Lavender Pricing: Two Products, No Pricing Page
Lavender has no pricing page. The Email Coach ladder per seat at both billing states, the free routes, and the separate per-agent price for Ora.

As published on Lavender's Coach page on 18 September 2026, the Email Coach is free for 5 analysed emails a month, then $27 a month for Starter, $45 for Individual Pro and $89 per seat for the Team Plan on yearly billing, or $29, $49 and $99 monthly. Ora is priced separately at $500 per agent per month.
Key takeaways

Reviewed and updated September 18, 2026
Type lavender.ai/pricing into a browser and you get a page-not-found screen. Lavender does publish prices, but it publishes them in two places: a section at the foot of the Email Coach product page, and a separate section on the page for Ora, its sending agent. The two are priced in different units, and a search for the vendor's pricing can land on either one.
Everything below comes from lavender.ai as fetched on 18 September 2026: the Coach page, the Ora page and the home page, with each figure attributed to the page it appears on. Lavender here means the sales email software company at lavender.ai, not the plant or the colour.
Where the prices actually live
On 18 September 2026 a request for lavender.ai/pricing returned HTTP 404 on both the bare domain and the www host. The site navigation has two entries labelled Pricing, one under The Email Coach and one under Ora, and each is an anchor link into a product page: the Coach page with a pricing anchor, and the Ora page with a pricing anchor.
That layout has a practical consequence. Nothing on either page shows the other product's price, so a buyer comparing the two has to open both. It also means there is no single page a third-party summary can be checked against, which is one reason summaries of this vendor's pricing disagree with each other.
The Email Coach ladder, in both billing states
The Coach page describes the product as something that "helps SDRs & AEs write personalized, 1:1 emails optimized for getting more replies & pipeline": it scores a draft, suggests fixes and brings prospect research into the inbox. Its pricing section has a Yearly tab and a Monthly tab, and both sets of cards are in the same document. The page markup marks Yearly as the current tab and the active pane, so the yearly figures are what a visitor sees on arrival.
As published on Lavender's Coach page on 18 September 2026, in that yearly state, Basic is $0 a month and labelled Free Forever, Starter is $27 a month and described as "For individuals (billed annually)", Individual Pro is $45 a month, described as "Includes integrations (billed annually)", and the Team Plan is $89 per seat a month, described as "Includes integrations & Coaching Dashboard (billed annually)".
On the Monthly tab of the same page, as published on 18 September 2026, Starter is $29 a month, Individual Pro is $49 a month and the Team Plan is $99 per seat a month. Basic stays at $0.
The page prints no savings label on either tab. Set side by side, which is this article's arithmetic on the two published states, annual billing is about 7 percent cheaper on Starter, about 8 percent on Individual Pro and about 10 percent on the Team Plan. Those are small gaps, so the monthly plan costs little extra for the freedom to stop. Twelve months of Starter at the yearly-tab figure is $324, again this article's multiplication.
What each Coach plan includes
The free plan is a real plan with a hard ceiling. Basic lets you "Analyze 5 emails/month" and "Personalize 5 emails/month", and lists Gmail and Outlook 365 support, the AI email writer, AI recommendations and mobile optimisation. Five scored emails a month is enough to see how the scoring behaves and not enough to work from.
Starter removes the ceiling: unlimited emails, unlimited personalisation and unlimited AI recommendations, plus chat support, multi-inbox support and what the page calls Lavender anywhere. Individual Pro is described as everything in Starter with integrations, priority support and a dedicated customer success manager. The integrations are the point of that tier. The Coach page lists Gmail, Outlook, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, Apollo, Groove and Gong, and a seller who writes inside a sales engagement platform needs the Pro tier to be coached there.
The Team Plan adds the manager's view. The card lists aggregated email analytics, accelerated dynamic scoring, proactive customer success, human-led coaching programmes and access to a content studio, and the page describes a Coaching Dashboard for tracking performance across a team. The card's button is a demo booking, and under the price it says "Starter, Growth, & Enterprise Plans available". So the per-seat figure is a published starting point for a quoted product: three team sub-plans exist, and the page prices none of them separately.
Four ways to pay nothing
Lavender offers four kinds of free access, and they are easy to confuse. The pricing section says "Month-to-month plans are available, and no credit card is required." and offers a trial in these words: "Simply install for a 7-day free trial (includes all integrations)." It adds: "All integrations are available during the free trial period."
