Capsule CRM Pricing: Five Tiers, Priced by Where You Stand
Capsule's pricing URL redirects to a signup page that draws dollars or pounds by location. Both annual ladders, the contact ceilings, the add-on and the downgrade rule.

As published on Capsule's signup page on 4 September 2026, the US dollar ladder billed annually is Free at US$0 for two users, Starter at US$18, Growth at US$36 and Advanced at US$54 per user per month, with Ultimate quoted, and UK visitors see £14, £27 and £42. Tiers are separated by contact ceilings of 250, 30,000, 60,000 and 120,000.
Key takeaways
- The pricing URL redirects to the signup page, which renders dollars, pounds or euros by the visitor's location and offers a region switch in the footer.
- The annual saving carries three labels on the vendor's own surfaces, up to 14 percent on the dollar toggle, 20 on the pound toggle and 15 in the FAQ, and the monthly state only renders after a click.
- Tiers are separated by contact ceilings far above a small firm's list and by features that arrive at Growth, so most stated-audience buyers choose by feature.
- There are no setup or onboarding fees and a 14 day trial with no card, and a downgrade has to fit the lower tier's limits first, with the FAQ's own example of removing 30,000 contacts.
Reviewed and updated September 4, 2026
Capsule's pricing URL no longer serves a pricing page. On 4 September 2026 it redirected to the signup page, and the figures on that page are drawn in the browser after a lookup of where the visitor is standing, so a read from the United Kingdom returns pounds and a read from the United States returns dollars, with the annual saving labelled differently in each. The plan ladder itself is the same on both, and the contact ceiling on each tier is the number that decides which one a team needs.
Everything below was read from Capsule's signup page on 4 September 2026 in both regions, with each figure attributed and dated, and one gap named where the page would not give up a number.
Five tiers, one of them free, one of them unpriced
As published on Capsule's signup page on 4 September 2026 with the region set to US and International, the ladder is Free at US$0 for a maximum of two users, Starter at US$18 per user per month billed annually, Growth at US$36, Advanced at US$54, and Ultimate with no figure on the card, described as ideal for scaling teams of five or more users, with an account manager and custom training, and a note that the sales team will be in touch after a trial signup.
The same page served to a United Kingdom visitor carried Starter at £14, Growth at £27 and Advanced at £42 per user per month billed annually, with the Free tier at £0. The page's footer offers three regions, US and International in dollars, UK and Europe in pounds, and Europe in euros, and the vendor picks one by location before offering the switch.
The Free tier includes 250 contacts, five custom fields, one sales pipeline, one project board, custom sales milestones and a Gmail or Outlook mail connection. Starter raises the contact ceiling to 30,000 and adds email templates, custom activity types and a tailored pipeline. Growth, which the page marks as recommended, lifts contacts to 60,000 and adds workflow automations, advanced sales reporting, dashboards, multiple pipelines and project boards, team and access controls and the AI enrichment, summary and meeting prep tools. Advanced lifts contacts to 120,000 with 50 project boards and 50 sales pipelines. Ultimate's card lists the account manager and training rather than a ceiling.
The annual saving has three different labels
The billing toggle on the US dollar render of the page reads "Pay Annually (Save up to 14%)". The same toggle on the pound render of the page reads "Save up to 20%". The FAQ beneath both renders states that the vendor offers up to 15 percent off for customers on the annual plan. Three vendor surfaces, three ceilings on the same saving, and none of them a rate a buyer can apply to a tier without seeing the monthly figure.
That monthly figure is the gap. The signup page renders the annual state by default, and the toggle to monthly billing did not respond in a scripted browser session in any of three attempts on 4 September 2026, so the monthly per user rates in either currency were not captured and are not quoted here. A buyer who needs them has to click the toggle in a real browser and read them off the card. The annual ladder above is the one the page publishes without interaction.

- Email templates

- A tailored sales pipeline
- 14 day trial, no card
- 60,000 contacts
- Workflow automations
- Advanced reporting and dashboards
- Multiple pipelines and project boards
- AI enrichment, summaries and meeting prep
- 120,000 contacts on Advanced
- 50 project boards and 50 pipelines
- Ultimate for five or more users
- Account manager and custom training
- Sales team follows up a trial
The add-on and the terms

Beneath the cards the page sells a Marketing add-on, described as working with Capsule to attract, win and keep customers, starting from $11 a month on the dollar render and from £7 a month on the pound render. It is the vendor's own email marketing product, Transpond, integrated with the CRM, and it is priced separately from the seat rate.
The FAQ settles the rest. The 14 day trial of any paid plan starts on signup with every feature and no card, and adding the whole team during the trial is allowed. There are zero setup fees and zero onboarding charges, and the account can be cancelled at any time. Downgrading carries one condition: the account has to fit the limits of the plan it is moving to, and the FAQ gives its own example of a Growth account with 60,000 contacts needing to remove 30,000 before it can move to Starter. The Free plan is described as a place to test the product rather than to run a business from.
Capsule is a service of Zestia Ltd, registered in England, which is the reason the page's default currency in the vendor's own country is the pound and the reason a dollar buyer sees an International label rather than a US one.
Who the page says it is for
The FAQ answers the question directly. Starter is for individuals and small businesses managing client and supplier relationships. Growth and Advanced are for larger small and medium businesses that want a bigger contact database, templates, multiple pipelines, project management and automations. Ultimate is for larger SMBs wanting enterprise CRM functionality at SMB prices. The site's industry menu lists professional services, manufacturing, consultants, construction, accountants and freelancers among its sectors, with a solutions split between sales and marketing teams.
That is a relationship CRM for a service business rather than a sales engagement platform, and the contact ceilings confirm it: 30,000 contacts on the entry tier is far above what a small professional firm holds, so most buyers in the stated audience choose a tier for its features rather than its ceiling. The site's own CRM comparison for consulting firms is where Capsule sits beside the other products built for that buyer.
- Step 1Check the region label
The page picks dollars, pounds or euros by location and offers a switch in the footer.
- Step 2Read the annual state
It is the default render. The monthly rate needs a click on the toggle in a real browser.
- Step 3Pick the tier by feature, not ceiling
Workflow automations, reporting and multiple pipelines arrive at Growth; the ceilings are far above a small firm's list.
- Step 4Price the Marketing add-on separately
It starts from a monthly figure of its own and is a different product.
- Step 5Plan any future downgrade
The account must fit the lower tier's limits first.
What an outbound team should weight at nothing

