Sales Engagement Platform Pricing in 2026: What 61 Tools Charge and Which Hide It
Sales engagement platforms start at a median of $75 a month, 70.5% carry a quote-only tier, and AI SDR platforms start at $204.50. Data from 61 verified tools.

Forty-five of 61 sales engagement tools publish a price, and the median starting price is $75 a month, with half between $48 and $160. AI SDR platforms start at a median of $204.50 and LinkedIn-led tools at $59. 70.5% of tools carry a quote-only tier, and 16 publish no subscription price at all.
Key takeaways
- The median starting price across 45 priced sales engagement tools is $75 a month, the highest of five sales tool categories, with the middle half between $48 and $160.
- Price depends on the kind of tool: AI SDR and agent platforms start at a median of $204.50 a month, multichannel sequencers at $69, LinkedIn-led tools at $59 and AI writing assistants at $34.50.
- 43 of 61 tools (70.5%) have a tier sold only by quote, and 16 (26.2%) publish no subscription price, including most established enterprise platforms.
- Per-seat tools start at a median of $59 and flat-priced tools at $99, so from the second seat onward the typical per-seat tool costs more.
Reviewed and updated September 16, 2026
A sales leader asked to budget for "a sales engagement platform" can get a quote of $25 a seat or $2,500 a month and both vendors will be describing their product accurately. The category label now covers LinkedIn automation tools, multichannel sequencers, power dialers, AI writing assistants and autonomous AI SDR agents. They share a shelf and not a price class.
RevenueFlow's verified vendor dataset holds pricing records for 61 sales engagement tools, each read from the vendor's own pricing page between 2026-08-28 and 2026-09-05. This study reports what they charge, how the price depends on what kind of tool it is, and how many of them decline to publish a price at all.
The headline numbers
45 of the 61 tools (73.8%) publish a subscription price. Among those, the median starting price is $75 a month and the middle half start between $48 and $160. The lowest entry price on the record is $19 and the highest is $899. The mean is $144.71, pulled up by AI agent platforms whose entry tier is a managed service.
For comparison, the median starting price across all 386 sales tools in the dataset is $39.98. Sales engagement is the most expensive of the five categories to enter and the least likely to show a price.
| Starting price | Tools | Share of 45 priced tools |
|---|---|---|
| under $50 | 15 | 33.3% |
| $50 to $99.99 | 15 | 33.3% |
| $100 to $249.99 | 8 | 17.8% |
| $250 and up | 7 | 15.6% |
Two thirds of priced tools (66.6%) start under $100 a month. 7 tools (15.6%) start at $250 or more, and 6 of them are AI SDR and agent platforms.
Four price classes under one label
Each tool was sorted by how its own record describes the core product. The rule is mechanical and is written out in the methodology: AI SDR and agent platforms first, then AI writing and call assistants, then tools whose description leads with LinkedIn, then dialer-led platforms, and everything else as multichannel sequencers and enterprise platforms.
| Kind of tool | Tools | Publish a price | Quote only | Free tier | 25th percentile | Median start | 75th percentile |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| AI SDR and agent platforms | 17 | 14 | 3 | 3 | $96 | $204.50 | $447.75 |
| Multichannel sequencers and enterprise platforms | 17 | 9 | 8 | 4 | $49 | $69 | $164.17 |
| LinkedIn-led outreach tools | 14 | 13 | 1 | 0 | $48 | $59 | $99 |
| AI writing and call assistants | 7 | 6 | 1 | 4 | $27.75 | $34.50 | $54 |
| Dialer-led platforms | 6 | 3 | 3 | 0 | n/a | n/a | n/a |
AI SDR and agent platforms (17 tools) start at a median of $204.50 a month, with the middle half between $96 and $447.75. Their median top published tier is $399. Only 21.4% of their entry tiers are per seat, because the unit being sold is an agent's output and not a user's login.
LinkedIn-led outreach tools (14 tools) are the most uniform group. They start at a median of $59, the middle half runs only from $48 to $99, 69.2% price per seat and 92.9% publish their prices. A seat here usually means one LinkedIn account, so the per-seat price is also a per-sender price.
