    The short answer

The best Bitrix24 alternatives depend on which end of its flat-rate pricing you are on. Small teams paying for unused seats should look at HubSpot's free CRM, Attio (free up to 3 seats) or Pipedrive Lite; teams that want the all-in-one shape per user should look at Flowlu; teams that came for WhatsApp should look at Kommo.

    Key takeaways

    • Bitrix24's pricing page, served in pounds, lists Basic at £36 a month billed annually including 5 users, Standard £74 for 50 and Professional £149 for 100, so a sixth user costs the whole Standard block.
    • HubSpot's CRM product page lists a free tier with no credit card and Starter from $15 a month per seat, with no user block at the entry level.
    • At the annual rates served in pounds, Pipedrive Lite (£14 a seat) passes Bitrix24 Basic's flat £36 at three seats and monday CRM Basic (£10 a seat yearly) at four.
    • Flowlu is the per-user all-in-one: CRM, projects and invoicing from $9 per user a month billed yearly, with a free two-user workspace.

Bitrix24 prices its CRM the way almost nobody else does: a flat rate per organisation with a block of users included. Its pricing page, which served this comparison in pounds, lists Basic at £36 a month billed annually with 5 users in, Standard at £74 with 50 users, and Professional at £149 with 100. That shape is a bargain for a 40-person company and a tax on a 3-person one, which is why searches for Bitrix24 alternatives come from both ends: small teams paying for seats they do not fill, and larger ones who want a CRM without the tasks, chat, video and website builder bundled around it. This page prices the alternatives from their own pages today and says which end each one serves.

What Bitrix24 costs, and what the flat rate hides

The pricing page reads "A flat rate for all users included in your plan" and lists five tiers. Free is for 1 to 2 users with 5 GB of storage and a basic CRM of deals and contacts. Basic is £52 a month billed monthly or £36 billed annually, includes 5 users, and adds 24 GB of storage, sales pipelines, a WhatsApp integration and telephony. Standard is £107 or £74 with 50 users, 100 GB and unlimited leads. Professional is £215 or £149 with 100 users, 1 TB, sales automation and call tracking. Enterprise starts at £429 or £299 for 250 users and scales by user block. Annual billing is marked as saving up to 40%.

The hidden cost is the jump between blocks. A team of six is one seat over Basic and pays Standard's £74, which is 50 seats of capacity; a team of 51 pays Professional. Per-seat CRMs never have that cliff, and that is the arithmetic behind most switches.

What are the best Bitrix24 alternatives?

For a small team, a per-seat CRM with a free tier: HubSpot's CRM page lists a free tier and Starter from $15 a seat, and Attio and monday CRM both list free entry plans. For a team that wants the all-in-one shape without the seat blocks, Flowlu bundles CRM, projects and invoicing per user from $9. For a pure sales pipeline, Pipedrive and Freshsales. For a team that came to Bitrix24 for WhatsApp, Kommo is the messenger-first CRM.

Feature grid: Top Bitrix24 Alternatives (HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM, Attio, Capsule CRM)

    HubSpot CRM

HubSpot's CRM product page lists a free tier with no credit card required, then Starter starting at $15 a month per seat, Professional from $50 and Enterprise from $75 per seat. The free tier is the most common landing spot for a two- or three-person team leaving Bitrix24's Free plan, because it carries contact management and deal pipelines without a user block. What HubSpot does not bundle is the rest of Bitrix24: no tasks module, no website builder, no telephony at the entry price. The Bitrix24 and HubSpot CRM comparison sets the two feature lists side by side.

    Zoho CRM

Zoho's pricing page served this box in Indian rupees and carries a currency selector, so the ladder is quoted as shown: a free edition for 3 users, then Standard at 800 rupees, Professional at 1,400 and Enterprise at 2,400 per user a month. Zoho is the alternative for a team that wants the breadth of Bitrix24 through separate Zoho apps rather than one bundle, paying per user for each. The Bitrix24 versus Zoho CRM page covers which Bitrix24 modules have a Zoho counterpart.

