Best Agile CRM Alternatives in 2026
Looking for alternatives to Agile CRM? Compare the top CRM platforms by pricing, contact limits, features, and integrations.

The best Agile CRM alternatives depend on which part of Agile a team uses: EngageBay, HubSpot, Zoho CRM or Bitrix24 for the whole CRM, marketing and helpdesk bundle; Pipedrive, Freshsales or Close for the pipeline alone; Capsule, Less Annoying CRM or OnePageCRM for a simple contact book.
Key takeaways
- Agile CRM's pricing page lists Free for up to 10 users, then Starter at $9.99, Regular at $39.99 and Enterprise at $64.99 per user a month billed yearly.
- Agile caps contacts at 1,000 on Free, 10,000 on Starter and 50,000 on Regular, and lists API calls of 500 a day on Free and 25,000 on Enterprise.
- EngageBay is the closest like-for-like bundle, with a Free plan for teams of up to 15 members covering email marketing, a CRM, a helpdesk and live chat.
- Seat count changes the answer: five users on Agile Regular cost $199.95 a month at the yearly rate, against a flat $175 on Kylas Elevate with unlimited users.

Agile CRM's own pricing page gives the whole product away to teams of up to 10 users, and then caps them at 1,000 contacts and one campaign workflow. That cap, more than the price, is where most searches for Agile CRM alternatives begin. Agile sells sales, marketing and a helpdesk in one licence, and few replacements do, so the useful question is which part of that bundle your team actually uses. The answer sorts the alternatives into three groups, and every price below was read from the vendor's own pricing page.
What are the best Agile CRM alternatives?
The best Agile CRM alternative depends on which part of Agile your team relies on. To replace the whole bundle of CRM, email marketing and helpdesk, look at EngageBay, HubSpot, Zoho CRM and Bitrix24. For the sales pipeline alone, look at Pipedrive, Freshsales and Close. For a simple shared contact book, look at Capsule, Less Annoying CRM and OnePageCRM. The table further down prices all 29 alternatives.

Agile CRM software: what each plan includes
Agile CRM's pricing page lists four plans, priced per user per month. Free covers up to 10 users. Starter is $9.99 billed yearly, or $8.99 on a two-year term. Regular is $39.99 yearly or $29.99 over two years, and Enterprise is $64.99 yearly or $47.99 over two years. The plan cards quote those yearly and two-year rates.
What each tier unlocks matters more than the price. Contacts and companies are capped at 1,000 on Free, 10,000 on Starter and 50,000 on Regular, and only Enterprise is unlimited. Campaign workflows run 1, 5, 10 and unlimited, and plugins run 1 on Free and 3 on Starter. Starter adds two-way email integration. Two-way telephony starts on Regular with 10 workflows, and call recording, access controls (ACLs) and a dedicated account rep sit on Enterprise. Every plan includes 5,000 branded emails, and past that the page charges $0.004 per email up to 100k. The full arithmetic on that ladder is in Agile CRM pricing.
Where Agile CRM's plans pinch
Three lines on that page explain most moves.
The contact cap. A team importing a 15,000-row list outgrows Starter on the first import, and Regular's 50,000 is the last ceiling below Enterprise. Several alternatives remove the line entirely: Less Annoying CRM, Nutshell, OnePageCRM and Streak's paid plans all list unlimited contacts.
Telephony. Calling inside the CRM starts at Regular, so a phone-led team pays for the second paid tier to get it.
The API allowance. Agile's plan grid lists API calls per day of 500 on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 10,000 on Regular and 25,000 on Enterprise. That number decides how fast data can leave through an integration, which matters on the day you migrate.
Alternatives that replace the whole bundle
These keep marketing, sales and service in one place, the way Agile does.
EngageBay is the closest shape. Its pricing page lists a Free plan for teams of up to 15 members with 250 contacts, email marketing, a CRM, a helpdesk and live chat. Basic, Growth and Pro are priced per user, and Basic reads between $12.74 and $14.99 a month depending on the billing term selected.
HubSpot's free CRM covers up to two users and 1,000 contacts, according to its CRM product page. Paid seats start at $15 a month on Starter, a price HubSpot marks as a discount for new customers only, then $50 on Professional and $75 on Enterprise. Marketing and service are separate hubs, so matching Agile's bundle means buying more than one.
Zoho CRM's pricing page is titled "Free for 3 users". From this box it serves prices in rupees, with Standard at ₹800 per user a month, Professional at ₹1,400, Enterprise at ₹2,400 and Ultimate at ₹2,600, so read it in your own currency before comparing.
Bitrix24 prices per organisation rather than per seat. Served in pounds here, Basic is £52 a month billed monthly or £36 billed annually and includes 5 users. Standard is £107 or £74 and includes 50 users, and Professional is £215 or £149 and includes 100 users. For a mid-sized team, a flat rate changes the arithmetic completely.
Vtiger sells One Growth, Professional, Enterprise and AI editions covering sales, marketing, help desk, projects and inventory, with One Growth listed from $12 per user a month. Keap lists $299 a month, billed at $2,988 a year, and its pricing page says implementation services are required.
Alternatives for the sales pipeline alone
If Agile's marketing half goes unused, a pipeline-first CRM does the remaining job with less to configure. The most common head-to-head here has its own page: pipedrive vs agile crm.
Pipedrive served its pricing page in pounds to a headless browser here: Lite at £14, Growth at £39, Premium at £59 and Ultimate at £79 per seat per month, billed annually, with a free 14-day trial.
Freshsales lists Growth at $9, Pro at $39 and Enterprise at $59 per user a month, billed annually. Sales sequences sit on Pro, and the page offers a 21-day trial in place of a free plan.
Close is built around calling. Solo is $19 a month billed monthly or $9 billed annually, limited to 1 user and 10k leads. Essentials, at $49 or $35 per user, adds built-in forms, email, calling and SMS for a team. Workflows are included on neither.
Salesforce now publishes a Free Suite at $0, then Starter Suite at $25 per user a month billed monthly or annually, Pro Suite at $100, and Core, Advanced and Max at $195, $395 and $550 billed annually. Teams leaving it face the opposite problem to Agile's, which Salesforce alternatives covers.
Kylas flips the unit. Embark is free with 10,000 records and unlimited users, and Elevate is $175 a month billed annually for the whole organisation, again with unlimited users. The page was running a limited-time offer at $99 when it was read.
Alternatives for a simple shared contact book
These suit a team whose Agile account is mostly contacts, notes and a simple pipeline.
Capsule served pounds here. Free allows a maximum of 2 users and 250 contacts, Starter is £14 per user a month billed annually with 30,000 contacts, and Growth is £27 with 60,000 contacts and workflow automations.
Less Annoying CRM sells one plan at $15 per user per month, with unlimited contacts and companies, unlimited pipelines and every feature included.
OnePageCRM also served pounds: Professional at £8.25, Business at £15.95 and Max at £22.25 per user a month, all with unlimited contacts.
Copper markets a Google Workspace CRM. Basic is $29 per seat a month, or $23 paid annually, with a 2,500 contact limit.
All 29 alternatives, priced from their own pages

