Pipeliner CRM is now called Coevera. The old pipelinersales.com address redirects to coevera.com, and Coevera's own FAQ says Pipeliner CRM was renamed Coevera in 2026: the same company, the same platform and the same customer base under a new name. So a team looking for a Pipeliner alternative is comparing against Coevera's current plans, which its pricing page served in pounds here, starting with Starter at £45 a user a month billed annually and a minimum of 3 users. This guide prices eight alternatives the same way, each from its own pricing page.

What is the best Pipeliner CRM alternative?

It depends on why you are leaving. For a free start, HubSpot CRM or Zoho CRM's free edition for 3 users. For the same visual pipeline at a lower seat price, Pipedrive, with Lite at £14 a seat billed annually. For a team that calls all day, Close and its power dialer. For enterprise scale, Salesforce. For your own data model, Attio. No single tool beats Coevera on everything.

What Coevera, formerly Pipeliner CRM, sells today

Coevera's homepage describes a visual-pipeline B2B sales CRM with built-in AI, sold to small and mid-sized B2B sales teams, with an AI assistant called Voyager. Coevera's homepage claims most teams go live in two to four weeks, onboard a user in about 30 minutes, and run with no full-time CRM admin. Those are the vendor's own figures.

The same page lists multiple pipeline views, Kanban, list, chart, bubble and map, and 200+ integrations, and names manufacturing, hospitality and facility services among the industries using it. Its FAQ says Voyager drafts emails, summarizes calls and opportunities, prepares you for meetings, scores deal risk and builds reports. On the pricing page, Voyager 1 is included on all four plans, while Voyager 2 is a paid add-on on each, with a free monthly allowance of credits included.

The pricing page lists four plans per user a month billed annually: Starter at £45, Business at £65, Enterprise at £90 and Unlimited at £115. Billed monthly, Starter is £55, Business £80 and Enterprise £105, and the page adds that monthly payments are available only upon approved credit. Starter carries a minimum of 3 users.

Coevera's plans: Starter, Business, Enterprise, Unlimited Per user a month, billed annually £45 £65 £90 £115 Starter, Business, Enterprise, Unlimited; Starter has a minimum of 3 users Billed monthly, on approved credit £55 £80 £105 Monthly payments are available only upon approved credit, the page says
Coevera's own ladder as its pricing page served it here, per user a month billed annually. Starter needs a minimum of 3 users.

The rename matters for one practical reason. Coevera's FAQ says existing accounts, integrations and data carry over unchanged, so a Pipeliner customer does not have to migrate anywhere because of the new name. The question is only whether the product still fits.

Why teams look for a Pipeliner alternative

Four reasons come up on the pricing pages themselves. The 3-user minimum on Starter puts a floor under the bill: three users at £45 is £135 a month, or £1,620 a year, before anyone chooses a higher tier. Monthly billing depends on approved credit, which is awkward for a team that wants to trial the product for a quarter. There is no free plan on the page, only a trial. And the dialer, the data model and the marketing tools a team wants may live more naturally in another product.

    The eight alternatives

    1. HubSpot CRM

HubSpot's CRM product page offers a free CRM with no credit card required, then Starter from $15 a month per seat, Professional from $50 and Enterprise from $75; the Starter price carries a discount available for new customers only. It suits a team whose reason for leaving is the per-seat floor, and one that expects to add marketing tools later. The pairwise detail is in HubSpot CRM against Pipeliner CRM.

    2. Salesforce

Salesforce's sales pricing page lists Starter Suite at $25 per user a month, billed monthly or annually, and Pro Suite at $100, then the Sales Cloud editions Core at $195, Advanced at $395 and Max at $550, billed annually. It suits a team that has outgrown a visual-pipeline CRM and needs enterprise customization, and it is the one tool here whose top tier costs more than Coevera's. Coevera's homepage positions itself against exactly this move, promising a dramatically reduced total cost of ownership versus enterprise CRMs like Salesforce, so a team leaving for Salesforce should know what it is buying back: customization and scale, at a higher seat price. See Pipeliner CRM against Salesforce.

