Humanlinker prices in euros first. As published on Humanlinker's pricing page on 2026-09-04, the Pro plan is 69 euros a month for one user, excluding VAT, with a currency selector on the page that can show the same plan in dollars or pounds and a billing toggle that takes 20% off for annual payment. Business and Enterprise sit above it with no figure, on annual billing, from 50 users. The page's own configuration script carries the ladder behind the user slider and the two exchange rates it uses, so this article can give every state the page can render rather than the one it shows first.

The plan is per user, but the user slider is not a simple multiplier. Two users cost the same as one.

How the Humanlinker Pro plan scales with the user slider, per the page's own configuration on 4 September 2026. Rates are in the prose.

Monthly, in euros. On the page, one user 69, two users 69, three users 99, four users 149 euros a month.

Annually, in euros. The toggle applies a 0.8 factor: the rendered annual state for one user shows 69 euros struck through beside 55 euros a month, and 828 euros struck beside 662 euros a year, billed annually, excluding VAT. Three users annually is about 79 euros a month and four about 119, by the same factor.

AI credits scale with the slider: 200 a month at one or two users, 350 at three, 600 at four. On the annual state the page restates the one-user allowance as 2,400 credits a year.

The two-users-for-the-price-of-one step is on the page's own configuration and is not an error in this article. Whether it is a deliberate offer or an artefact of how the slider was built is a question for the vendor; a two-person team should take it while it is there.

    The dollar and pound figures

The currency selector on the page offers euros, dollars and pounds, and the page's script converts the euro figure at fixed rates: 1.08 for dollars and 0.85 for pounds. With the selector set to dollars, the rendered page prints $75 a month for one user, which is 69 times 1.08 rounded. Set to pounds it would print about 59.

    1. Step 1Euro rate by user count

The configuration holds one euro figure per slider position.

    2. Step 2Annual factor

The annual toggle multiplies by 0.8 and shows the monthly figure struck through.

    3. Step 3Currency factor

Dollars at 1.08 times the euro figure, pounds at 0.85, both fixed in the script.

    4. Step 4Render

One figure appears, in the currency and state selected.

How the Humanlinker page produces the figure it shows, per its own script. The euro figure is the source; the other currencies are the vendor's own fixed-rate conversions.

The vendor's dollar price is therefore a vendor-published number, $75, but it is a converted one at a rate the vendor fixed rather than a separately set dollar ladder. That matters for a buyer paying in dollars: the invoice will follow the vendor's rate on the day, and the page's 1.08 is the rate the vendor chose to display, not a promise. Pages elsewhere that quote Humanlinker at $75 a month are quoting this rendered figure with the currency mechanics left out.

The pound state follows the same mechanics at 0.85, so one user monthly renders at about 59 pounds and annually at about 47. A buyer in the United Kingdom should expect the same caveat as a dollar buyer: the page's constant is a display choice, and the invoice follows the vendor's rate on the day.

    Credits and packs

    Schematic: Credits and packs (Credits)

AI credits are the meter inside a plan, consumed by the tool's personalisation and research features. The page prices two packs on top of the plan: 30 euros for 500 email credits and 47 euros for 100 phone numbers. Those are the vendor's rates for contact data, and they are worth comparing against the standalone email finder tools a team might already pay for, since 30 euros per 500 emails is six cents an email.

The phone number pack at 47 euros per 100 is 47 cents a number, which is a common rate for mobile data and roughly eight times the email rate. A team that only needs email can leave it alone; the packs are bought separately and are not bundled into the slider steps.

    Business and Enterprise

Both upper tiers print no price. Both are on annual billing. Both cards say from 50 users, and the Business card also describes itself as for revenue teams of more than five people. Those two statements sit on the same card and do not agree with each other; this article records both. A team of ten that has outgrown the four-user Pro slider should ask which threshold applies, because the page gives two.

Who the vendor says it is for

The case studies page names agency, adtech, cloud and B2B software sales teams. The apex positions the product for sales teams that personalise outreach at scale. The Pro slider tops out at four, which fits a founder-led or small SDR team; the upper tiers are for the sales floor.

    Pricing a team

A founder alone, monthly, in euros: 69 a month, 828 a year. The same founder annually: 55 a month, 662 a year. In dollars at the page's rate, 75 monthly or about 60 annually. A pair pays the same as one on either state, which makes the per-head cost half. Three people are 99 euros monthly, 33 a head; four are 149, about 37 a head. Beyond four the page has no self-serve figure.

The 14-day trial is stated on the page, and there is no free plan on the ladder today, which is a change from the listings that still describe one.

LinkedIn and email in one plan

Pricing ladder: LinkedIn and email in one plan (LinkedIn, AI-written)

Humanlinker is a multichannel tool, with LinkedIn and email steps in one sequence and AI-written personalisation on both. The email boxes per user, two at the entry point, are the sending capacity, and the AI credits are the personalisation budget. What the plan does not change is the rule about channels: a sequence that emails a prospect and then sends a LinkedIn message to the ones who did not reply is a no-reply re-target on a second channel, and no personalisation credit makes it a good idea. One message per campaign on the channel the prospect reads, and LinkedIn to follow a reply rather than a silence.

    Reading the third-party numbers

Listings for this vendor still quote a 49 euro entry rate and a free plan. Neither is on the page today; Pro starts at 69 euros and the trial is 14 days with no free tier. Other pages quote $75 a month, which is the rendered dollar figure with the conversion hidden. A buyer who reads three sources will see three different entry prices, and all three were once, or are now, on the vendor's page. The date beside the figure is what makes it usable.

What the annual state looks like on the page

The annual toggle does not replace the monthly figure; it strikes it through and prints the discounted one beside it, both monthly and as a yearly total. For one user that is 69 euros struck beside 55 a month, and 828 struck beside 662 a year, with the words billed annually and excluding VAT under it. The struck figure is the vendor's own way of showing the discount, and it is the monthly rate rather than a list price that has been cut, so it lacks the warning a struck list price would carry. The 2,400 AI credits a year the annual state prints is the monthly 200 times twelve, with no annual bonus.

    Where it sits

Schematic: Where it sits (Paris, French, GTM, European)

The vendor is a Paris firm, listed in our French GTM software map among the outbound tools and in the European GTM tools map under Paris. Against per-seat sales engagement tools, its entry rate is mid-range for one person and low for two; the sales engagement platform survey sets out where the per-seat ladders sit. The vendor's nearest alternatives are mostly dollar-priced per seat, so compare at the same user count and remember that the Humanlinker dollar figure is a converted euro one.

    Before you buy Humanlinker
    • Yes: Which currency you read, since the page loads in euros and converts at a fixed rate
    • Yes: Your user count on the slider, since two cost the same as one
    • Yes: Monthly or annual, the toggle takes a fifth off
    • Depends: Which of the two Business thresholds applies, more than five users or from fifty
    • Depends: AI credit needs, since the allowance rises with the slider
    • Yes: VAT, since every figure is excluding it
What to settle before reading the Humanlinker price as yours.

Every price above is as published on Humanlinker's pricing page on 2026-09-04, in euros excluding VAT, with the dollar figure read from the page's own currency selector and its fixed conversion rate the same day. The user-count ladder is from the page's own configuration script. Prices change; check the page before you buy.
