Best Kommo Alternatives in 2026
Looking for a Kommo alternative? Eight CRMs priced from their own pages today, grouped by the Kommo limit you are hitting: leads per user, channels or AI credits.

The best Kommo alternative is usually a pipeline CRM that meters seats rather than leads and channels: HubSpot's CRM lists a free tier and Starter from $15 a seat, Pipedrive and Freshsales serve email-and-phone pipelines, Less Annoying CRM and Nutshell list unlimited contacts, and Bitrix24 keeps WhatsApp on a flat per-organisation rate.
Key takeaways
- Kommo's pricing page lists Base at $25 per user a month with 2,500 leads per user, 750 AI credits and one WhatsApp number plus one Instagram account; Advanced $35 and Pro $45 raise all three.
- HubSpot's CRM product page lists a free tier and Starter from $15 a month per seat, with no lead cap named on the plan cards.
- Freshsales Growth at $9 per user a month billed annually is the cheapest paid entry on this page; Close Solo is $9 annually but limited to 1 user and 10k leads.
- Bitrix24 prices per organisation with users included (Basic £36 a month annually for 5 users, as served to this box in pounds), which beats five Kommo Base seats at $125.

Kommo's Base plan is $25 per user a month, and its pricing page attaches three limits to that number: 2,500 leads per user, 750 AI credits per user a month, and one WhatsApp number plus one Instagram account. Teams searching for a Kommo alternative are usually pushing on one of those three, or they have realised that a messenger-first CRM is the wrong shape for a pipeline that runs on email and calls. This page prices the alternatives from their own pages as read today, groups them by the reason you are leaving, and names the cases where Kommo is still the right answer.
What Kommo costs today
Kommo's pricing page lists three self-serve plans and a custom one. Base is $25 per user a month, with 2,500 leads per user, 750 AI credits per user a month, and a channel limit of one WhatsApp number and one Instagram account, each additional user unlocking one more channel. Advanced is $35, with 5,000 leads per user, 1,250 AI credits, and three WhatsApp numbers and three Instagram accounts. Pro is $45, with 10,000 leads per user, 2,250 AI credits and unlimited channels. Enterprise is priced on request ("Depends on your setup"). The page's default billing toggle is six months, shown as $150, $210 and $270 per user for the period, and every plan carries a 14-day trial.
Two of those limits are unusual for a CRM. Leads are capped per user rather than per account, and messaging channels are rationed by plan. A CRM built around email and phone caps neither, which is why the alternatives below look cheap on the surface and why the comparison has to be made on what each one meters.
What is the best Kommo alternative?
For most teams it is a pipeline CRM that meters seats rather than leads and channels. If you want to start free and grow into a paid tier, HubSpot's CRM page lists a free tier and a Starter plan from $15 a month per seat. If your pipeline runs on email and calls, Pipedrive and Freshsales are the direct replacements. If the per-user lead cap is what hurts, Less Annoying CRM and Nutshell both list unlimited contacts. If you still sell over WhatsApp, Bitrix24 lists a WhatsApp integration on a flat per-organisation rate.