    Pipedrive

Pipedrive's pricing page is served only to a real browser and, from this box, in pounds: Lite at £14, Growth at £39, Premium at £59 and Ultimate at £79 per seat a month billed annually, with a free 14-day trial. It is a sales pipeline and nothing else, which is exactly what a team leaving Bitrix24 for being too much usually wants. At £14 a seat, three seats cost £42, already above Bitrix24 Basic's £36 for five; the crossover below shows where each is cheaper. The Bitrix24 against Pipedrive comparison goes deeper on the pipeline itself.

    Attio

Attio's pricing page, also served here in pounds, lists Free at £0 for up to 3 seats with real-time contact syncing, Plus at £34 a user a month billed monthly or £27 annually for up to 10 seats, and Pro at £74 or £59 annually, with annual billing marked as saving 20%. Attio is the modern-CRM pick for a small team that models its own objects and does not want Bitrix24's project and intranet layers at all. The Attio and Bitrix24 pair page is the read for that team.

    Kommo

Kommo's pricing page lists Base at $25 per user a month with 2,500 leads per user, Advanced at $35 and Pro at $45 with unlimited channels. If WhatsApp and Instagram are the reason you were on Bitrix24, Kommo is the CRM built around those channels, at the cost of per-user lead caps and per-seat pricing. The Bitrix24 versus Kommo page walks that trade, and the best Kommo alternatives page is the mirror of this one.

    Flowlu

Flowlu is the closest thing on this page to Bitrix24's all-in-one shape priced per user. Its pricing page lists a free two-user workspace, "Always free", with 100 contacts and 1 pipeline, then Essential at $9 per user a month billed yearly or $12 monthly, Advanced at $17 or $22, and Ultimate at $24 or $32, bundling CRM with tasks, projects and invoicing. For a team of three that liked having projects and finance next to the pipeline but is paying Bitrix24 for five seats, Flowlu Essential at $27 a month for three is the like-for-like move. The Bitrix24 and Flowlu comparison compares the two bundles module by module.

    monday CRM

monday CRM's pricing page served this box in pounds and lists Basic at £13 a seat a month billed monthly or £10 yearly, Standard at £18 or £14, and Pro at £31 or £24, with annual billing marked as saving 18% and a note that Ultimate is the new name for its Enterprise tier. It is the pick for a team whose Bitrix24 usage was really task boards with a pipeline attached, since the CRM is built on the same board engine.

    Freshsales

Freshsales' pricing page lists Growth at $9 per user a month billed annually, Pro at $39 and Enterprise at $59, with a 21-day trial. Growth includes chat, email and phone on the plan card, which makes it the cheapest per-seat pipeline here with telephony included, the one Bitrix24 Basic feature the other pipeline CRMs charge extra for.

Where the flat rate wins and loses, labelled illustrative

Because Bitrix24, Pipedrive, Attio and monday all served this comparison in pounds, their entry plans can be drawn on one scale. At the annual rates on each page, Bitrix24 Basic is a flat £36 for up to 5 users. Pipedrive Lite is £14 a seat, so £14, £28, £42, £56 and £70 for one to five seats. monday Basic is £10 a seat yearly, so £10 to £50. Attio Plus is £27 a user, so £27 to £135. Read across: monday is cheaper than Bitrix24 up to three seats and dearer from four; Pipedrive is cheaper up to two and dearer from three; Attio is cheaper only at one seat. These are the pages' figures multiplied out and are illustrative, not quotes; the features on each plan differ and the pound prices are what this box was served.

    How to choose

Schematic: How to Choose the Right Alternative (Budget, Customer relationship management, Integration requirements, Team workflow)

Count the seats you actually fill, then count the Bitrix24 modules you actually open. If the first number is under four and the second is one, you are paying for a bundle to get a pipeline: HubSpot's free tier, Attio Free for up to 3 seats, or Pipedrive Lite are the moves. If the first number is over five and the second is three or more, Bitrix24 is probably the cheapest way to buy what you use, and the alternatives above will cost more per seat before you have replaced the tasks and telephony.

