PlusVibe pricing, as its plans page lists it in US dollars, is two self-serve plans and an agency tier: Personal at $37 a month and Business at $77 on monthly billing, or $30.8 and $64.2 a month billed yearly, with Agency from $497 a month. Each plan's price then climbs with the enrichment credits you pick, so Personal runs from $37 to $58. Instantly's comparable Outreach plans cost $47 and $97 a month. At those two budgets PlusVibe includes more email volume and more leads, while Instantly sells its lead database as a separate credits plan and is cheaper at the high-volume end.

    PlusVibe pricing, plan by plan

PlusVibe's plans page prices per workspace, not per seat. Personal is $37 a month for 25,000 emails, 30,000 active leads and 1,000 enrichment credits. Business is $77 a month for 150,000 emails, 100,000 active leads and 3,000 credits. Agency starts at $497 a month for 500,000+ emails. Billed yearly, the page's "Get 2 Months Free!" offer brings those to $30.8, $64.2 and $415.

The price range inside each plan is the credit slider. On Personal, moving from 1K to 3K, 5K and 7K credits adds $8, $15 and $21 a month; on Business, the steps from 3K to 7K, 15K, 30K and 50K add $15, $42, $88 and $143. The 14-day free trial includes 1,000 emails, 100 enrichment credits and warm-up for 3 inboxes. Personal and Business each include one dedicated workspace, and extra workspaces start at $29 a month. For every plan detail, including the done-for-you inbox setup PlusVibe sells on a separate tab, see PlusVibe pricing explained.

    What PlusVibe's enrichment credits buy

The credits are the part of PlusVibe pricing that needs reading closely, because they turn one number into several jobs. Per its plans page, 1,000 credits cover 2,000 email verifications, or 1,000 business emails found, or 5,000 AI personalizations, or 5,000 websites scraped. A team that verifies its own lists before sending uses them at half a credit per address; a team that finds emails inside PlusVibe spends a full credit each.

    Instantly pricing

Instantly's pricing page splits into Outreach, Instantly Credits and VIP tabs. The Outreach plans send the email:

PlanMonthly billingYearly billing, per monthUploaded contactsEmails a month
    Growth$47$37.61,0005,000
Hypergrowth$97$77.625,000125,000 on the monthly card, 100,000 on the yearly card
    Light Speed$358$286.3100,000500,000
    EnterpriseCustomCustom100,000+500,000+

Growth and Hypergrowth list unlimited email accounts and unlimited email warm-up, and Light Speed adds what the page calls the SISR System, which assigns dedicated or private servers and IP blocks. The Hypergrowth volume differs between the page's own monthly card and its yearly card and comparison table, so budget on the lower figure. The 450M+ B2B lead database is a separate purchase on the Instantly Credits tab, from $47 a month for 1,500 to 2,000 credits, and Instantly's full pricing covers those plans.

Instantly vs PlusVibe at the same budget

    InstantlyPlusVibe
    About $40 to $50 a month
    Growth, $47: 1,000 contacts, 5,000 emailsPersonal, $37: 30,000 active leads, 25,000 emails
    About $80 to $100 a month
    Hypergrowth, $97: 25,000 contacts, 125,000 emailsBusiness, $77: 100,000 active leads, 150,000 emails
    High volume
    Light Speed, $358: 100,000 contacts, 500,000 emailsAgency, from $497: 500,000+ emails
Plans paired by monthly price, from each vendor's pricing page. PlusVibe includes more at the two lower budgets; at high volume Instantly's Light Speed costs less.

Here is illustrative arithmetic for a team sending one email each to 10,000 new prospects a month and verifying every address first. PlusVibe Personal covers the volume, since 10,000 is inside its 25,000 emails and 30,000 active leads. At two verifications per credit the list needs 5,000 credits, which is the 5K slider position at $52 a month. Instantly's Growth plan holds 1,000 contacts, so the team needs Hypergrowth at $97 a month, with verification bought on top. On this example PlusVibe costs $45 a month less before Instantly's verification is priced.

What each price includes, and what it leaves out

    PlusVibe Personal, $37 a month

    • 25,000 emails and 30,000 active leads
    • 1,000 enrichment credits
    • Private warm-up pool, basic warm-up
    • Auto-rotation of sender emails
    • Unified inbox and AI reply sentiment detection
    • Extra Workspaces from $29 a month

    Instantly Growth, $47 a month

    • 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts
    • Unlimited email accounts
    • Unlimited email warm-up
    • Chat support
    • Separate plan Lead database credits from $47
What each entry plan's price covers and what is sold on a separate line, from the two pricing pages.