HubSpot CRM
HubSpot's CRM product page lists a free tier with no credit card required, then Starter starting at $15 a month per seat, Professional from $50 and Enterprise from $75 a month per seat. The free tier carries contact management and deal pipelines, which is the Kommo Base feature set without the lead cap. What HubSpot does not sell cheaply is the messenger inbox: WhatsApp and Instagram conversations live in its higher hubs. For a team that used Kommo as a pipeline and treated the chat inbox as a bonus, the HubSpot CRM and Kommo comparison is the one to read first.
Zoho CRM
Zoho's pricing page served this box in Indian rupees and carries a currency selector, so the ladder is quoted here as the page showed it: a free edition for 3 users, then Standard at 800 rupees, Professional at 1,400, Enterprise at 2,400 and Ultimate at 2,600 per user a month. The shape matters more than the currency: four paid tiers, per user, no lead cap named on the plan cards. Zoho is the alternative for a team that wants the most CRM per seat and is willing to configure it. The Kommo and Zoho CRM pair page sets the two feature lists against each other.
Pipedrive
Pipedrive's pricing page is served only to a real browser and, from this box, in pounds: Lite at £14, Growth at £39, Premium at £59 and Ultimate at £79 per seat a month billed annually, each with a free 14-day trial. It is the purest pipeline CRM in this list, built around a visual deal board, email sync and activity scheduling, with no per-user lead allowance on the plan cards. For a team leaving Kommo because the pipeline, not the chat, is the product, Kommo against Pipedrive is the closest like-for-like decision.
Freshsales
Freshsales' pricing page lists Growth at $9 per user a month billed annually, Pro at $39 and Enterprise at $59, with a 21-day trial. Growth carries a Kanban view, contact lifecycle stages, chat, email and phone, and basic workflows. At $9 it is the cheapest paid entry on this page, and the plan is per user with no lead figure on the card. The Freshsales versus Kommo comparison covers where its built-in phone replaces Kommo's messenger channels and where it does not.
Bitrix24
Bitrix24 is the alternative for a team that wants to keep WhatsApp in the CRM and stop paying per user. Its pricing page, served here in pounds, reads "A flat rate for all users included in your plan": a free tier for 1 to 2 users, Basic at £52 a month billed monthly or £36 billed annually including 5 users, Standard at £107 or £74 including 50 users, and Professional at £215 or £149 including 100 users. Basic lists a WhatsApp integration and sales pipelines. Five users on Kommo Base is $125 a month; Bitrix24 Basic at the annual rate covers the same five for a single flat figure. The Bitrix24 and Kommo pair walks that trade at other team sizes.
Close
Close is built for teams that sell by phone and email. Its pricing page lists Solo at $19 per user a month billed monthly or $9 billed annually, limited to 1 user and 10k leads; Essentials at $49 or $35 per user a month with built-in forms, email, calling and SMS; Growth at $109 or $99 with workflows and a power dialer; and Scale at $149 or $139. It is the most expensive pipeline CRM here past one seat, and the only one whose entry plan bundles calling. The Close against Kommo page is for a team whose messenger volume is being replaced by call volume.
Nutshell
Nutshell's pricing page lists Foundation at $13 per user a month, Growth at $25, Pro at $42, Business at $59 and Enterprise at $79, each shown with an annual saving ("Save $6/month with annual billing" on Foundation) and a 14-day free trial. Every plan lists unlimited contacts and storage, which answers the Kommo lead cap directly.
Less Annoying CRM
Less Annoying CRM sells one plan: $15 per user a month, "No tiers", with unlimited contacts and companies and a 30-day risk-free trial. There is no messenger inbox and no AI credit meter. It is the simplest possible answer to a team whose only complaint about Kommo is the 2,500-lead line.
The fit table
| Tool | Entry paid plan | Priced per | Lead cap on the card |
|---|---|---|---|
| Kommo | Base, $25 a month | User | 2,500 per user |
| HubSpot CRM | Starter, from $15 a month | Seat | None named |
| Zoho CRM | Standard, 800 rupees a month | User | None named |
| Pipedrive | Lite, £14 a month annual | Seat | None named |
| Freshsales | Growth, $9 a month annual | User | None named |
| Bitrix24 | Basic, £36 a month annual | Organisation, 5 users in | None named on Basic |
| Close | Solo, $9 a month annual | User | 10k leads on Solo |
| Nutshell | Foundation, $13 a month | User | Unlimited contacts |
| Less Annoying CRM | $15 a month | User | Unlimited contacts |
A five-seat month, labelled illustrative
Take a five-person sales team on Kommo Base. At $25 per user that is $125 a month for 12,500 leads of capacity, 3,750 AI credits and five messenger channels. The dollar-priced alternatives at the same seat count, using the annual rates each pricing page shows: HubSpot Starter at $15 a seat is $75, Less Annoying CRM at $15 a user is $75, Nutshell Foundation at $13 is $65, Freshsales Growth at $9 is $45, and Close Essentials at $35 is $175. These are the pages' figures multiplied by five; they are an illustration, not a quote, and none of them includes a messenger inbox at that price.
How to choose

