FindThatLead's pricing page sells three plans in US dollars: a Free Trial that lasts seven days, Starter at $49 a month billed monthly or $37 a month billed yearly, and Ultimate at $99 or $75. Every plan bundles three things: an email finder charged in credits, a smaller allowance of mobile phone credits, and a cold email sender. Teams looking for a FindThatLead alternative are usually leaving one of those three, and which one it is decides the replacement.
This page sets out what FindThatLead is and what its plans include, where its integrations actually live, and six alternatives grouped by the job they replace, each priced from its own pricing page in the currency and billing basis that page displayed.
What is FindThatLead?
FindThatLead is a B2B lead generation platform that finds and verifies email addresses, builds prospect lists with its Prospector tool, finds contacts for local businesses and from social profile URLs, and sends cold email campaigns from the same account, with an internal CRM for the team. Its plan cards define the unit plainly: each email credit is a correct, verified email it delivers.
The free plan is narrower than its name. The pricing FAQ says the free plan is not a trial version of the Ultimate plan but "a 7-day test of the platform's main features", with one user, one email account, 50 email credits and 2 mobile phone credits. Starter raises that to 2,000 email credits a month, 50 mobile credits a month (600 a year on yearly billing), 400 sends a day and 20 sequences, still for one user. Ultimate lifts the user and email-credit caps subject to FindThatLead's fair use policy, connects 15 email accounts and adds 100 mobile credits a month, with two onboarding sessions. The page opens on yearly billing with a "-25%" badge, and the switch shows the monthly prices.
One detail is worth settling before sizing a plan. The plan cards call a credit a correct, verified email, while the FAQ says "A credit is a search inside the tool" and that repeated leads searched within the same month are not charged. The two readings differ when a search finds nothing, so ask which applies. The plan-by-plan detail is in FindThatLead's pricing, plan by plan.
FindThatLead integrations
The pricing page lists CRM Integrations on all three plans, described as a way to "Seamlessly sync with your CRM", but it names no CRM, and the integrations address on FindThatLead's own site returned its 404 page when this article was checked. The connections that could be read are on Zapier's FindThatLead listing: two triggers, New Lead and Email Verify, and three actions, Search Lead, Verify Email and Social Search, with ready-made templates that send new leads to Pipedrive, Google Sheets, monday.com, Gmail and Airtable. If a native sync to a named CRM matters, confirm it during the seven-day trial.
Why teams look for a FindThatLead alternative

Four reasons come up, and each points at a different replacement.
The free plan ends. A seven-day test does not suit a team that finds a handful of emails a month. Prospeo's FAQ says its Free plan provides 100 credits a month and "has no time limit", and Hunter's Free plan renews 50 credits a month.
Starter covers one user. On FindThatLead the step that adds seats is Ultimate. Hunter lists unlimited team members on every plan, sharing one pool of credits, and Skrapp.io's Professional plan includes 2 users.
The sender is not wanted. FindThatLead bundles a sender with sequences and drip campaigns, so a team sending from a dedicated platform pays for a tool it does not use. Hunter and Apollo.io bundle sending too, while Prospeo, Skrapp.io and Icypeas sell finding without one. Sequences and follow-up steps are those vendors' features; the campaigns this site runs send one message per campaign.
Phone numbers matter more than emails. Starter carries 50 mobile credits a month. Lusha's page prices a revealed phone number at 5 credits and a verified email at 1.
Six FindThatLead alternatives, by the job they replace
Finder plus sender: Hunter and Apollo.io
Hunter is the closest in shape: its pricing page describes an all-in-one outreach platform that finds, verifies and sends cold emails. The page serves pounds here. Free is £0 with 50 credits a month; Starter is £41 a month billed monthly or £28 a month billed yearly for 2,000 credits a month; Growth is £125 or £87 for 10,000. Every plan lists unlimited team members, and the FAQ counts one credit per email found and half a credit per email verified. The two are compared directly in FindThatLead against Hunter.
Apollo.io is a contact database with sequencing attached. Apollo.io's pricing page lists its Free plan at $0 with 900 credits per seat per year, granted monthly, on the annual view. Apollo.io's Basic plan is $49 per seat a month billed annually, with 30,000 credits per seat per year granted upfront, or $65 billed monthly with 2,500 credits per seat a month, and it offers a 14-day trial. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8. The pairing is set out in Apollo against FindThatLead.