    3. Zoho CRM

Zoho's pricing page, served in pounds here, keeps a free edition for 3 users and lists Standard at £12 a user a month on its default tab. It suits a price-led team that may add other Zoho apps later. The head-to-head is Pipeliner CRM against Zoho CRM.

    4. Pipedrive

Pipedrive's pricing page is 403 to a plain fetch and readable in a browser, where it served pounds: Lite at £14 a seat a month billed annually, one payment of £168 a seat a year, Growth at £39, Premium at £59 and Ultimate at £79, with a free 14-day trial and no credit card required. It is the closest match to Pipeliner's visual pipeline at a lower seat price. More in Pipedrive against Pipeliner CRM.

    5. Attio

Attio's pricing page redirected to its pounds version here: Free for up to 3 seats, Plus at £27 a user a month billed annually (£34 monthly) for up to 10 seats, and Pro at £59 (£74 monthly) with call intelligence and sequences; Enterprise is custom. It suits a team that wants to model its own objects instead of adopting a fixed pipeline. See Attio against Pipeliner CRM.

    6. Close

Close's pricing page lists Solo at $9 a user a month billed annually ($19 monthly), limited to 1 user and 10k leads, Essentials at $35 ($49), Growth at $99 ($109) and Scale at $139 ($149). The power dialer and automated workflows arrive on Growth. It suits a team whose day is spent on the phone. The pair is compared in Close against Pipeliner CRM.

    7. Freshsales

Freshsales' pricing page served pounds here: Growth at £7 a user a month billed annually, Pro at £29 and Enterprise at £49. It suits a small team that wants a low entry price with room to add AI features later.

    8. Capsule

Capsule's pricing page, also in pounds, lists a Free plan for a maximum of 2 users and 250 contacts, then Starter at £14 per user a month billed annually for businesses with 1-5 employees. It suits a very small team that wants a free starting point.

For three users on each entry paid plan billed annually, as an illustration from the pound-priced pages: Coevera Starter is 3 x £45 = £135 a month, Attio Plus £81, Pipedrive Lite £42, Capsule Starter £42 and Freshsales Growth £21. HubSpot Starter at three seats is 3 x $15 = $45 in dollars, and dollars and pounds are never added together.

What the entry price leaves out

Entry plans are not like for like, and each pricing page shows where its own line falls. Coevera's Starter includes Voyager 1, while Voyager 2 is a paid add-on on every plan. Pipedrive's Growth plan is the one that automates emails and follow-ups, at £39 a seat. Close puts its power dialer and automated workflows on Growth, at $99 a user billed annually, and its Solo plan is limited to 1 user. Attio's Plus plan stops at 10 seats, and call intelligence and sequences arrive on Pro at £59. Zoho's free edition covers 3 users and Capsule's free plan 2 users and 250 contacts. HubSpot's $15 Starter price is a discount available for new customers only. Price the tier that has the feature you are leaving Pipeliner for, not the cheapest line in the table.

    Before you switch

Schematic: How to Choose the Right Alternative (Coevera, Budget, Customer relationship management, Integration requirements)

Export everything first: accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities and custom fields. Decide which system is the record of truth during the switchover week, so a reply that lands in the old CRM is not lost. Agree the pipeline stages and the definition of a qualified meeting in writing before importing, so the new CRM starts with the rules and not with old habits. And if the only reason for leaving was the rename, read Coevera's FAQ again: the accounts, integrations and data carried over unchanged.

Decision ladder: why you are leaving Pipeliner CRM picks the alternative Need a free plan to start? Yes HubSpot CRM or Zoho, 3 users No Same visual pipeline, lower seat price? Yes Pipedrive Lite £14 a seat No Your team calls all day? Yes Close power dialer No Enterprise scale and customization? Yes Salesforce Core to Max No Otherwise: Attio free up to 3 seats, your own data model
The reason you are leaving picks the alternative. Read top to bottom; each answer is restated from its section above.

    Final Recommendation

There is no single best Pipeliner CRM alternative. For a free start, HubSpot CRM or Zoho. For the same pipeline at a lower seat price, Pipedrive. For calling, Close. For enterprise scale, Salesforce. For your own data model, Attio. Trial the one that matches your reason for leaving with your own data before paying for a year.
