Salesgear's pricing page is titled as one all-in plan for outbound, and it carries two ladders. As published on Salesgear's pricing page on 2026-09-04, a Data tab and an Outreach tab sit above the plans, the Data tab is the one the page opens on, and the toggle loads on monthly. The Data ladder runs Free at $0, Basic at $49, Pro at $99 and Pro Plus at $199 a month; the Outreach ladder runs Free at $0, Basic at $49, Pro at $99 and Enterprise quoted. Click the annual toggle and the paid plans drop to $39, $79 and $159 on Data and $39 and $79 on Outreach.
The two ladders share prices and names but not meters. Data is priced on credits for contact data; Outreach is priced on email sends, calling minutes and LinkedIn actions with a smaller credit allowance. One account is on one ladder, and the title's single plan is neither of them.
The Data ladder
- Twelve hundred credits a month
- One credit per email, ten per phone number
- Four thousand credits a month
- Same credit rates
- Ten thousand credits a month
- The top self-serve data tier
Monthly, the state the page loads. On the page, Free $0 with 5 credits, Basic $49 with 1,200 credits, Pro $99 with 4,000 credits, Pro Plus $199 with 10,000 credits.
Annually. Basic $39, Pro $79, Pro Plus $159, with the toggle marked Save 20%.
Credits are consumed at printed rates: one credit per email address, ten per phone number, ten per deep research action. At the email rate, Basic's 1,200 credits is 1,200 emails a month for $49 monthly, about four cents an email, or $39 annually, about three cents. Pro's 4,000 credits at $99 is two and a half cents an email monthly. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over, per the page.
The Outreach ladder
The Outreach tab prices sending rather than data, with a credit allowance attached.
Monthly. Free $0 with 1,000 email sends, 5 credits, 60 calling minutes and 50 LinkedIn actions; Basic $49 with 25,000 sends, 500 credits, 100 minutes and 100 LinkedIn actions; Pro $99 with 100,000 sends, 2,000 credits, 500 minutes and 3,000 LinkedIn actions; Enterprise quoted.
Annually. On the page, Basic $39, Pro $79.
- Step 1Credits
Five hundred on Basic, two thousand on Pro, at one per email found. A team sourcing its own lists never touches them.
- Step 2Email sends
Twenty-five thousand on Basic, one hundred thousand on Pro. Ample under one message per campaign.
- Step 3Calling minutes
One hundred on Basic, five hundred on Pro. Binds first for a phone-led team.
- Step 4LinkedIn actions
One hundred on Basic, three thousand on Pro. The largest step between the two tiers.
The LinkedIn action count is the widest gap on the ladder, 100 on Basic against 3,000 on Pro, thirty times more for twice the price. A team that intends to run LinkedIn steps at all is on Pro; Basic's 100 actions is a few working days.
Which ladder a team is on

The page's own configuration confirms that a plan belongs to one ladder: the Data plans carry credit allowances of 5, 1,200, 4,000 and 10,000 and the Outreach plans carry 5, 500, 2,000 and a custom figure, and the sending, calling and LinkedIn meters appear only on the Outreach side. A team that wants both the large credit allowance and the sending product is on two subscriptions or on the Enterprise quote, and the page does not print a bundle.
That is what makes the page title odd. One all-in plan for outbound is the heading, and the page beneath it offers a data plan or an outreach plan. The contradiction is on the vendor's page and is recorded here rather than resolved.
The free credits self-conflict
The page's plan data gives the Free plan 5 credits on both ladders. The FAQ on the same page says a free account gets 50 credits every month. Both statements are on the vendor's page on the same day. A buyer testing the database on the free plan will find out which is true in the first hour, and this article does not guess.
Pricing a team
Three SDRs who source their own lists and send from Salesgear are on Outreach Basic if they never touch LinkedIn: $147 a month monthly or $117 annually, for 75,000 sends across the team, which is far more than three warmed mailboxes should send. If they run LinkedIn steps, they are on Outreach Pro at $297 monthly or $237 annually.
A team that buys data from Salesgear and sends elsewhere is on the Data ladder: Basic at $49 for 1,200 emails a month is a single SDR's list; Pro at $99 for 4,000 is a small team's; Pro Plus at $199 for 10,000 is the top before a quote. Against the standalone email finder and verification tools, the per-email rate on the annual Data plans is competitive at the low end and ordinary above it.
LinkedIn actions and the no-reply rule
Three thousand LinkedIn actions a month on Outreach Pro is a large allowance, and the sequence design it invites, an email step followed by a LinkedIn step for the people who did not reply, is a re-target of a no-reply on a second channel. It is the one thing an outbound program should not do, and a large action allowance makes it cheap rather than wise. Use LinkedIn for its own first-touch audience or to follow a reply, send one message per campaign, and let the action count go unused.
The calling minutes

Calling minutes are the third meter on the Outreach ladder, 60 on Free, 100 on Basic and 500 on Pro, and they are the one most likely to surprise a team that came for the email product. A hundred minutes a month is a few dozen short calls; a phone-led SDR uses that in a week. The vendor does not print an overage rate for minutes on the fetched page, so a team that will call should treat Pro's 500 as the working floor and ask what happens past it.
Pricing the data ladder against the outreach ladder
A team that wants both products at the self-serve rates is paying two subscriptions, and the arithmetic favours choosing one. Outreach Basic at $49 carries 500 credits; Data Basic at $49 carries 1,200. A team that sends from another tool and only needs addresses is better on Data. A team that sends from Salesgear and sources lists elsewhere never uses the credits and is better on Outreach. The team that needs both at volume is the Enterprise quote, and the page's title is the only place a single plan for that team appears.
The annual toggle on both tabs
The Save 20% toggle applies on both ladders and the saving is exactly a fifth on every paid plan: $49 to $39, $99 to $79, $199 to $159. The page loads monthly, so the higher figure shows first, which is the less common default in this category and the more honest one. A team that reads the annual figure from a third-party page and then lands on the monthly page will see a price a quarter higher than expected, and the toggle is the explanation.
Reading the third-party numbers
Listings quote Salesgear at $49 or $39 for Basic, $69 or $55 for Pro, and $99 or $79 for an Unlimited plan. The Basic figures match the page. The Pro figures do not; Pro is $99 monthly or $79 annually on both ladders today, and there is no Unlimited plan on the page. The listings are describing an earlier ladder, and any Salesgear figure without a tab, a billing state and a date beside it should be read as historical.
Where it sits

Salesgear's Outreach Basic at $49 sits at the low end of the per-seat ladders in the sales engagement platform survey, and its bundled sends and calling minutes make it closer to a sequencer with a dialler than to a cold email sender; the sender ladders in the cold email pricing guide are the comparison for a team that only emails. Its Data ladder competes with the contact data vendors on a per-credit basis. The vendor's nearest alternatives mostly sell one of the two products, so compare each Salesgear tab against the rival that sells that product.
- Yes: Which tab you need, Data or Outreach, since one account is on one ladder
- Yes: Which toggle state you read, since the page loads monthly
- Yes: Whether you will run LinkedIn steps, which puts you on Pro
- Depends: Credit needs at one per email and ten per phone number, with no rollover
- Depends: How many free credits a trial account actually gets, five or fifty
- Depends: Whether a bundle of both ladders exists, since the page prints none

Every price above is as published on Salesgear's pricing page on 2026-09-04, read on both tabs at both toggle states, with the page opening on the Data tab in its monthly state; the plan meters were confirmed against the page's own data payload the same day.