Multichannel sequencers and enterprise platforms (17 tools) split in two. The 9 that publish a price start at a median of $69. The other 8 publish nothing, and they include the largest names in the category. That split is the subject of the next section.
AI writing and call assistants (7 tools) are the cheapest group at a median of $34.50 a month, and 4 of them have a free tier. They are add-ons to a sending tool and not replacements for one.
Dialer-led platforms (6 tools) publish too few prices to report a median: 3 show a price and 3 are quote only.
An AI SDR platform's median entry price is 3.5 times a LinkedIn-led tool's. Comparing the two on price alone is a category error, since one is sold as labour and the other as software. The 11x pricing breakdown covers how the agent end of the market structures its contracts, and the Expandi pricing and Dripify pricing pages cover the LinkedIn-led end.
Who publishes a price and who does not
43 of the 61 tools (70.5%) have at least one tier that can only be bought through a sales conversation. That is the highest share of any category in the dataset.
The pricing pages fall into five shapes. 20 tools (32.8%) show prices and end in a quote-only tier, which is the classic three-plans-and-Enterprise grid. 16 show no subscription price at all, and 15 of those list nothing but quote-only tiers. 14 (23.0%) show prices and nothing else. 7 run the full ladder from a free tier through priced plans to a quote tier, and 4 offer a free tier and priced plans with no quote tier.
| Kind of tool | Shows a price | Quote only | Median start |
|---|---|---|---|
| AI SDR and agent platforms 17 tools | 82.4% | 17.6% | $204.50 |
| Multichannel sequencers and enterprise platforms 17 tools | 52.9% | 47.1% | $69 |
| LinkedIn-led outreach tools 14 tools | 92.9% | 7.1% | $59 |
| AI writing and call assistants 7 tools | 85.7% | 14.3% | $34.50 |
| Dialer-led platforms 6 tools | 50.0% | 50.0% | n/a |
Quote only: no subscription price, no free tier, sold through a sales conversation. Median start is not reported for a group with fewer than five public prices.
The quote-only group includes Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Groove by Clari, PersistIQ, Vanillasoft, Koncert, Revenue.io, among others. These are disproportionately the established platforms that sell to sales organisations with dozens or hundreds of seats, where price depends on seat count, contract length and negotiated terms. A missing price is not evidence that a product is expensive. It is evidence that the vendor wants a conversation before a number, and a buyer should budget time for that: a demo, a follow-up and a proposal before knowing whether the tool is affordable.
Only 11 of 61 tools (18.0%) have a free tier, which is low compared with data tools and email senders. An engagement platform's costs scale with connected mailboxes, LinkedIn accounts and dialer minutes, and there is no cheap version of those to give away.
For buyers who want a published price as a condition of evaluation, the roundups of Outreach alternatives and Salesloft alternatives list options that print their numbers.
Per seat or flat
42.2% of priced entry tiers are per seat. Those 19 tools start at a median of $59 per seat per month. The 26 tools with a flat entry price start at a median of $99.
On the pricing page, per-seat tools look cheaper. For a team they are not. Three seats at the per-seat median cost $177 a month and five cost $295, against $99 for the flat-price median. The crossover is at 1.7 seats: from the second seat onward, the typical per-seat tool costs more than the typical flat-priced one. Flat plans carry their own limits, usually on mailboxes, contacts or included users, so the comparison has to be made at the team's real size and volume.
How prices climb
20 tools have three or more priced tiers. Their median first tier is $59 a month, the second $111.50 and the third $202. The top published tier costs a median of 3.63 times the entry tier.
Across all 45 priced tools, the median top published tier is $199 a month, a quarter of tools publish a top tier of $499 or more, and the highest published tier on the record is $2,500. The typical pricing page has 3 tiers.
Billing terms add a further wrinkle. 7 tools publish only an annual-plan rate, so their listed monthly figure is available only with a twelve-month commitment. Among the 16 tools where both rates are on the record, the median discount for paying yearly is 20.0%.
The cheapest and most expensive entries
Quoted from each vendor's own pricing page as it stood on the verification date.
