume across many mailboxes pays for seats it does not need, which is the gap the mailbox-first tools below close.

    Top Mailshake Alternatives

Work out which of those questions is yours before reading the list. Every tool below appears under the job its own pricing page is built around.

Four jobs, four groups of Mailshake alternatives What are you replacing Mailshake for? More mailboxes for the money Instantly, Saleshandy, Smartlead, Woodpecker, QuickMail Several channels in one sequence Reply.io, Klenty, Outplay, lemlist A tool inside Gmail or Outlook Mixmax, Yesware, GMass, Mailmeteor Data and sending together Snov.io
The Mailshake alternatives on this page, grouped by the job each vendor's own pricing page is built around.

    1. Snov.io

Snov.io's pricing page lists a free trial plan and Starter at $39 a month, or $29.25 billed annually, for 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients, with unlimited team seats. Credits can be spent on prospect search, email search and email verification, so data and sending sit in one account. Pick it over Mailshake when several people need logins and you also want prospect search.

    2. Mixmax

Mixmax lists a free plan at $0 and Inbox Copilot at $29 per user a month billed annually, or $34 monthly; Engagement Copilot, which adds email and multichannel sequences, is $49 or $65. Its page describes working in your inbox, synced to Salesforce or HubSpot. It suits reps who want tracking and sequences inside the inbox more than a separate sending platform.

    3. Mailmeteor

Mailmeteor's free Hobby plan sends 500 emails a month, and Starter is $5.99 per user a month, or $4.49 billed yearly, for 5,000; Premium at $17.99 adds follow-ups, email warmup and up to 5 senders. It runs from Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs and Excel, which makes it a mail merge tool first. It fits a solo sender with a spreadsheet more than a cold outbound team.

    4. Yesware

Yesware lists a Free plan at $0 a seat, Pro at $19 and Premium at $45 a seat a month billed monthly, with email tracking, campaigns, reporting and CRM integrations from a Gmail extension and an Outlook add-on. It suits account executives who want tracking and light campaigns in the inbox they already use.

    5. Woodpecker

Woodpecker prices by contacted prospects. Driven to US dollars, its calculator shows $35 a month for 500 prospects, or $24 billed annually, with 8,000 emails a month, unlimited team members and unlimited email accounts included, and $67 a month for 2,000. Its pricing page lists a 14-day free trial rather than a free plan. It is the most direct answer to Mailshake's seat-bound mailboxes.

    6. GMass

GMass works inside Gmail and served its prices in pounds to this region: Standard at £23 a month billed monthly, or £15 billed annually, with unlimited emails, contacts and campaigns. The dollar price was not shown to us, so read it on GMass's own page before comparing it with Mailshake's $29.

    7. Saleshandy

Saleshandy's Starter is $41 a month, or $34 billed annually, and connects unlimited email accounts, but caps users at 1 on Starter and 10 on Pro at $99. It suits one or two operators running many mailboxes, and it adds search across 852M+ verified contacts to the sending plan.

    8. Instantly

Instantly's Growth plan is $47 a month, or $37.60 billed annually, with unlimited email accounts and unlimited email warmup, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails a month; its database of 450M+ B2B leads is a separate credits plan. It suits teams sending at volume from many mailboxes.

    9. Outplay

Outplay lists a Free Forever plan with 2,000 active prospects a month and 2 mailboxes, then Starter at $39 a month billed annually and Growth at $89 per user, which adds phone, social and SMS. Pick it when calling and social steps belong in the same sequence as email.

    10. Smartlead

Smartlead's pricing page loads on yearly billing: Base at $32 a month, or $39 monthly, for 2,000 contacts and 6,000 email sends, and Pro at $94 monthly for 30,000 contacts and 90,000 sends. Its FAQ says all plans include unlimited email accounts at no extra cost, so the meter is contacts and sends.