The Basic plan is separate from the trial and does not end. A third route is a free programme: the Coach page says the Email Coach is free for students, jobseekers and bootstrapped entrepreneurs, and links to a help-centre article for the steps. On 18 September 2026 that help-centre link returned HTTP 404, so the eligibility steps could not be read; ask support before relying on the programme. The fourth route belongs to the other product: Ora can be built and trained for free, and billing starts at launch.
Ora is priced per agent, and the unit is volume
Ora is a different product with a different meter. Its page introduces it as an AI sales agent that researches, writes and sends personalised sales emails automatically. Its pricing section reads "Build for free" and then gives one figure. As published on Lavender's Ora page on 18 September 2026, that figure is $500, labelled "Per Agent, Per Month at Launch".
The page defines what an agent does in volume terms: "When you launch, Ora will send 1k emails per month to +4k contacts per year." It adds "Volume and pricing scales with each agent you launch." and sets the commitment: "No annual commitments. Pay per month."
Two pieces of arithmetic on those published numbers are worth doing, and both are this article's and not the vendor's. At $500 for a thousand emails, one agent works out to about $0.50 per email sent. And a thousand emails a month is twelve thousand a year, which against four thousand contacts is about three emails per contact. The second figure says something about the motion being sold: an agent sending roughly three messages to each contact is running a sequence.
That is worth stating plainly because it is a choice, not a given. RevenueFlow's own practice for cold outbound is one message per campaign, with no bumps and no thread replies, and a new campaign with a genuinely new angle when there is a real reason to return; the reasoning is set out in email sequence software. A buyer who works the same way should ask whether an agent can be configured to send once per contact, and what happens to the per-agent price when it does. The wider question of where the human checkpoint sits in any product of this kind is covered in AI SDR.
Reading the ladder as a buyer
For an individual seller the decision is between Starter and Individual Pro, and the deciding fact is where you write. If you send from Gmail or Outlook directly, Starter lists both. If you send from inside a sales engagement platform or a CRM, the integrations sit on Individual Pro. The gap between the two is $18 a month on the yearly tab and $20 on the monthly one, which is this article's subtraction of the published figures.
For a team, the published per-seat figure is a ceiling on information, not a quote. The card routes to a demo and names three sub-plans without pricing them, so ask what separates them and whether the seat price moves with seat count. For comparison, this site's write-up of Regie.ai's pricing shows a vendor in the same category publishing its seat minimums beside its rates, which is the detail missing here.
It also helps to be clear about what a coach is. A coaching tool improves a draft that a person has written, and it cannot supply a fact about the recipient that nobody gave it. That boundary, and the checks that have to sit between any AI-assisted draft and the send button, are the subject of AI email copywriters. Where a coach sits relative to data, sending infrastructure and orchestration is mapped in the 7-layer GTM AI stack, which lists Lavender in the copy layer, and building an outbound engine from scratch places email scoring after enrichment for the same reason.
The Coach page also carries customer quotations claiming large lifts in replies and meetings. Those are the vendor's marketing claims about its own customers and are not repeated here as findings.
The short version
Lavender has no pricing page; lavender.ai/pricing returned a 404 on 18 September 2026. The Email Coach ladder sits on the Coach page: as published there on 18 September 2026, Basic is free with a cap of 5 analysed and 5 personalised emails a month, Starter is $27 a month on the yearly tab the page opens on and $29 monthly, Individual Pro is $45 and $49, and the Team Plan is $89 and $99 per seat with a demo behind it. A 7-day trial includes all integrations and needs no card.
Ora is priced on its own page at $500 per agent per month at launch, with one agent described as sending 1k emails a month to more than 4k contacts a year, no annual commitment, and free building before launch.
The annual discount on the Coach is small, so monthly billing is a cheap way to keep the option to stop. If the constraint is the number of qualified conversations and not the quality of each draft, you can see what a first campaign produces first.
Plans, figures, limits and trial terms above were read from Lavender's own Coach and Ora pages on 18 September 2026, and the missing pricing page and help-centre article were checked the same day. The percentage savings, the twelve-month total, the cost per email and the emails per contact are this article's arithmetic on those published figures. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.