Capsule's Growth tier headlines workflow automations, defined on the page as a series of tasks, notifications or stage changes within a pipeline, and its Marketing add-on sells lead nurture campaigns tracked against contacts. Both describe follow-up machinery, and both are features this reader should weight at nothing for a cold programme. RevenueFlow sends one message per campaign, with no bumps and no thread replies, and a non-responding audience becomes a new campaign built on a genuinely different premise. The reasoning is in why we stopped using follow-ups.
The mail connection row is the one to read for sending architecture. Capsule connects a Gmail or Outlook account on every tier, including Free, and that is the company's working mailbox. Cold volume does not belong on it. A CRM that logs replies from a separate sending stack is the shape this site runs, and the reasons are set out in the CRM comparison for cold email teams.
Why the ranking pages disagree with each other
Search the query and the results quote Starter figures in at least two currencies without saying which, because the reviewer's location chose it for them, and most quote a saving of one of the three percentages above as if it were the rate. Several describe a pricing page that no longer exists at the URL they cite. What none of them carry is the downgrade condition, which is the term that bites a growing account, or the fact that the monthly state is a click away. The pattern of a page that shows the annual figure first is shared with Pipedrive's pricing cards, and holding the two side by side is the fastest way to see which ceiling a small team would actually hit.
- Yes: Note which currency and region the page served before quoting a figure
- Yes: Click the monthly toggle in a real browser if month to month is the plan
- Yes: Choose the tier by the feature you need first, since the contact ceilings are high
- Yes: Price the Marketing add-on as a separate line
- Yes: Read the downgrade condition before loading a large list
- No: Apply any of the three saving percentages as a rate without the monthly figure
The short version

As published on Capsule's signup page on 4 September 2026, which is where its pricing URL now redirects, the US dollar ladder billed annually is Free at US$0 for two users, Starter at US$18, Growth at US$36 and Advanced at US$54 per user per month, with Ultimate quoted, and the pound ladder is £14, £27 and £42. Tiers are separated by contact ceilings of 250, 30,000, 60,000 and 120,000 and by features that arrive at Growth. The page's Marketing add-on starts from $11 or £7 a month, the trial is 14 days with no card, there are no setup or onboarding fees, and a downgrade must fit the lower tier's limits. The monthly rates were not captured and need a click in a real browser.
For the field around it, the site's own Capsule CRM alternatives page sets the product against the rest of the category. If the constraint is the number of qualified conversations reaching the CRM rather than which tier holds them, see what a first campaign produces against a qualification standard agreed in writing before launch.
Both currency ladders, the tier contents, the add-on rate and the quoted FAQ terms above were read from Capsule's signup page, which its pricing URL redirected to, on 4 September 2026, in browser renders with the region set to US and International and to UK and Europe. The monthly billing state did not render in those sessions and its figures are not quoted. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.
Frequently asked questions.
Frequently asked questions- How much does Capsule CRM cost per user?
- As published on Capsule's signup page on 4 September 2026 with the region set to US and International, Starter is US$18, Growth is US$36 and Advanced is US$54 per user per month billed annually, with a Free tier for two users and an Ultimate tier quoted by the sales team. The same page served to a UK visitor shows £14, £27 and £42. Monthly rates render only after a toggle click.
- Why does Capsule's pricing show pounds or dollars?
- The page looks up the visitor's location before drawing the figures and picks one of three regions: US and International in dollars, UK and Europe in pounds, or Europe in euros, with a switch in the footer. Capsule is a service of Zestia Ltd, registered in England, which is why the pound ladder is the home one and the dollar ladder carries an International label.
- What is the contact limit on each Capsule plan?
- The signup page read on 4 September 2026 lists 250 contacts on Free, 30,000 on Starter, 60,000 on Growth and 120,000 on Advanced, with Ultimate described for teams of five or more users. The FAQ adds that a downgrade must fit the lower plan's limit, giving the example of a Growth account with 60,000 contacts removing 30,000 before moving to Starter.
- Does Capsule charge setup or onboarding fees?
- No. The FAQ states there are zero setup fees for opening an account and that onboarding costs nothing, with support available as questions arise. The 14 day trial of any paid plan starts on signup with every feature, no card and no limit on users added, and the account can be cancelled at any time. The Marketing add-on is priced separately from the seat rate.