Finding without a sender: Prospeo, Skrapp.io and Icypeas
Prospeo is a search and enrichment tool. Prospeo's Free plan is $0 with 100 credits a month; its Starter is $49 per user billed monthly or $37 per user a month billed yearly ($441 a year), with 24,000 credits per user a year. Its FAQ says one credit gives one verified business email, a direct mobile number costs 10 credits, and credits reset on renewal and do not roll over.
Skrapp.io works from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator through its Chrome extension as well as its own lead search. Skrapp.io's Free plan is $0 with 50 credits and 1 user. Skrapp.io's Professional plan is $29 a month billed annually or $39 monthly, with 2,000 credits a month, 2 users and credits that roll over. A credit is used when the finder returns an email marked Valid or Catch-all, and emails labelled Invalid or Unknown are not charged.
Icypeas is the cheapest per email here at volume. Icypeas's Basic plan is $19 +VAT a month for 1,000 credits, or $190 +VAT a year for 12,000; Premium is $39 a month for 4,000 or $390 a year for 48,000. The page charges 1 credit per found email and 0.1 per verification, says credits roll over with no expiration, and offers prices in USD or EUR. The pairing is covered in FindThatLead against Icypeas.
Phone numbers first: Lusha
Lusha leads with phone numbers. Lusha's Free plan is $0 with 40 credits a month and no credit card. Lusha's Starter is $37.45 a month billed yearly for 4,800 credits a year, or $49.90 billed monthly; Pro is $52.45 or $69.90; Premium $299.95 or $399.90. The page shows "Pay yearly (25% off)". At 5 credits a number, Starter's 4,800 yearly credits buy 960 phone numbers a year, about 80 a month, against the 50 a month on FindThatLead's Starter. Tools that pair emails with phone numbers are compared in email finders that return phone numbers.
| Tool | Free tier, as worded | Entry paid plan |
|---|---|---|
| FindThatLead | Free Trial, $0: a 7-day test | Starter: $37 a month billed yearly, $49 monthly |
| Hunter | Free, £0: 50 credits a month | Starter: £28 a month billed yearly, £41 monthly |
| Apollo.io | Free, $0 | Basic: $49 per seat a month billed annually, $65 monthly |
| Prospeo | Free, $0: 100 credits a month, no time limit | Starter: $37 per user a month billed yearly, $49 monthly |
| Skrapp.io | Free, $0: 50 credits, 1 user | Professional: $29 a month billed annually, $39 monthly |
| Icypeas | 50 free credits at sign-up (a limited-time banner) | Basic: $19 +VAT a month, or $190 +VAT a year |
| Lusha | Free, $0: 40 credits a month | Starter: $37.45 a month billed yearly, $49.90 monthly |
Several names that appear in other roundups of this category, among them Seamless.AI, UpLead, Adapt.io, LeadIQ and ZoomInfo, sell contact databases in the same space. They are not priced here.
What 1,000 email credits cost on each entry plan
The arithmetic below is illustrative, worked from the entry paid plan of each US-dollar pricing page on yearly billing. Skrapp.io's Professional plan is $29 for 2,000 credits a month, which is $14.50 per 1,000. Icypeas's Basic plan is $190 +VAT a year for 12,000 credits, about $15.83 per 1,000 before VAT. FindThatLead's Starter is $37 for 2,000 email credits a month, $18.50 per 1,000, and Prospeo's Starter lands on the same $18.50 per user. Apollo.io's Basic is $49 per seat for 2,500 credits a month, $19.60 per 1,000. Hunter's Starter works out at £14.00 per 1,000 on yearly billing, in pounds as its page served it, so it sits outside the dollar chart.
Treat the ranking as a starting point. Credit definitions differ: FindThatLead's own page gives two readings of a credit, Prospeo's credits do not roll over while Skrapp.io's and Icypeas's do, and Apollo.io and Lusha spend more credits on a phone number than on an email.
Choosing a FindThatLead alternative
Start from the reason for leaving. If the sender is the part you use, Hunter is the like-for-like move and adds seats. If you only need emails, Skrapp.io and Icypeas cost less per 1,000 on yearly billing and keep unused credits, and Prospeo keeps a free tier running. If calls are the channel, Lusha prices phone numbers directly. The wider field is compared in the best email finder tools.
Finding the address is the cheaper part of outbound; what gets sent to it decides the result. If the list is ready and the open question is the message, see what one campaign against your own segment produces.
Pricing and features are taken from the vendors' own pages. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.
