Reply.io sells cold outreach in two shapes. Email Volume is priced by active contacts, from $49 per user a month billed annually, and Multichannel adds LinkedIn, calls and SMS from $89 per user a month billed annually. The tools people weigh against it, Woodpecker, lemlist, Yesware, Mailshake and Klenty, each replace a different part of that. This page prices every one from its own pricing page, in the currency the page served, and takes its one piece of industry data from Woodpecker's own benchmark page.
Woodpecker, lemlist, Yesware, Mailshake and Klenty vs Reply.io: prices and industry data
On their own pricing pages, Woodpecker charges by contacted prospects, £35 a month for 500 in the pounds it served here; lemlist's Email plan is £55 a month billed yearly; Yesware runs $19 to $85 per seat a month; Mailshake $29 to $99 a month; and Klenty starts at $50 a month billed annually. For industry data, Woodpecker's benchmark page reports a 1.5% median reply rate across 56,614 campaigns.
The rest of this page explains what each price buys, because the units differ: Reply.io counts active contacts, Woodpecker counts contacted prospects, Yesware counts seats and campaign recipients, and Mailshake counts email addresses and sends.
What Reply.io charges for
Reply.io's pricing page carries both billing ladders in the page, each labelled. Email Volume is priced by active contacts, which the page defines as the unique contacts you can send a first-step email to each month, follow-ups included. At 1,000 active contacts it reads $49 per user a month billed annually, or $59 on the monthly ladder, and it switches to unlimited users from 10,000 contacts. It includes unlimited mailboxes under a fair usage policy, warmup with every mailbox, 50 live data credits a month and up to 200 website visitor reveals. LinkedIn automation is an add-on at $69 a month per account, and calls and SMS at $29.
Multichannel folds those channels in. It reads from $89 per user a month billed annually, or $99 monthly, includes email, LinkedIn, calls and SMS, and starts with a 14-day trial. Its annual card lists 10 mailboxes and its monthly card 5. Reply.io also sells Jason AI SDR from $500 a month. One caution on this read: the page's billing switch could not be operated in a browser session, which met a security check, so the figures here are the two ladders exactly as the page labels them.

This cross-category comparison explains why Apollo.io and Reply.io often work together rather than serving as direct substitutes for one another.
Which part of Reply.io are you replacing?

Most teams use one part of Reply.io far more than the others, and the alternatives split along those lines. Woodpecker, Mailshake and Klenty's Starter plan are built around cold email volume. lemlist's Multichannel plan is the closest match to Reply.io's Multichannel, with LinkedIn and SMS in the plan. Klenty's upper plans and Mailshake's Sales Engagement plan carry calling. Yesware is a different kind of tool, tracking and campaigns from a rep's own inbox, priced per seat.
Woodpecker
Woodpecker prices by contacted prospects rather than by seat. Its pricing page served pounds to this read, with a currency switcher beside it. On monthly billing, 500 contacted prospects a month cost £35, or £7.00 per 100, and the annual tab, labelled save 33%, prices the same 500 at £24, or £4.67 per 100. That base lists 8,000 emails a month, unlimited email verification including catch-all addresses, two warm-ups, 100 Lead Finder credits, unlimited team members and unlimited email accounts. LinkedIn outreach is an add-on at £29 a month per connected LinkedIn account, and the page offers a free trial.
Teams weighing deliverability prep against campaign execution can see how those workflow stages compare in this warmup versus outreach comparison.
lemlist
lemlist's pricing page also served pounds here and opens on yearly billing, labelled save 20%. The Email plan is £55 a month billed yearly, £62 quarterly or £69 monthly, with unlimited users and 50,000 emails a month. Multichannel is £87 per user a month yearly, £99 quarterly or £109 monthly, and adds LinkedIn and SMS automation, a built-in call dialer and 5 senders per user, with WhatsApp as an add-on. Enterprise is custom. Both paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Contact data is pay per success on credits worth £0.01 each: a verified email costs 5 credits and a phone number 20.
Yesware
Yesware's pricing page describes flexible plans including a Free Forever option, with email tracking, campaigns, reporting and CRM integrations. It opens on monthly billing: Free at $0, Pro at $19, Premium at $45 and Enterprise at $85 per seat a month, or $15, $35 and $65 billed annually. The caps sit in the campaign lines. Free allows 10 campaign recipients a month and Pro 20, while Premium lists unlimited campaigns and team reporting. Enterprise adds the Salesforce features: an inbox sidebar and sent, reply, calendar and activity sync. For a team replacing Reply.io's sending, those recipient caps put the real comparison at Premium.
Mailshake
Mailshake's pricing page opened on yearly billing: Starter at $25, Email Outreach at $45 and Sales Engagement at $85 a month, or $29, $49 and $99 on monthly billing. Starter covers 1 email address and 1,500 sends a month; Email Outreach 2 addresses and unlimited sends; Sales Engagement 10 addresses, plus 5 phone numbers and a power phone dialer with unlimited free minutes to North American numbers. Every plan lists 50 free Data Finder credits, unlimited email warmup and unlimited email verification. The pricing page lists no LinkedIn automation on any plan, so a team that runs LinkedIn steps in Reply.io would lose them here.
Klenty
Klenty's pricing page opens on annual billing, with a quarterly switch that did not change the figures in this read. Starter is $50 a month billed annually for 15,000 contacts and 75,000 emails a month. Growth is $70 per user a month and adds cold calling with 200 minutes, SMS automation, social selling and CRM integrations. Plus is $99 per user a month with 1,000 minutes and 4,000 phone and email data credits. A parallel and power dialer add-on is $45 per user a month. The 14-day free trial needs no credit card and allows up to 200 emails.

What the industry data says, and where it comes from
Of the vendors in this comparison, Woodpecker publishes a benchmark page built from its own platform, which it describes as actual platform data rather than a survey. Across the platform it reports a median cold email open rate of 26% over 37,000 campaigns and a median reply rate of 1.5% over 56,614 campaigns. The page calls open rate the noisier of the two, because tracking pixels get blocked or auto-loaded, and treats reply rate as the number that matters.
That is a useful anchor for sizing any of these plans, as long as it stays an anchor. At the 1.5% median, 1,000 contacted prospects return about 15 replies, which is illustrative arithmetic on Woodpecker's figure and says nothing about a particular list, offer or sender. No other statistic on this page comes from anywhere but a vendor's own pricing page.
How to choose

Start from the unit you will buy most of. If Reply.io's value was volume, compare its active-contact ladder against Woodpecker's contacted prospects and Mailshake's sends, and remember that Woodpecker and lemlist price in pounds on the pages served here while the others price in dollars. If it was LinkedIn inside the same sequence, lemlist Multichannel and Reply.io Multichannel are the two plans that include it, with Woodpecker selling it as an add-on and Mailshake not listing it. If it was calling, compare Klenty Growth's included minutes with Mailshake's dialer. If your reps mostly track emails they send by hand, Yesware's per-seat plans cost less and do less.
Whichever you pick, the migration has one step that matters more than the rest. Before the Reply.io subscription lapses, export the contact lists and, separately, everyone who replied, unsubscribed or bounced, and load that second list into the new tool as a suppression list before the first campaign runs. A move that skips it writes again to people who already answered or asked to be left alone, which is the fastest way to turn a tool change into a deliverability problem.