    11. QuickMail

QuickMail's Starter plan is $49 a month with unlimited email senders, unlimited LinkedIn accounts and unlimited users, 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails sent a month; Growth at $99 raises those to 25,000 and 100,000. It removes both of Mailshake's per-seat limits at once.

    12. Reply.io

Reply.io's Email Volume plan starts at $49 a month billed annually, or $59 monthly, at 1,000 active contacts, with unlimited mailboxes under a fair usage policy; Multichannel, from $89 per user billed annually, adds LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp steps. The lower Email Volume positions are labelled per user.

    13. Klenty

Klenty's Starter is $50 a month billed annually for 15,000 contacts and 75,000 emails a month; Growth at $70 per user billed annually adds a dialer with 200 minutes, SMS automation and social selling. It suits teams whose sequence mixes email with calls.

    14. lemlist

lemlist served its prices in pounds here: the Email plan at £69 a month, or £55 billed yearly, with unlimited users and 50,000 emails a month, and Multichannel at £109 per user, which adds LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp automation. It also lists a 650M+ leads database. As with GMass, the dollar price was not shown to us.

How to Choose the Right Alternative

Section illustration: How to Choose the Right Alternative

Two counts decide most of this: the people who need a login and the mailboxes you send from. Mailshake charges for the first and rations the second, so the alternative worth pricing is the one whose meter follows whichever number you have more of. Per-seat tools (Yesware, Mixmax, Mailshake itself) reward few mailboxes; prospect, contact or send meters (Woodpecker, Smartlead, Instantly, QuickMail) reward many.

Then check the monthly send cap on the tier you are pricing, and whether calling belongs in the same tool: Outplay's and Klenty's middle tiers add phone steps, where the inbox tools do not list them.

The way we run campaigns narrows this further. One message per campaign, no bumps and no thread replies, puts the weight on mailbox economics and list quality, and meetings are qualified against criteria agreed in writing before launch. A tool's sequencing depth matters less under that discipline than what it charges per mailbox and per prospect.

    Final Recommendation

    Section illustration: Final Recommendation

There is no single best alternative to Mailshake for every team. For more mailboxes at the same budget, Woodpecker, Smartlead and QuickMail remove the seat link outright; for several channels, Reply.io, Klenty and Outplay build calls or social steps into the sequence; for a lighter tool in the inbox, Mixmax, Yesware and Mailmeteor all list free plans. Trial the two that match your job before committing.

Deciding whether to pair deliverability prep with outreach execution becomes clearer after reading this comparison of warmup and Snov.io.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions.

    Frequently asked questions
Is Pipedrive an alternative to Mailshake?
No. Pipedrive is a CRM and Mailshake is a sending tool, and Mailshake's integrations page describes a native Pipedrive integration with 2-way syncing, so teams usually run both. Mailshake's pricing page lists the Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot connections from its Email Outreach plan at $49 a month. A team replacing Mailshake still needs a sending platform.
    Does Mailshake integrate with Slack?
Yes. Mailshake's integrations page says it natively integrates with Slack, keeping the whole team in the loop by sending replies from Mailshake campaigns into Slack. The same page lists a native Pipedrive integration and connections to Copper, Zoho and Calendly, and the pricing page adds 1,000+ integrations via Zapier from the Email Outreach plan.
Does Mailshake integrate with Google Sheets?
Yes. Mailshake's integrations page describes a Google Sheets integration that lets you update spreadsheets with Mailshake data and automatically push data from Google Sheets into Mailshake. That suits teams that keep lead lists in Sheets, though Mailmeteor, which runs mail merge straight from Google Sheets, is the alternative built around that workflow.
What is the best Mailshake alternative for more mailboxes?
It depends on the meter you want. Woodpecker prices by contacted prospects and includes unlimited email accounts and team members, from $35 a month for 500 prospects. Smartlead's FAQ says every plan includes unlimited email accounts, from $39 a month. QuickMail's $49 Starter lists unlimited email senders and unlimited users.