Then read the currency on the page you are comparing. Bitrix24, Pipedrive, Attio and monday served this comparison in pounds, Zoho in rupees, HubSpot and Kommo in dollars. Convert once, on the same day, before putting two prices in one column.

Finally, check the free tiers for what they leave out. Bitrix24 Free is 1 to 2 users and 5 GB. HubSpot Free has no user block at the entry level but keeps automation for paid hubs. Attio Free stops at 3 seats. Flowlu Free is two users, 100 contacts and one pipeline. A free tier is where a small team starts, not where it stays.

What moves and what does not

A Bitrix24 export carries the CRM part cleanly: leads, deals, contacts, companies and pipeline stages come out as a CSV that every CRM on this page imports. What does not travel is everything the flat rate was paying for around the CRM. Tasks and projects have no field in a pipeline CRM, the internal chat and video history stays in Bitrix24, the website builder's pages need a new host, and the telephony numbers are tied to the integration you set up there. Before cancelling, list the modules with data in them and decide for each whether it is archived, re-homed or dropped; the CRM is usually the easy third of that list.

The other thing that does not move is the mental model. Bitrix24 is priced by block, so nobody there ever asked whether a fifth user was worth a seat. Every alternative above will ask that question monthly. Set the seat count on the new tool to the people who log in weekly, not to the Bitrix24 user list, which on most accounts includes everyone who was ever invited to a task.

    When to stay on Bitrix24

Schematic: Final Recommendation (CRM, Zoho, Attio, Capsule)

Stay if you fill the block. A 40-person company on Standard at £74 a month is paying less per seat than any per-seat CRM on this page charges for one seat, and it gets tasks, chat, video calls and a website builder in the same figure. Stay, too, if telephony and WhatsApp on the entry plan are what you use, because the per-seat pipelines charge for both above their entry tiers.

Move if you are a small team buying five seats to use two, or a sales team that opens one module. In that case the per-seat CRMs above are cheaper and simpler, and if the pipeline they inherit is thin, the free campaign fills it with qualified conversations before the first invoice.

Pricing and features are taken from the vendors' own pages. Verify current terms with the vendor before relying on them.

    Questions

    Frequently asked questions.

    Frequently asked questions
What are the best Bitrix24 alternatives?
For a small team, a per-seat CRM with a free tier: HubSpot's CRM page lists a free tier and Starter from $15 a seat, and Attio's page lists a free plan for up to 3 seats. For a sales pipeline on its own, Pipedrive or Freshsales. For the all-in-one shape priced per user, Flowlu from $9. For a team that came to Bitrix24 for WhatsApp, Kommo is the messenger-first CRM.
Is there a free alternative to Bitrix24?
Yes, and several are wider than Bitrix24's own free tier of 1 to 2 users. HubSpot's CRM page lists a free tier with no credit card required and no user block at that level; Attio's page lists Free for up to 3 seats; Zoho CRM's page lists a free edition for 3 users; Flowlu lists a free two-user workspace with 100 contacts and one pipeline. Each keeps automation for paid tiers.
    Is Bitrix24 cheaper than Pipedrive?
It depends on seats. As both pages served this box in pounds at annual rates, Bitrix24 Basic is a flat £36 a month for up to 5 users and Pipedrive Lite is £14 a seat, so Pipedrive is cheaper at one or two seats and Bitrix24 is cheaper from three seats up. The features differ: Basic bundles tasks, telephony and a WhatsApp integration, Lite is a pipeline only.
Which Bitrix24 alternative keeps WhatsApp in the CRM?
Kommo is built around messenger channels: its pricing page lists Base at $25 per user a month with one WhatsApp number and one Instagram account, and Pro at $45 with unlimited channels, at the cost of per-user lead caps. Among the pipeline CRMs on this page, WhatsApp is an add-on or a higher tier, so if the channel is the business, compare Kommo against Bitrix24 Basic's flat rate first.