PlusVibe bundles enrichment into the plan and meters it with credits; Instantly keeps its plans about sending and sells data as a second subscription. Both include warm-up on every connected account. PlusVibe's FAQ describes a private network of verified inboxes, and its compare table puts a private warm-up pool of 350k+ accounts on every plan, with advanced warm-up settings on Business. Instantly's cards list unlimited email warm-up from Growth.

    Deliverability settings on each

The two pages describe their deliverability machinery differently. PlusVibe's FAQ lists auto-configured domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, the private warm-up pool, throttled sending with inbox rotation and reply detection, a deliverability monitor, and "No open tracking by default", which it says protects your domain reputation. Its Agency tier adds an isolated sending server with dedicated connector IPs and rotation.

Instantly puts its infrastructure on the higher tiers. Light Speed includes the SISR System of dedicated or private servers and IP blocks, and the Enterprise card adds a Private Deliverability Network. Below Light Speed, Instantly's cards list unlimited accounts and warm-up and leave the sending infrastructure to its shared platform.

For a small team the difference matters less than it sounds: both warm every connected mailbox, and both rotate sending across accounts. The infrastructure tiers earn their price only at volumes where a shared IP pool is the bottleneck.

    Who should pick which

Pick PlusVibe if you want verification and enrichment inside the plan price, if your list runs to tens of thousands of new leads a month on a small budget, or if you run client work that suits one workspace per client at $29 a month each.

Pick Instantly if you already use its lead database or want it, since the Credits plan puts 450M+ B2B leads beside the sender, or if you expect to need dedicated infrastructure and want it inside the same vendor at Light Speed. Anyone comparing more senders can start with Instantly vs ReachInbox.

    Integration Ecosystem

PlusVibe's plans page names Slack alerts, HubSpot, Go High Level, Zapier and Make.com integrations, webhooks, API access, your own OpenAI API key and a custom MCP server for connecting AI tools. Instantly's integrations marketplace is titled 50+ sales and outreach integrations and features HubSpot, Slack and Zapier among them. Both reach HubSpot and Zapier directly; teams on another CRM should confirm the route with each vendor before buying.

Where each one sits in a cold outbound stack

Warm-up, rotation and a volume allowance are what both of these sell, and none of the three fixes a list aimed at the wrong people or copy nobody wants to answer. RevenueFlow's programmes run one message per campaign, with no bump sequences and no thread replies, so the email allowance and the lead allowance are the same number for us. On that basis PlusVibe's larger lead allowance at each price is the more useful half of its advantage.

The sequence and follow-up features on both pricing pages belong to the vendors; a one-message programme uses neither. If you are weighing PlusVibe against another sender, PlusVibe vs Smartlead covers that pair, and PlusVibe alternatives lists the rest of the field.

    Switching between them

Both tools connect mailboxes you already own, so a move is mostly a data job and neither carries a sender's reputation across. Export the suppression list first, unsubscribes and bounces included, and load it before any campaign exists on the new side. Reconnect the mailboxes, confirm SPF, DKIM and DMARC still pass, and let warm-up run before the first send. Rebuild the copy rather than pasting it, since variables and spintax syntax differ between editors.

The data half needs its own plan. Leaving PlusVibe means replacing the verification and enrichment its credits paid for; leaving Instantly means replacing its Credits plan if the team relied on the lead database. Price the replacement before the cancellation date.

    Getting Started Checklist

Before-and-after steps: Getting Started Checklist (Define cold email, Estimate expected email, List integrations, Sign up)

    1. Count the new people you contact a month: that sets the tier on both, as contacts on Instantly and active leads on PlusVibe.
    2. Decide how many enrichment credits you need, and price PlusVibe at that slider position rather than at its entry price.
    3. If you use Instantly and need lead data, add its Credits plan to the budget before comparing.
    4. Start on PlusVibe's 14-day free trial with 3 warmed inboxes before paying.
    5. Confirm Instantly's Hypergrowth email allowance in writing, since its page shows two figures.
    6. Warm new mailboxes before the first campaign, and export your suppression list before switching.

    Final Thoughts

PlusVibe pricing buys more sending and more leads than Instantly at each budget, and folds a credit pool for verification and enrichment into the plan. Instantly's case rests on its own ecosystem, a 450M+ lead database sold as credits and the SISR System at Light Speed. Price PlusVibe at the credit level you will actually use, and price Instantly with its data plan if you need one.

If you would rather have the list, the copy and the sending run for you, RevenueFlow books qualified meetings on a pay-per-meeting basis.

Pricing and features are taken from the vendors' own pages. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.