Several pages geo-served pounds or rupees to this box, so each row keeps the currency its page served. "Yearly" and "monthly" name the billing toggle a figure belongs to.

| Salesforce | Free Suite $0; Starter Suite $25 | per user a month |
| Copper | Basic $23 annual, $29 monthly | per seat a month |

| folk | Standard $24 yearly, $30 monthly | per member a month |
| Salesflare | Growth $29 annual, $39 monthly | per user a month |
| Streak | Pro $49 or $59 | per user a month, by billing term |
| SugarCRM | Standard $59 | per user a month, billed annually, 15 user minimum |
| Breakcold | $99, one plan with 1 seat | a month; each extra seat $10 |
| Dynamics 365 Sales | Professional $65 | per user a month, paid yearly |
| Coevera | Starter £45 | per user a month, annual; minimum 3 users |
| Keap | $299 | a month, billed at $2,988 a year |
| OnePageCRM | Professional £8.25 | per user a month |
Two rows need a second look. SugarCRM's rendered pricing page now announces that SugarCRM is now SugarAI, and every plan on it carries a 15 user minimum, so its entry bill is fifteen seats; the SugarCRM alternatives page works through that. Teamgate's free Starter is marked for new customers only.
Five users on a yearly term: an illustrative bill
Illustrative arithmetic using only the published per-user rates above, for five users over one month on yearly terms: Freshsales Growth at $9 comes to $45, Agile CRM Starter at $9.99 comes to $49.95, HubSpot Starter at $15 comes to $75 while the new-customer price holds, Salesforce Starter Suite at $25 comes to $125, and Agile CRM Regular at $39.99 comes to $199.95. Kylas Elevate stays at its flat $175. At five users the flat price sits near the top of that list. At 20 users, Agile CRM Regular would be $799.80 a month against the same $175, which is why seat count belongs in the comparison before any feature does. None of these figures includes add-ons, tax, email overage or calling.
Moving your data out of Agile CRM
Export contacts, companies, deals, notes and custom fields while the plan is still live, before anything about the subscription changes.
Then check the API allowance, because it sets the pace of any integration-based move. Agile lists 500 calls a day on Free and 25,000 on Enterprise. As an illustration, a sync that moved one record per call would need 20 days to move 10,000 contacts at 500 calls a day, which is a reason to plan the export as a file rather than a live sync.
Campaign workflows, email templates, landing pages and web forms are configuration, not data, and they are rebuilt in the new tool rather than imported. Re-point web forms before the cut-over so no lead lands in the old account.
Run both systems for a short fixed period with one team writing to the new CRM, then switch on a date. Connecting the new CRM to the rest of the stack is its own job; CRM integration covers what has to sync and in which direction. And a CRM swap does not tell you when a customer contact changes jobs: that is a separate category, and champify alternatives covers the tools built for it.

The short version

Keep the whole bundle with EngageBay or HubSpot, keep only the pipeline with Pipedrive, Freshsales or Close, and keep only the contact book with Capsule, Less Annoying CRM or OnePageCRM. Check the contact cap, the billing term and the currency on each pricing page before comparing a single number, because those three move the bill further than any feature.
A CRM records the pipeline and does not create it. If the pipeline itself is thin, RevenueFlow books qualified meetings on a pay-per-meeting basis.
Pricing and features are taken from the vendors' own pages. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.