Write down which Kommo limit you actually hit. If it was the lead cap, the cheapest fix is a CRM that does not count leads: Less Annoying CRM, Nutshell, or any of the seat-priced pipelines above. If it was the channel limit, be honest about whether the channels are the business; if they are, Kommo Pro's unlimited channels at $45 may be cheaper than bolting a messenger inbox onto a pipeline CRM. If it was AI credits, note that Close and Kommo both meter AI on the plan card while HubSpot, Pipedrive and Freshsales sell AI features by tier, so compare the tier, not the credit.
Then check the currency and the billing period on the page you are reading. Kommo's default toggle is six months; Pipedrive, Freshsales and Nutshell lead with annual rates; Bitrix24 and Pipedrive served this comparison in pounds and Zoho in rupees. A "$9" and a "£14" are not two points on one scale.
Finally, price the migration. Kommo's leads carry conversation history from WhatsApp and Instagram; a pipeline CRM imports contacts and deals but not the threads. If the threads are the record, budget for keeping read access to the old account for a quarter.
What moves and what does not
A Kommo export carries leads, contacts, companies and the pipeline stages, and every CRM above imports those from a CSV. What does not travel is the conversation itself: the WhatsApp and Instagram threads that make a Kommo lead readable at a glance are stored against the channel, and a pipeline CRM has no field to receive them. Two things follow. First, keep the Kommo account readable for a quarter after the move, so a rep can still open the thread behind an open deal; the 14-day trial the alternatives offer is not long enough to find out whether you miss it. Second, decide before the import which Kommo field becomes the source field in the new CRM, because the channel a lead arrived on is the one piece of Kommo data that predicts close rate and it is lost the moment it is mapped to a generic value.
The AI credits do not move either, and should not. Kommo meters AI per user per month; Close does the same on its plan cards; HubSpot, Pipedrive and Freshsales sell AI by tier. A team that used 750 credits a month on Kommo Base has no reason to expect the same count to mean anything elsewhere, so compare what the AI does on each tier rather than how it is counted.
When to stay on Kommo

Stay if your pipeline is genuinely conversational. A team that closes over WhatsApp and Instagram, wants bots answering first, and never sends a cold email is on the right tool, and Kommo Pro's unlimited channels are cheaper than any assembled equivalent above. Stay, too, if you are under the Base caps and the $25 is not the problem; switching CRMs for a feature you do not use is the most expensive kind of tidy.
Everyone else is paying for channels and credits to get a pipeline. Buy the pipeline. And if the pipeline itself is empty, the free campaign puts qualified conversations into whichever CRM you land on.
Pricing and features are taken from the vendors' own pages. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.
Frequently asked questions.
Frequently asked questions- What is the best Kommo alternative?
- For most teams, a pipeline CRM that does not cap leads per user or ration messaging channels. HubSpot's CRM lists a free tier and Starter from $15 a seat; Pipedrive and Freshsales are the direct replacements for an email-and-phone pipeline; Less Annoying CRM and Nutshell list unlimited contacts; Bitrix24 keeps a WhatsApp integration on a flat per-organisation price.
- Is there a free alternative to Kommo?
- Kommo itself lists a 14-day trial rather than a free plan. Among the alternatives, HubSpot's CRM page lists a free tier with no credit card, Zoho CRM's page lists a free edition for 3 users, and Bitrix24's page lists a free tier for 1 to 2 users. Each is a working entry point, not a sample, though every one of them holds back automation for the paid tiers.
- Which Kommo alternative keeps WhatsApp in the CRM?
- Bitrix24 lists a WhatsApp integration on its Basic plan, priced per organisation with 5 users included (£36 a month billed annually as the page served this box). The pipeline CRMs on this page sell messaging as an add-on or a higher tier, so if WhatsApp is the sales channel, compare Bitrix24 Basic against Kommo Pro's unlimited channels at $45 per user before moving.
- How much does Kommo cost for a team of five?
- On Kommo Base at $25 per user a month, five seats are $125 a month, with 12,500 leads of capacity and 3,750 AI credits across the team, billed on the page's default six-month term as $150 per user. The same five seats on HubSpot Starter or Less Annoying CRM are $75, on Nutshell Foundation $65 and on Freshsales Growth $45, using each page's annual rate; none includes a messenger inbox.