Lowest starting prices: Avoma (Startup, $19 a month, annual plan, verified 2026-09-04), Unify (Base, $20 a month per seat, verified 2026-09-01), Salesflow (Enterprise, $24.99 a month per seat, annual plan, verified 2026-09-01), Lavender (Starter, $27 a month, annual plan, verified 2026-09-04).
Highest starting prices: Coldreach (Starter, $899 a month, verified 2026-09-04), Amplemarket (Startup, $600 a month, annual plan, verified 2026-09-01), Luru (Standard, $500 a month per seat, verified 2026-09-04), Floworks AI (Ultra, $498 a month, verified 2026-09-04).
The low end is mostly assistants and per-seat tools on annual plans. The high end is mostly AI SDR and agent platforms, where the entry tier is closer to a managed service than to a software seat.
Using these numbers
- Name the kind of tool first. A budget for "sales engagement" is meaningless until it says whether the purchase is a LinkedIn tool, a sequencer, a dialer or an AI agent. The medians differ by a factor of six.
- Multiply per-seat prices by the real team. Anything beyond one user changes the ranking.
- Treat a quote-only page as a time cost. 16 of 61 tools (26.2%) will not give a number without a call.
- Plan for the second tier. Entry tiers in this category are often sized for one sender. The median second tier costs about twice the first.
The sales engagement platforms guide covers what the category does and how to evaluate fit. A platform is also only as good as the list, the message and the reply handling behind it. Methodology
Population. The 61 tools categorised as sales engagement in RevenueFlow's verified vendor dataset (386 tools in total) as of September 2026, each record read from the vendor's own pricing page and dated between 2026-08-28 and 2026-09-05. One vendor that appears in two categories of the dataset is counted once, in data enrichment, and one product listed under two brand names is counted once.
Starting price. The lowest monthly-equivalent figure among a tool's paid subscription tiers: a month-to-month price as printed, an annual plan's per-month rate as printed, or a yearly total divided by twelve. Per-seat status is read from the tier's notes.
Kinds of tool. Assigned from each record's description, first match wins. AI SDR and agent platforms: the first 110 characters name an AI SDR, AI BDR, AI agent, digital worker, agentic or autonomous product. AI writing and call assistants: the description names an email coach, opening lines, copywriting, a meeting assistant or call capture. LinkedIn-led: LinkedIn appears in the first 110 characters. Dialer-led: a dialer or phone system appears in the first 130 characters. Everything else is a multichannel sequencer or enterprise platform. Group membership is listed in the study's output file.
Quote only. A tool with no subscription price and no free tier whose record holds a quote-only tier. Groups with fewer than five public prices report no quartiles.
Checks. The category count, the median starting price and the quote-only count were recomputed by a second reader over the raw record files and matched.
Limits. List prices only. Enterprise contracts, seat minimums agreed in negotiation and usage charges for dialer minutes or AI credits are not captured. The kinds are a reading aid, and several tools would sit comfortably in two of them.

Frequently asked questions.
Frequently asked questions- How much does a sales engagement platform cost?
- Among 45 tools that publish a subscription price, the median starting price is $75 a month and half start between $48 and $160. The lowest entry price on the record is $19 and the highest is $899. The median top published tier is $199 a month. Sixteen further tools publish no price and sell only through a sales conversation.
- How much do AI SDR tools cost?
- AI SDR and agent platforms start at a median of $204.50 a month across 14 tools with public pricing, with the middle half between $96 and $447.75. Their median top published tier is $399 a month, and the highest published tier in the group is $2,500. Three of the 17 tools in the group publish no price at all.
- Why do Outreach and Salesloft not publish pricing?
- Their pricing pages list only quote-based plans, which is typical of platforms sold to large sales teams, where the price depends on seat count, contract length and negotiated terms. In RevenueFlow's dataset, 16 of 61 sales engagement tools publish no subscription price. A missing price is not evidence that a tool is expensive, only that evaluating it takes a sales conversation.
- Is per-seat or flat pricing cheaper for a sales team?
- Flat pricing, for anything beyond one user. Per-seat entry tiers start at a median of $59 per seat and flat entry tiers at $99. Three seats at the per-seat median cost $177 a month and five cost $295. Flat plans have their own limits on mailboxes, contacts or included users, so compare at the team's real size.
